Effect of Poly-Alkylene-Glycol Quenchant on the Distortion, Hardness, and Microstructure of 65Mn Steel

Currently,the 65Mn steel is quenched mainly by oil *** though the lower cooling rate of oil compared to water reduces the hardness of steel post quenching,the deforming and cracking of parts are often *** the other hand,the oil media also has the disadvantage of being ammable,creating smoke that adversely affects the *** poly alkylene glycol(PAG)polymer quenchant is commonly used for quenching a variety of steels based on its advantages such as non-ammability and exible cooling rate subjected to varying concentration and stirring *** article examines the effect of PAG polymer quenching solution(with concentrations of 10%and 20%)on deformation,hardness,and microstructure of C-ring samples made of 65Mn ***,the performance of PAG polymer quenchant is also compared with those of two common quenching solutions:Water and *** cooling in water,the C-ring samples had the largest deformation and 2 times higher than the results obtained when a 10%PAG solution was *** particular,similar levels of deformation on the C-ring samples were observed in both cases of 20%PAG solution and oil as the primary quenching ***,the hardness level measured between the sampled parts quenched in the 20%PAG solution appeared to be more uniform than that obtained from the oil-quenched *** study of the microscopic structure of steel by optical microscopy combined with X-ray diffraction showed that the water hardened sample exhibited cracks and comprised of two phases,martensite and retained *** to the results of Electron Back Scattering Diffraction(EBSD)analysis and backscattering electronic image(BSE),the content of austenite residue in the sample when the sample was cooled in PAG 10 and 20%solution was 3.21%and 4.73%,respectively and smaller than the measurements obtained from oil quenching ***,the 65Mn steel is cooled in 20%PAG solution for high hardness and more evenly distributed than when it is q

选择两种常见的天然黏土矿物高岭石和蒙脱石,研究了有机污染物双酚A(BPA)在其表面的吸附及草酸对黏土矿物悬浮液中BPA光降解的影响.结果表明,BPA在两种黏土矿物表面的吸附量较小,吸附符合Langmuir等温式.在250W金属卤化物灯(λ≥360nm)照射下,草酸可显著促进BPA在高岭石和蒙脱石悬浮液中的光降解,降解动力学符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood方程.降解速率受pH值的影响较大,pH=4.0时速度最快,光降解速率同时受草酸浓度的影响.最后,通过分析矿物中铁的化学环境及反应过程中铁浓度变化,分析了草酸促进BPA在黏土矿物悬浮液中光降解的可能机制.

In this study,we reported on the concept and practical use of cation exchange resin(CER)for removing anions in water via pretreating the CER with metal *** cation exchange resinsupported iron and magnesium oxides/hydroxides composite(FeMg/CER)was synthesized and introduced as a new and potential adsorbent for selective removal of nitrate ion in the water *** of FeMg/CER were determined by techniques such as Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and Xray *** results showed that FeMg/CER material had a high nitrate adsorption capacity of 200 mg NO_(3)^()·g^(1)with a fast equilibrium adsorption time of 30 min at pH *** addition,it had good durability of at least 10 times of regeneration,which could be applied to practical water and wastewater treatment.

＂Institutionalization＂ as Weapons of the Weak： ASEAN Countries and the South China Sea Disputes

＂Institutionalization＂ can be understood as a process of norm and law setting to regulate and control individual attitudes. An institutionalized area could be more stable and ordered, then the relationships between the factors can be identified by the predicted signals. Institutions can help to provide a key form of such frameworks, through which all states, but especially the stronger states, can use rules and other normative expectations of conduct in the international relation. Weaker states, in return, gain limits on the action of the leading states and access to the political process, in which they can press their interests. This article analyzes the disputes in the South China Sea~, particularly between China and ASEAN countries to prove the argument. It is argued that ASEAN, in the situation of power asymmetry between dominant （power-holders） and dominated groups, has used ＂institution＂ and ＂institutionalization＂ as a countermeasure to constrain the powerful China in the two ways：（1） trying to lock-in China in a rule-based order, in order to restrict its power, and （2） by institutionalizing the way in which the disputes in the South China Sea should be resolved, ASEAN countries want to create a frameworks for setting rules of games, which are shaped by principles and norms instead of balance-of-power.

