Liposomes are one of the significant classes of antitumor nanomaterials and the most successful nanomedicine drugs in clinical translation. however, it is difficult to accurately reveal liposome delivery modes and drug release rates at different p h values to assess the biodistribution and drug delivery pathways in vivo. here, we established a strategy to integrate Bi-doped carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with liposomes to produce fluorescence visualization and therapeutic effects, namely lipo/Bi-doped ***/Bi-doped CQDs show good water solubility and physicochemical properties, which can be used for in vitro labeling of colon cancer(CT26) cells and in vivo imaging localization tracking tumors for monitoring. Simultaneously, thanks to the excellent p h sensitivity and ion doping characteristic of Bi-doped CQDs, lipo/Bi-doped CQDs can be used to reveal the drug release rate of liposomes at different p h values and exhibit potential effects in vivo antitumor therapy.

This study presents results on detecting neutral atomic hydrogen(h I)21 cm absorption in the spectrum of PKS PKS1413+13 at redshift z=*** observation was conducted by FAST,with a spectral resolution of10 hz,using 10 minutes of observing *** global spectral profile is examined by modeling the absorption line using a single Gaussian function with a resolution of 10 khz within a 2 Mhz *** goal is to determine the rate of the latest cosmic acceleration by directly measuring the redshift evolution of the h I 21 cm absorption line with hubble flow toward a common background quasar over a decade or longer time *** will serve as a detectable signal generated by the accelerated expansion of the Universe at redshift zhift drift z(5)or the SL *** measured h I gas column density in this DLA system is approximately equivalent to the initial observation value,considering uncertainties of the spin temperature of a spiral host *** high signal-to-noise ratio of 57,obtained at a 10 khz resolution,strongly supports the feasibility of using the h I 21 cm absorption line in DLA systems to accurately measure the redshift drift rate at a precision level of around 10~(-10)per decade.

The nutrients from the East China Sea(ECS) through the Tsushima/Korea Strait(TS) strongly impact the eco system of the Japan Sea(JS).The complex origins of the Tsushima warm Current and the various nutrient sources in the ECS result in complex spatial-temporal variations in nutrients in the *** a physical-biological model with a tracking technique,we studied the effects of nutrient sources from the ECS on the *** all the nutrient sources,the Kuroshio has the highest nutrient concentrations in the *** maximum concentration occurs at the bottom,while those of rivers and atmospheric depo sition occur at the surface,and that of the Taiwan Strait occurs in the middle *** nutrient transport through the TS exhibits similar seasonal variations,as does the volume *** transport of nutrients from the Kuroshio accounts for more than 85% of the *** transport of nutrients from the Taiwan Strait is greater during autumn and *** transport of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN) from both rivers and atmospheric deposition through the TS peak in *** transport cannot be equated with volume *** DIN in the less saline zone originates not only from rivers but also from atmospheric deposition and the *** transport of nutrients from the Taiwan Strait is not as significant as its volume transport in the TS.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have emerged as a promising high-efficiency energy storage system due to the high energy density,low-cost and environmental ***,the practical application of AZIBs is severely restricted by the challenges faced by the Zn anode,which include uncontrollable dendrite growth,corrosion and hydrogen evolution ***,a simple and convenient physical vapor deposition(PVD)method is reported for fabricating uniform graphite as a protection layer on the surface of Zn *** high conductivity graphite layer on Zn anode(denoted as Zn@C)not only benefits the uniform distribution of the electric field,but also provides numerous Zn nucleation sites to regulate and navigate Zn-ion stripping/plating ***,the graphite layer with a poor catalytic activity endows the Zn@C anode with a highly suppressed hydrogen ***,a hydrogen and dendrite free anode is achieved with artificial anticatalytic carbon layer on Zn anode,exhibiting a high reversibility and excellent cycling stability over 2600 h at the current density of 5 mA·cm^(-2)with a capacity of 2.5 mAh·cm^(-2)and longtime cycling stability for assembled full *** work strategically designs the properties of the artificial interface layer to effectively address various challenges simultaneously,which presents insights for the future development of high-performance rechargeable AZIBs.

