Although Cambodia might have achieved self-sufficiency and an exported surplus in rice production,its rice-based farming systems are widely associated with low productivity,low farmer income and rural *** study is based on a questionnaire village survey in 14 communes containing 97 villages of Kampong Chhnang Province from March to June,*** analyzes the prevailing rice-based cropping systems and evaluates options for their *** in cropping systems depend on the distance from the Tonle Sap water *** distances greater than 10 km,transplanted wet-season rice cropping system with low productivity of about 1.6 t/hm 2 *** deficiency can be primarily attributed to soils with high coarse sand fractions and low pH （〈 4.0）,use of ＇late＇ cultivars,and exclusive use of self-propagated *** improve this cropping system,commercial ＇medium＇ cultivars help prevent crop failure by shortening the cultivation period by one month and complementation of wet-season rice with non-rice crops should be *** adjacent （≤ 1 km） to the water bodies become inundated for up to seven months between July until January of each *** this area,soils contain more fine sand,silt and clay,and their pH is higher （〉 4.0）.Farmers predominantly cultivate dry-season recession rice between January and ***-nine percent of the area is sown directly and harvested by *** ratio of commercial rice seeds is 59% and yields average 3.2 t/hm *** of the second dry-season rice between April and July may double annual yields in this rice cropping *** upgrading other cultivation technologies,using seeds from commercial sources will improve yield and rice *** with rice,farmers grow non-rice crops at different intensities ranging from single annual crops to intensive sequences at low yields.

目的通过低剂量阿斯匹林的处理作为炎性模型,研究分析人胃和十二指肠黏膜分泌性白细胞蛋白酶抑制因子(SLPI)表达下调是否与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter prlori,Hp)定居或感染有关.方法选择20例健康志愿者分成Hp+和Hp-组,其中Hp+组成功进行了根除治疗.每组10人,每人口服阿司匹林100 mg/d.通过活检提取受试者不同部位胃黏膜的总RNA和蛋白,采用RT/realtime PCR检测SLPI的mRNA表达水平和单抗ELISA定量测定SLPI蛋白,统计分析SLPI基因表达的相关数据.结果与Hp-组比较,Hp+组胃窦黏膜SLPI表达水平显著降低,但Hp+组经抗生素根除治疗后其SLPI水平恢复至与Hp-组相当的水平.在低剂量阿司匹林处理下,所有受试者表现组织学观察到的活动性或慢性炎性征.各组在药物处理的不同时间虽有一定的差异,但与药物处理对照组(第0天)比较,SLPI的表达差异没有统计学意义[第1天:(77±880)pg/10?g蛋白;第3天:(941±149)pg/10?g蛋白;第7天:(763±363)pg/10?g蛋白].阿司匹林处理的1周内以胃窦为主的胃炎持续存在(活动性:1.5～1.7;慢性:1.2～2.1),但与Hp-和Hpe(根除组)比较,Hp+组的胃窦黏膜SLPI蛋白表达仍显著降低.结论低剂量阿司匹林处理所致炎性反应对人胃黏膜SLPI的表达没有影响,胃窦黏膜SLPI基因表达的下调与Hp感染有关.

比利时新基尔里斯(Senzeilles)地区是西欧晚泥盆世地层研究的一个经典地区,也是法门期石燕贝类腕足动物的重要比产区。然而针对本区弓石燕类的现代研究却较为匮乏,此外,早期的分类工作已难以满足现代专题性的课题资料要求(即层位清楚、鉴定准确的系统分类工作),因此对比利时地区法门期的“弓石燕属”足动物进行系统古生物学研究及对比具有重要意义。当前研究在华南现有成果的基础上,通过对壳面特征(贝体大小、基面特征、微细纹饰特征、中槽壳褶发生方式)及内部构造(齿板特征、内窗板特征等)的系统研究及对比,拓展了Plicapustula属的定义,即:褶上和褶间均发育微瘤纹饰。欧洲的Plicapustula属分子褶间均发育放射状细瘤微细纹饰,而华南的该属分子褶间均缺失微瘤纹饰。由于该特征存在明显的地域性,因此当前研究以此为依据建立了Paraplicapustula亚属,并将欧洲的标本归入该亚属。此外,本文还首次识别并描述了欧洲的Sinospirifer属。大部分西欧Sinospirifer属和Plicapustula属与华南地区相比,在种级组成上存在明显的差异,包括标本大小、齿板是否增厚、壳褶数目及分枝情况、微细纹饰类型等。本文共描述了上述2属的5种,包括1新亚属、3新种[Plicapustula(Paraplicapustula) eleganta subgen. et sp. nov. Ma and Wang, Plicapustula(Paraplicapustula) magna subgen. et ***. Ma and Wang, Sinospirifer transversus sp. nov. Ma and Wang, Plicapustula(Paraplicapustula) sp.及Sinospirifer subextensus(Martelli, 1902)]。