In response to the fast evolution of micro-satellite, the ＂AMC （Asian micro-satellite consortium）＂ is established to promote and accelerate the development of micro-satellite and its applications including future projects such as ＂a super constellation＂. Through this paper, we want to share our views on the challenges facing implementation of micro constellation by many institutions with their benefit requirements and also the possible contribution from Vietnam National Satellite Center to this project.

This paper distinguished hydrogen roles to improve electron mobility and carrier concentration in ZnO and Al doped ZnO sputtered *** combining experimental evidences and theoretical results,we find out that hydrogen located at oxygen vacancy sites(H_(O))is the main factor gives rise to increase simultaneously mobility and carrier concentration which has not been mentioned *** appropriate hydrogen content during sputtering not only results in crystalline relaxation but also supports doping Al into ZnO,increasing carrier concentration and electron mobility in the *** principles calculations confirmed hydrogen substitutional stability for oxygen vacancy,significantly reducing electron conductivity effective mass and hence increasing electron *** particular,0.8%hydrogen partial pressure ratio achieved 61 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)maximum electron mobility,optical transmittance above 82%in visible and near-infrared regions,and 2×10^(20) cm^(-3)carrier concentrations for H-Al co-doped ZnO *** values approach ideal electrical and optical properties for transparent conducting oxide *** presence of one maximum electron mobility was attributed to competition between increasing mobility due to restoring effective electron mass and hydrogen passivation of native defects,and decreased electron mobility due to electron-phonon scattering.

越南近年来发展迅速,其电商也得到快速发展。预计2020年越南电子商务市场规模可达100亿美元,平均每人网上消费预计达350美元。越南中央经济管理研究院建议,为促进电子商务的快速发展,国家应制定并健全数字经济发展的体制、基础和政策;注重投资电子商务基础设施建设,同时为企业的数字技术应用过程提供协助;加强国家供应链与地区供应链的对接力度等。对于电商发展而言,用户口碑、体验价值等都非常重要,直接关系到电商的销售。因此有不要探究电商用户口碑与体验价值等之间的关系,从而更好的帮助电商发展。本文选择MINISO名创优品在越南的发展作为案例,基于对已有的口碑传播、用户体验价值、用户体验满意度研究和相关理论的梳理,紧密结合网络购物的实际情况,将获取的数据进行数据分析来得出基于网络购物的用户体验价值对消费者口碑传播意愿的影响研究结论;在此基础上,对这两者之间的关系进行分析,找到中间变量用户体验满意度并明确它们从中如何影响以及影响程度的大小。最后,依据研究成果,对购物网站提出管理建议,以增强其核心竞争力。本文的主要研究内容是在网络购物环境之下,提出用户体验价值基于用户体验满意度的中介作用对消费者口碑传播意愿的影响机制研究,即用户体验价值不是直接影响用户的口碑传播意愿,而是通过用户体验满意度的中介效应间接影响。论文选取以电子商务在越南的发展为背景,以电商品牌MINISO为对象,对其用户体验价值与品牌网络口碑传播意愿进行了调查与实证研究,具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。论文以在校大学生对主,对用户体验价值划分不同的维度,并对如何提升用户口碑传播与行为对电商品牌经营和效益有益。

Impacts of the Financial Factors on Schedule Delays Risk of the International Contracting Projects: Evidence from Highway BOT Pro-jects in Vietnam

Vietnam has become a major market for construction enterprises from East Asian countries, especially from China, to participate in international project contracting, but serious schedule delays have important adverse effects on local government and foreign investment companies. Based on international engineering contracting mode of Vietnam highway BOT construction projects, we discussed the drive financial factors of schedule delays, using the methods of exploratory factor analysis and questionnaire survey, and evaluated the effects of various factors which are through regression analysis. The empirical results show that the five categories of financial factors, including the policy change, slow payment, financial mismanagement, financial market changes and lack of fiscal, have significant effects on schedule delay. Furtherly, we suggested that strengthening policy research and improving financial management ability should be used to reduce the influence of relevant financial factors on schedule delay, to improve the profitability of international businesses and the motivation of foreign enterprises to participate in Vietnam highway project.