Local air pollution is strongly affected by synoptic weather systems,such as fronts,troughs,low-altitude vortices,or high-altitude ***,few studies have analyzed the meteorological properties of cold or warm air masses associated to these systems and their impact on local air *** this study,hourly observations of fine particulate matter(diameter of up to 2.5µm,i.e.,PM_(2.5)),wind(V),temperature(T),pressure(P),and precipitation(R),acquired in hangzhou in 2014-2020,were *** this analysis,weather patterns were categorized into 27 types;89 and 94 cases illustrating the passage of warm and cold air masses over hangzhou were identified,respectively;the influence of air mass temperature,wind speed,and wind direction on PM_(2.5) concentrations and local accumulation or removal was *** main results are as follows.(1)Pollution events occurred more frequently for cold than for warm air masses,but average pollutant concentration was lower for cold air masses;(2)48%of the cold air mass cases corresponded to PM_(2.5) decreases and 52%to PM_(2.5) increases,with strong cold air masses(ΔT_(24h)>4°C;∣V∣_(average)>4 m s^(−1))markedly reducing local pollution,but weak cold air masses(ΔT24hwarm air masses,PM_(2.5)accumulation or removal occurred in 60%and 40%of the cases,respectively:warm air masses(ΔT24h>4°C)reduced the PM_(2.5) concentration whereas weaker winds(∣V∣_(average)harply within 4 h after the passage of strong cold air masses,but more gradually within 14 h after the passage of strong warm air *** results considerably improve the current understanding of the influence of cold and warm air masses on local pollution patterns.

A high-zinc composite,12vol%SiC/Al-13.3 Zn-3.27 Mg-1.07Cu(wt%),with an ultra-high-strength of 781 MPa was success-fully fabricated through a powder metallurgy method,followed by an extrusion *** effects of solid-solution and aging heat treat-ments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were extensively *** with a single-stage sol-id-solution treatment,a two-stage solid-solution treatment(470℃/1 h+480℃/1 h)exhibited a more effective solid-solution strengthen-ing owing to the higher degree of solid-solution and a more uniform *** to the aging hardness curves of the com-posite,the optimized aging parameter(100℃/22 h)was *** the aging temperature and time resulted in finer and more uniform nanoscale precipitates but only yielded a marginal increase in tensile *** fractography analysis revealed that intergranu-lar cracking and interface debonding were the main fracture mechanisms in the ultra-high-strength SiC/Al-Zn-Mg-Cu *** regions,such as the SiC/Al interface containing numerous compounds and the precipitate-free zones at the high-angle grain boundaries,were identified as significant factors limiting the strength enhancement of the *** compounds,including MgO,MgZn2,and Cu5Zn8,reduced the interfacial bonding strength,leading to interfacial debonding.

water fluoride pollution has caused non-negligible harm to the environment and humans,and thus it is crucial to find a suitable treatment *** this study,La-Fe@PTA adsorbent was synthesized for the defluoridation of mine *** results showed that the optimum conditions for defluoridation by La-Fe@PTA were p h close to 7.0,the initial F-concentration of 10 mg/L,the dosage of 0.5 g/L and the adsorption time of 240 *** with SO_4^(2-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-)and hCO_(3)^(-)presented severer inhibition on fluoride uptake by La-Fe@*** adsorption process fits well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model,and the maximum adsorption capacity of Langmuir model was 95 mg/***-bed adsorption results indicated that fluoride in practical fluorinated mine water could be effectively removed from 3.6 mg/L to less than 1.5 mg/L within130 bed volume(BV)by using 1.5 g La-Fe@***,the adsorbent still had good adsorption capacity after regeneration,which confirms the great application potential of La-Fe@PTA as a fluoride ion *** mechanism analysis showed that La-Fe@PTA adsorption of fluorine ions is a physicochemical reaction driven by electrostatic attraction and ion exchange.

Objective:Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a deleterious microangiopathy of diabetes,constituting a critical determinant of fatality in diabetic *** work is purposed to disclose the effects and modulatory mechanism of BTG anti-proliferation factor 2(BTG2)during the pathological process of ***:BTG2 expression in kidney tissues of diabetic mice and high glucose(hG)-exposed human proximal tubular cell line hK-2 was assessed with western blot and *** diabetic mice model was constructed by streptozotocin injection and confirmed by the blood glucose level beyond 16.7 mmol/*** and eosin(h&E)staining and measurement of kidney function hallmarks were conducted to assess kidney *** counting kit(CCK)-8 method and TUNEL assay appraised cell activity and *** red O staining assayed lipid *** commercial kits were used to estimate oxidative stress-related ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)assay testified the binding relationship of BTG2 with protein arginine methyltransferase 1(PRMT1).Results:BTG2 expression was significantly raised in renal tissues of diabetic mice and hK-2 cells exposed to ***2 deficiency improved viability and extenuated the apoptosis,lipid deposition as well as oxidative stress in hK-2 cells following hG *** addition,PRMT1 was also overexpressed in hK-2 cells exposed to ***2 interacted with PRMT1 and positively modulated PRMT1 *** effects of BTG2 interference on viability,apoptosis,lipid deposition,and oxidative stress in hG-challenged hK-2 cells were partially abrogated by PRMT1 ***:Altogether,BTG2 might aggravate hK-2 cell injury in response to hG by binding with PRMT1,providing a novel target for the therapeutic strategy of DN.
