Na3V2（PO4）2O2F （VP） is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framew.rk and high specific *** functional theory （DFT） and finite element simulations show.that incorporating SO42-into VP decreases its band gap,low.rs the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na3V2（PO4）1.95（SO4）0.05O2F（VPS-1） is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g-1) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g-1capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in j.st 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development traj.ctories and molecular features. Our exploration of how.the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, w.ile vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, w. comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, w.th a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview.aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

Phase transformation behavior of Ti50-x/2Ni50-x/2Cux (x=2, 5, 15) alloys w.s investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show.that Ti50-x/2Ni50-x/2Cux alloys undergo a tw.-stage martensitic transformation on cooling and transform reversely in one stage on heating w.en treated at 823K for 5 hours. Heat treatment has no effect on the transformation behavior of Ti49Ni49Cu2 alloy but does influence that of Ti47.5Ni47.5Cu5 alloy and Ti42.5Ni42.5Cu15 alloy. Effect of heat treatment is related w.th precipitation of CuNiTi phase. The maximum recoverable elongation of Ti49Ni49Cu2 w.re is about 6%.

w. in this paper give a decomposition concerning the general matrix triplet over an arbitrary divisionring F w.th the same row.or column numbers. w. also design a practical algorithm for the decomposition of thematrix triplet. As applications, w. present necessary and suficient conditions for the existence of the generalsolutions to the system of matrix equations DXA = C1, EXB = C2, F XC = C3 and the matrix equation AXD + BY E + CZF = Gover F. w. give the expressions of the general solutions to the system and the matrix equation w.en thesolvability conditions are satisfied. Moreover, w. present numerical examples to illustrate the results of thispaper. w. also mention the other applications of the equivalence canonical form, for instance, for the compressionof color images.

The N-terminal EF-hand calcium-binding proteins 1–3(NECAB1–3) constitute a family of predominantly neuronal proteins characterized by the presence of at least one EF-hand calcium-binding domain and a functionally less w.ll characterized C-terminal antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. All three family members w.re initially discovered due to their interactions w.th other proteins. NECAB1 associates w.th synaptotagmin-1, a critical neuronal protein involved in membrane trafficking and synaptic vesicle exocytosis. NECAB2 interacts w.th predominantly striatal G-protein-coupled receptors, w.ile NECAB3 partners w.th amyloid-β A4 precursor protein-binding family A members 2 and 3, key regulators of amyloid-β production. This demonstrates the capacity of the family for interactions w.th various classes of proteins. NECAB proteins exhibit distinct subcellular localizations: NECAB1 is found in the nucleus and cytosol, NECAB2 resides in endosomes and the plasma membrane, and NECAB3 is present in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain, an evolutionarily ancient component, is akin to atypical heme oxygenases in prokaryotes but is not w.llcharacterized in vertebrates. Prokaryotic antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domains typically form dimers, suggesting that calcium-mediated conformational changes in NECAB proteins may induce antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain dimerization, potentially activating some enzymatic properties. How.ver, the substrate for this enzymatic activity remains uncertain. Alternatively, calcium-mediated conformational changes might influence protein interactions or the subcellular localization of NECAB proteins by controlling the availability of protein–protein interaction domains situated betw.en the EF hands and the antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. Most terminals for tankers are piers and sea islands, w.ile other types include single point moorings and multiple-buoy moorings. The LNG and LPG carrier moored to the j.tty is a very common terminal for transfer of gas in open seas. It is important to estimate the motions and line tensions of the LNG carrier w.en it moors to a j.tty in metocean environment. Normally, the motions of the LNG carrier w.uld be restricted by the loading arm, w.ich is connected to LNG carrier's manifold. An example of 125,000 m(3) LNG carrier moored to a j.tty exposed to a set of environment conditions is given. A mathematical model w.ich is based on the equations of motion in the time domain is used to the analysis of LNG moored to an offshore j.tty exposed to w.ves, sw.ll, w.nd and current. By means of a time domain computer program TERMSIM computations are carried out to determine and optimize the lay-out and / or orientation of the j.tty and mooring gear in terms of forces in mooring lines and fenders and the envelope of motions of the loading arms. The purpose of this study is to determine the sensitivity of the mooring system and carrier motions to the combinations of w.nd w.ves w.th and w.thout sw.ll, steady w.nd and w.nd spectra. The results can be consulted by the designer in the design of j.tties.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,w.ich reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） w.s introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly w.th the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lew.s acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-betw.en soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,w.ich effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrow.d energy level ***,pow.r conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% w.th the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.
