【目的】利用ISSR分子标记分析越南北部山区当地玉米种质材料的遗传多样性。【方法】采用ISSR技术和10个引物对从越南和老挝北部山区3个省收集的21份玉米种质材料即12份普通玉米和9份糯玉米的遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】在21份玉米种质材料中可以检测到108个ISSR片段,其多态性为100%。ISSR引物的多态性信息量值为0.10～0.39,每条引物平均为0.24;分辨力为14.29~0.48,平均每条为4.48。除ISSR-T1以外,所有ISSR引物在13份玉米材料中均产生特异性片段。根据聚类分析结果,使用70%的遗传相似性作为切割点,建立了玉米种质材料系统树,21份玉米种质材料被分为3大类。不同玉米材料的相似系数为0.52~0.90.【结论】ISSR标记可提供玉米种质遗传多样性信息,对越南玉米种质材料的收集、保护和育种具有重要作用。

In this study, a biopolymer sponge(PS) with a crosslinked mixture of gelatin-chitosan-poly(vinyl alcohol) was dipped into graphene oxide(GO) solution to form a composite sponge(CS, GO-coated PS) by a combination of simple dip-coating and freeze-drying procedures, as a sponge-like adsorbent in organic dye removal *** morphological, chemical, crystalline, mechanical and thermal characterizations of the as-obtained sponges were further investigated for the possible changes in the structure of sponge-like adsorbent after coating the GO sheets on the 3D porous structure of PS. The results showed that the CS had possessed effectively organic dye removal performances comparing to the PS. In the adsorption, the Langmuir and pseudo-second-order models corresponding to a monolayer approach and a chemical adsorption were appropriated. The maximum adsorption capacity of Rhodamine B and Congo red reached 126.8 and 135.0 mg·g-1; and 145.6 and 148.6 mg·g-1corresponding onto the PS and CS. It indicates that the maximum adsorption capacity on the CS enhanced significantly comparing to those on the PS owing to the functional GO sheets coated in the 3D porous structure of PS, which leads to supplying further functional adsorption sides on the whole 3D porous structure of CS. Notably, the sponges-like adsorbents could be regenerated and used again without a remarkable decrease of dye removal ability occurred in 9 adsorbing–desorbing cycles. Therefore, the CS prepared in this study can become a potential adsorbent for actual applications because of non-toxic materials, proper structural features, low-cost material and operation, and reliable recyclability.

this study is to bring an overview on various methods regarding the surface treatment performed on different polymeric membranes in relation to a deference between the treatment mechanism and their chemical ***, plasma and UV surface treatments(PST and UST) were utilized to treat the surfaces of two commercial membranes, i.e., aromatic polyimide and polyethylene terephthalate for various durations using a discharge electrode and an UV LED curing system, respectively. Based on the effects of PST and UST processes on the surface of these membranes, their surface properties have been characterized to surface morphology and hydrophilicity(or wettability), at same time the changes have probably occurred on their surface during the PST and UST processes. As a result, their hydrophilic behavior was significantly enhanced after conducting these treatment processes based on the investigation of water contact angle. Moreover, Fourier-transform infrared and Raman spectroscopy manifested the changes in the chemical bonds, interactions and orientations of molecules, which confirmed the apparition and insertion of polar functional groups after the surface treatments, and accordingly,their wettability was enhanced significantly. Also, optical microscopy images showed direct impactions on their surface and the evidence of slight surface aging/damage during the treatment processes based on the presentation of the strange streaks on the treated surfaces. In particular, the peel forces exhibited an increase comparing to the initial membranes, which is characteristically for enhancing their adhesion behavior. Hence, these results are needful for improving the surface properties of a material, and obtaining better adhesion behavior on the membrane-like materials and recycling polymer materials.

Graphene-based adsorbents have been attracted extensive interest in recent years. Herein, graphene oxidecovered melamine foam(GO-covered MF) was designed and prepared by a mild submerge-covering method with the support of a super-hydrophilic melamine framework, showing its adsorption performances for various organic dyes. The structure morphology as well as chemical, thermal and mechanical properties of the as-obtained hybrid foam(HF) were further determined for the possible structure changes after covering the GO sheets on the MF framework. Moreover, the HF exhibited an excellent ability for organic dye adsorption application, and which was well fitted in the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir models corresponding to a chemical adsorption and a mono-layer approach during the adsorption process. The maximum adsorption capacity by using the asobtained HF corresponded to 258.56 mg g-1(methylene blue), 233.22 mg g-1(Rhodamine B), 206.92 mg g-1(methyl orange), and 184.93 mg g-1(Congo red), which are competitive with that of other graphene-based absorbents. In particular, the HF could be reused without a noticeable degradation of organic dye removal performance. As such, the HF prepared in this study can become an encouraging candidate for practical application owing to the reliable recyclability and low-cost.

