In this paper,two lifting mechanism models with opposing placements,which use the same hydraulic hoist model and have the same angle of 50°,have been *** mechanical and hydraulic simulation models are established using MATLAB Simscape to analyze their kinetics and dynamics in the lifting and holding *** simulation findings are compared to the analytical calculation results in the steady state,and both methods show good *** the early lifting stage,Model 1 produces greater force and discharges goods in the container faster than Model ***,Model 2 reaches a higher force and ejects goods from the container cleaner than its counterpart at the end lifting *** established simulation models can consider the effects of dynamic loads due to inertial moments and forces generated during the system *** is crucial in studying,designing,and optimizing the structure of hydraulic-mechanical systems.

This paper deals with the collision of sphere shape grenades with sand *** central issue of the article is the establishing of an empirical velocity equation of the grenade while impacting on sand that is used to solve motion equations of the mechanical mechanism inside the impact grenade *** paper focuses on impact velocities that are lower than 5 m s^(-1).An experiment was conducted to study the velocity of the grenade while impacting on dry sand.A high-speed camera video was used to capture the grenade *** grenade velocity in the impact process was generated from these video *** types of fitting curves are used to regress the velocity equation of the grenade while interacting with the sand media and the best-fitting model is *** result shows the regression curve has a high correlation with the experiment data for grenade velocities below 5 m s^(-1).The received regression equation is useful for analyzing the working ability of the inertial mechanism inside the impact grenade or analyzing and choosing the appropriate parameters of each part in the inertial mechanism to meet the required characteristics of the mechanism.

BACKGROUND Sessile serrated lesions(SSLs)are considered precancerous colorectal lesions that should be detected and removed to prevent colorectal *** studies in Vietnam mainly investigated the adenoma pathway,with limited data on the serrated *** To evaluate the prevalence,risk factors,and BRAF mutations of SSLs in the Vietnamese *** This is a cross-sectional study conducted on patients with lower gastrointestinal symptoms who underwent colonoscopy at a tertiary hospital in *** were diagnosed on histopathology according to the 2019 World Health Organi-zation *** mutation analysis was performed using the Sanger DNA sequencing *** multivariate logistic regression model was used to determine SSL-associated *** There were 2489 patients,with a mean age of 52.1±13.1 and a female-to-male ratio of 1:*** prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.5-5.1].In the multivariate analysis,factors significantly associated with SSLs were age≥40[odds ratio(OR):3.303;95%CI:1.607-6.790],male sex(OR:2.032;95%CI:1.204-3.429),diabetes mellitus(OR:2.721;95%CI:1.551-4.772),and hypertension(OR:1.650,95%CI:1.045-2.605).The rate of BRAF mutations in SSLs was 35.5%.CONCLUSION The prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%.BRAF mutations were present in one-third of *** risk factors for SSLs included age≥40,male sex,diabetes mellitus,and hypertension.

Typically,the hydroxide agents,such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide,which have corrosive properties,are used in the carbon activation *** this study,potassium oxalate(K_(2)C_(2)O_(4)),a less toxic and non-corrosive activating reagent,was used to synthesize activated carbon from the solid residue after autohydrolysis *** effect of the autohydrolysis treatment and the ratio of the K_(2)C_(2)O_(4)/solid residue are presented in this ***,the comparison between the activated carbon from bamboo and biochar from the solid residue are also *** resulting activated carbon from the solid residue exhibited a high surface area of up to 1432 m^(2)·g^(-1) and a total pore volume of up to 0.88 cm^(3)·g^(-1).The autohydrolysis treatment enhanced the microporosity properties compared to those without pretreatment of the activated *** microporosity of the activated carbon from the solid residue was dominated by the pore width at 0.7 nm,which is excellent for CO_(2) *** 25℃ and 1.013×10^(5) Pa,the CO_(2) captured reached up to 4.1 mmol·g^(-1).On the other hand,the ratio between K_(2)C_(2)O_(4) and the solid residue has not played a critical role in determining the porosity *** ratio of the K_(2)C_(2)O_(4)/solid residue of 2 could help the carbon material reach a highly microporous textural property that produces a high carbon capture *** finding proved the benefit of using the solid residue from the autohydrolysis treatment as a precursor material and offering a more friendly and sustainable activation carbon process.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of wedelolactone,a major flavonoid from Vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L)L.,on inflammation and insulin ***:Wedelolactone was extracted from the leaves of Vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L.)*** methanol by *** effects of wedelolactone on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced cytokine production,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase activities in Raw 264.7 cells were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),specific immunofluorescent dyes and luminometric analysis,*** addition,its effects on glucose uptake and the protein expression of insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS1)and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)were examined in 3T3-L1 cells by immunofluorescent dyes and Western ***:Wedelolactone at 30μg/mL significantly inhibited LPS-induced production of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-8(Pduced ROS generation and NADPH oxidase activities in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells(P<0.01).Furthermore,wedelolactone showed anti-insulin resistance activity,as evidenced by improved glucose uptake and the upregulated expression of IRS1 and GLUT4 in 3T3-L1 cells(P<0.01).Conclusions:Wedelolactone exhibits anti-inflammation and anti-insulin resistance effects,which may be used for the treatment of diabetes and inflammation-associated diseases.

BACKGROUND X-ray gastric cancer(GC)screening has been shown to decrease ***-based X-ray GC screening has been performed in Hiroshima Prefe-cture,Japan,since 1983 but time trends and the efficacy of the method over 39 years have not been *** This was a population-based retrospective *** data were derived from aggregated data of the Hiroshima Regional Health Medical Promotion Organization,including the number and rate of participants and those requiring esophagogastroduodenoscopies(EGDs),the number and rate of participants diagnosed as having GC,and the positive predictive value of the abnormal findings detected by X-ray and confirmed by *** number and rate of esophageal cancers were also ***,the cost of detecting one GC was *** The number of participants has decreased during the last four decades,from 39925 in 1983 to 12923 in *** rate of those requiring EGDs decreased significantly in recent years(P<0.001).The number of participants diagnosed as having GC has also declined,from 76 to 10 ***,the rate of cases diagnosed as GC among the participants remained around 0.1%.The positive predictive value increased significantly in recent years except during *** number and rate of accidentally detected esophageal cancers have risen recently,from 0%in 2008 to 0.02%in 2021,one-fifth of the diagnosis rate of *** GC diagnosis costs approximately 4200000 Japanese Yen(30000 United States Dollars)for the X-ray screenings and *** X-ray GC screening in Hiroshima has been efficient,but one challenge is the *** cancers may also need to be considered because they have gradually increased in recent years.
