We consi.er the followi.g (1 + 3)-di.ensi.nal P(1,4)-i.vari.nt parti.l di.ferenti.l equati.ns (PDEs): the Ei.onal equati.n, the Euler-Lagrange-Born-i.feld equati.n, the homogeneous Monge-Ampère equati.n, the i.homogeneous Monge-Ampère equati.n. The purpose of thi. paper i. to construct and classi.y the common i.vari.nt soluti.ns for those equati.ns. For thi. ai., we have used the results concerni.g constructi.n and classi.i.ati.n of i.vari.nt soluti.ns for the (1 + 3)-di.ensi.nal P(1,4)-i.vari.nt Ei.onal equati.n, si.ce thi. equati.n i. the si.plest among the equati.ns under i.vesti.ati.n. The di.ect checked allowed us to conclude that the majori.y of i.vari.nt soluti.ns of the (1 + 3)-di.ensi.nal Ei.onal equati.n, obtai.ed on the base of low-di.ensi.nal (di.L ≤ 3) nonconjugate subalgebras of the Li. algebra of the Poi.caré group P(1,4), sati.fy all the equati.ns under i.vesti.ati.n. i. thi. paper, we present obtai.ed common i.vari.nt soluti.ns of the equati.ns under study as well as the classi.i.ati.n of those i.vari.nt soluti.ns.

At present,one of the methods used to determi.e the hei.ht of poi.ts on the Earth’s surface i. Global Navi.ati.n Satelli.e System(GNSS)*** i. possi.le to determi.e the orthometri. or normal hei.ht by thi. method only i. there i. a geoi. or quasi.geoi. hei.ht model *** paper proposes the methodology for local correcti.n of the hei.hts of hi.h-order global geoi. models such as EGM08,Ei.EN-6C4,GECO,and XGM2019e_*** methodology was tested i. di.ferent areas of the research fi.ld,coveri.g vari.us reli.f *** dependence of the change i. corrected hei.ht accuracy on the i.put data was analyzed,and the correcti.n was also conducted for model hei.hts i. three ti.al systems:"ti.e free","mean ti.e",and"zero ti.e".The results show that the hei.hts of Ei.EN-6C4 model can be corrected wi.h an accuracy of up to 1 cm for flat and foothi.l terrai.s wi.h the di.ensi.nali.y of 1°×1°,2°×2°,and 3°×3°.The EGM08 model presents an almost i.enti.al *** Ei.EN-6C4 model i. best sui.ed for mountai.ous reli.f and provi.es an accuracy of 1.5 cm on the 1°×1°*** hei.ht correcti.n accuracy of GECO and XGM2019e_2159 models i. sli.htly poor,whi.h has fuzzi.ess i. terms of numeri.al fluctuati.n.

The ai. of thi. study i. to evaluate the effect of moderate physi.al exerci.e and treatment ti.e on the organi.m’s response to NSC631570. The sensi.i.i.y of ci.culati.g phagocytes to the drug at di.ferent ti.es of day was esti.ated i. i. vi.ro experi.ents. NSC631570 was admi.i.tered i.travenously to healthy volunteers (eleven men, 23 ± 2 years) i. a si.gle therapeuti. dose i. an i.pati.nt and an outpati.nt setti.g. Blood samples were obtai.ed before the drug admi.i.trati.n, 30 mi. after the drug i.jecti.n and every fourth hour throughout the 24 hour peri.d. Bi.chemi.al parameters were determi.ed usi.g the hematologi.al analyzer. Flow cytometry was used to evaluate phagocyte metaboli.m. Treatment of ci.culati.g phagocytes wi.h NSC631570 i. vi.ro resulted i. an i.crease i. ROS producti.n along wi.h a decrease i. thei. phagocyti. acti.i.y, most expressed i. the morni.g ti.e. Drug i.jecti.n to sedentary persons resulted i. pro-i.flammatory metaboli. polari.ati.n of ci.culati.g phagocytes. i.troducti.n of NSC631570 to acti.e persons was accompani.d by a si.ni.i.ant i.crease i. phagocyte endocytosi. along wi.h a decrease i. the dai.y mean of ROS generati.n. Si.ni.i.ant osci.lati.n (but i. the normal ranges) of urea, creati.i.e, alani.e ami.otransferase and aspartate ami.otransferase after NSC631570 i.troducti.n i. the outpati.nt setti.g was shown duri.g the day. Physi.al acti.i.y i.terferes wi.h i.munomodulatory acti.n of NSC631570 and abrogates pro-i.flammatory shi.t of ci.culati.g phagocytes. Bi.chemi.al parameters of blood from pati.nts treated wi.h NSC631570 i. the outpati.nt setti.g must be i.terpreted cauti.usly consi.eri.g the effect of physi.al acti.i.y on some metaboli. bi.markers.

The organi.ati.n, poli.i.al and other reasons whi.h retarded the acti.e progress of the method i. 1930 were descri.ed. i.i.i.l stage of progress of the method i. Mi.erals whi.h enter lake-marsh ores composi.i.n are very di.erse. There are two large classes of ores： ferrous and manganese-ferrous ores. Each class i. di.i.ed i.to groups accordi.g to i.s mi.eral composi.i.n. i. thi. i.vesti.ati.n, ferrous ore sample （Chagodostcha） and manganese-ferrous ore samples （Totyma-2 and Mologa-2） were consi.ered. All samples i. the i.i.i.l state are contami.ated wi.h a-quartz and Ab-An feldspars. Thus for puri.i.ati.n of the samples, di.ect flotati.n method wi.h kerosene agent were used. As a result, almost all i.puri.i.s were removed from the samples. Wi.h the X-ray di.fracti.n method, the authors i.enti.i.d followi.g phases： goethi.e （ferrous ore） and bi.nessi.e （manganese-ferrous ores）. Also, the authors used electron probe mi.roanalysi. of the ori.i.al and puri.i.d probes and i. showed the presence of such i.puri.i.s as Ca, K, Mg and Ba i. bi.nessi.e from the manganese-ferrous ores, and Ai.and Mn i.puri.i.s i. goethi.e from the ferrous ore. All ore mi.erals are i. a nanocrystalli.e state （crystalli.e si.e i. about 10 nm）.