We report on the synthesis of Sn-doped hematite nanoparticles(Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs)by the hydrothermal *** prepared Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs had a highly pure and well crystalline rhombohedral phase with an average particle size of 41.4 *** optical properties of as-synthesizedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs show a higher bandgap energy(2.40-2.57 eV)than that of pure bulkα-Fe_(2)O_(3)(2.1 eV).By doping Sn intoα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs,the Sn-doped hematite was observed a redshift toward a long wavelength with in-creasing Sn concentration from 0%to 4.0%.The photocatalytic activity of Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs was evaluated by Congo red(CR)dye *** degradation efficiency of CR dye using Sn-α-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs catalyst is higher than that of pureα-Fe_(2)O_(3) *** highest degradation efficiency of CR dye was 97.8%using 2.5%Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) NPs catalyst under visible-light *** results suggest that the synthesized Sn-dopedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles might be a suitable approach to develop a photocatalytic degradation of toxic inorganic dye in wastewater.

The crosslinked gelatin/chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol)/hydroxyapatite(GEL/CTS/PVA/HAp, GCPH) sponges were fabricated by a freeze-drying method to yield the reinforced composite sponges with proper features. The porosity value and pore size of the crosslinked GCPH sponges reached ～80% and 50–100 μm, respectively, which can be an appropriate range to allow cells to migrate into the reinforced composite sponges in the tissue engineering technology. Besides, the proper bonding presence between HAp particles and the crosslinked polymeric matrix or the crosslinked network formation between the polymers were also proved through fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermal gravimetric(TG/DTG) analysis. Owing to incorporation of HAp particles and good distribution of HAp particles inside the crosslinked polymeric matrix, their mechanical properties were improved through the determination of compression tests. Concomitantly, their water absorption ability reached effectively in both the distilled water and Na Cl solution, and their recovery also maintained well for 10 absorbing–squeezing cycles to be considered as an effective reusability for the crosslinked sponge ***, the crosslinked GCPH sponge prepared in the present study can become a potential candidate to apply especially in the biomedical/medical applications and tissue engineering technology.

The hydrogel sponges have prepared successfully from gelatin/chitosan(GEL/CTS) matrix with different polyols basing on scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) analysis. The results indicate that the compressibility and thermal properties(thermal gravimetric analysis, TGA) were improved significantly with adding the different polyols [poly(vinyl alcohol)-PVA, and poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(propylene glycol)-poly(ethylene glycol) – PEPEG] into GEL/CTS matrix. Specially, the as-prepared hydrogel sponges with superabsorbent behavior were also investigated with the attained water absorption capacity to 605 g gand 585 g gfor GCV＿1/1/0.3 and GCE＿1/1/0.3 sponges, respectively, as well as the excellent water absorption capacity in a wide range of p H and salt concentration. Hence, these studies demonstrated that the hydrogel sponges are concerned as potential and promising candidates to apply especially in the fields of biomedicine and hygiene.

Artificial intelligence(AI)applications are observed in different industries including the services,where the impressive changing pace is boosted by the technological advances in *** use of AI in the daily work of individuals and in shaping the relationship between firms and customers has resulted in increased efficiency and a higher degree of fascination in *** are,however,customers'fears related to the use of ***,understanding how AI affects customer trust is worth *** study focuses on the AI applications and their impact on communication quality and customer *** features of AI applications investigated in this study include anthropomorphism,empathy response and interaction.A model was first empirically validated through Confirmatory Factor Analysis and tested using Covariance-Based Structural Equation *** were then collected from a survey of 507 customers of two banks and two big telecommunication firms in *** results indicate that anthropomorphism and interaction do not play critical roles in generating customer trust in AI unless they create communication quality with *** ability of empathy response makes customers trust in various service *** application seems to be a good solution for service firms to enhance their relationship with customers in difficult circumstances,including a pandemic *** study delivers implications for enhancing AI adoption in the service firms that intend to innovate their future operations.