MeV Properties of the γ-ray Blazars PKS1622-297, 3C454.3 and CTA102

The MeV properties of the blazars PKS 1622-297, 3C 454.3 and CTA 102 have been analyzed using COMPTEL data (0.75-30 MeV). Our results show significant detections of PKS 1622-297 (5.9σ) in the 10-30 MeV band during its γ ray flare in 1995, and of 3C 454.3(5.6σ) in the sum of 8 years observations in the 3-10 MeV band. By comparing the MeV results to the ones obtained in neighboring bands by the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory (CGRO) experiments EGRET and OSSE, we reveal some properties of these 3 blazars at γ ray energies.

四川蒲江县长秋山系早期天师道二十四治中的主簿山治,以太清观为中心的道教圣地至今保存有大量的文物,并且仍旧吸引着来自蒲江、眉山等地的香客。古老的主簿山治在清代成为了蒲江“八景”之一:“长秋仙迹”。从此,长秋山便是文人墨客向往之地。当地文人为长秋山和太清观写了不少诗词。然而,对这些文人而言,长秋山上的庙宇不但是游玩、吟诗的景点,同时也是他们朝圣的宗教归宿之地。由当地文人修建于1857年的凌虚阁(三圣宫)就是一个典型的例子。根据山上保存的碑文,凌虚阁的修建是儒家学者兼戏曲大师彭体元(1769—1857)的遗愿。这座庙宇是道教宫观、风水地标及读书空间的完美结合。本文将以凌虚阁为例,探讨清代文人与道教的互动。

Impact of gastroesophageal reflux control through tailored proton pump inhibition therapy or fundoplication in patients with Barrett's esophagus

AIM To determine the impact of upwards titration of proton pump inhibition(PPI) on acid reflux, symptom scores and histology, compared to clinically successful *** Two cohorts of long-segment Barrett's esophagus(BE) patients were studied. In group 1(n = 24), increasing doses of PPI were administered in 8-wk intervals until acid reflux normalization. At each assessment, ambulatory 24 h p H recording, endoscopy with biopsies and symptom scoring(by a gastroesophageal reflux disease health related quality of life questionnaire, GERD/HRLQ) were performed. Group 2(n = 30) consisted of patients with a previous fundoplication. RESULTS In group 1, acid reflux normalized in 23 of 24 patients, resulting in improved GERD/HRQL scores(P = 0.001), which were most pronounced after the starting dose of PPI(P < 0.001). PPI treatment reached the same level of GERD/HRQL scores as after a clinically successful fundoplication(P = 0.5). Normalization of acid reflux in both groups was associated with reduction in papillary length, basal cell layer thickness, intercellular space dilatation, and acute and chronic inflammation of squamous epithelium. CONCLUSION This study shows that acid reflux and symptom scores co-vary throughout PPI increments in long-segment BE patients, especially after the first dose of PPI, reaching the same level as after a successful fundoplication. Minor changes were found among GERD markers at the morphological level.

Quantifying Information via Shannon Entropy in Spatially Structured Optical Beams

While information is ubiquitously generated,shared,and analyzed in a modern-day life,there is still some controversy around the ways to assess the amount and quality of information inside a noisy optical channel.A number of theoretical approaches based on,e.g.,conditional Shannon entropy and Fisher information have been developed,along with some experimental *** of these approaches are limited to a certain alphabet,while others tend to fall short when considering optical beams with a nontrivial structure,such as Hermite-Gauss,Laguerre-Gauss,and other modes with a nontrivial ***,we propose a new definition of the classical Shannon information via the Wigner distribution function,while respecting the Heisenberg *** this definition,we calculate the amount of information in Gaussian,Hermite-Gaussian,and LaguerreGaussian laser modes in juxtaposition and experimentally validate it by reconstruction of the Wigner distribution function from the intensity distribution of structured laser *** experimentally demonstrate the technique that allows to infer field structure of the laser beams in singular optics to assess the amount of contained *** the generality,this approach of defining information via analyzing the beam complexity is applicable to laser modes of any topology that can be described by well-behaved *** Shannon information,defined in this way,is detached from a particular alphabet,i.e.,communication scheme,and scales with the structural complexity of the *** a synergy between the Wigner distribution function encompassing the information in both real and reciprocal space and information being a measure of disorder can contribute into future coherent detection algorithms and remote sensing.
