A serine pro.einase with a fibrino.enase activity was iso.ated fro. the veno. o. viper Echis multisquamatis. Iso.atio. was perfo.med by the co.binatio. o. Q-sepharo.e and Heparine-agaro.e chro.ato.raphy. The enzyme has apparent mo.ecular weight 35 ± 1 kDа. It po.esses stro.g fibrino.en β-chain, mo.erate αchain pro.eo.ytic activity, arginine-amidase activity as the majo.ity o. serine fibrino.enases. The Km value was determined fo. β-chain fibrino.eno.ytic activity: Km = 8.3 μM. Kinetic parameters fo. amidase activity were also.determined. Amino.acid co.po.itio. was revealed. Limited hydro.ysis o. fibrino.en by the o.tained fibrino.enase allo.ed us to.detemine stable hydro.ytic subpro.ucts with definite mo.ecular weights. The manner o. the pro.eo.ytic pro.esses suggests po.sible use o. this fibrino.enase in pro.ing fibrino.en structure dinamics by limited pro.eo.ysis. Applicability o. the o.tained fibrino.enase in therapeutic practice is speculative, but presented data abo.t its nature are enco.raging and require additio.al investigatio..

武术是最早进入到中国小学教育的传统体育项目,时至今日武术也是在小学体育教学之中开展最为普及的项目之一。通过文献资料等方法对于当前中国小学武术教学存在的现实困境进行分析,研究结果发现,当前我国小学武术教学存在着教学资源匮乏、得不到足够重视、武术教学理论化部分较少、缺乏教学的科学与标准化、学科理论支撑不足等诸多问题。根据小学武术教学发展需要,提出以现代教学科学出发及多学科视角来促进小学武术教学的科学化路径形成。

A search fo. the rare decays W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D0γis perfo.med using pro.o.-pro.o. co.lisio. data co.lected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-o.-mass energy o. 13TeV,co.respo.ding to.an integrated lumino.ity o. 2.0fb−*** significant signal is o.served fo. either decay mo.e and upper limits o. their branching fractio.s are set using W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→μ+μ−decays as no.malizatio. *** upper limits are 6.5×10^(−4) and 2.1×10^(−3) at 95% co.fidence level fo. the W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D^(0)γ decay mo.es,*** is the first repo.ted search fo. the Z→D^(0)γ decay,while the upper limit o. the W+→D+sγbranching fractio. impro.es upo. the previo.s best limit.

A first search fo. the Ξ_(bc)^(+)J/ψΞ_(c)^(+) decay is perfo.med by the LHCb experiment with a data sample o. pro.o.-pro.o. co.lisio.s, co.respo.ding to.an integrated lumino.ity o. 9 fb−1 reco.ded at centre-o.-mass energies o. 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Two.peaking structures are seen with a lo.al (glo.al) significance o. 4.3(2.8) and 4.1(2.4) standard deviatio.s at masses o. 6571 and 6694 MeV/c2, respectively. Upper limits are set o. the Ξ+bc baryo. pro.uctio. cro.s-sectio. times the branching fractio. relative to.that o. the B+c→J/ψD+s decay at centre-o.-mass energies o. 8 and 13 TeV, in the Ξ+bc and in the B+c rapidity and transverse-mo.entum ranges fro. 2.0 to.4.5 and 0 to.20GeV/c, respectively. Upper limits are presented as a functio. o. the Ξ+bc mass and lifetime.
