The use of machine learning to predict student employability is important in order to analyse a student’s capability to get a *** on the results of this type of analysis,university managers can improve the employability of their students,which can help in attracting students in the *** addition,learners can focus on the essential skills identified through this analysis during their studies,to increase their *** effectivemethod calledOPT-BAG(OPTimisation of BAGging classifiers)was therefore developed to model the problem of predicting the employability of *** model can help predict the employability of students based on their competencies and can reveal weaknesses that need to be ***,we analyse the relationships between several variables and the outcome variable using a correlation heatmap for a student employability ***,a standard scaler function is applied in the preprocessing module to normalise the variables in the student employability *** training set is then input to our model to identify the optimal parameters for the bagging classifier using a grid search cross-validation ***,the OPT-BAG model,based on a bagging classifier with optimal parameters found in the previous step,is trained on the training dataset to predict student *** empirical outcomes in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 indicate that the OPT-BAG approach outperforms other cutting-edge machine learning models in terms of predicting student *** this study,we also analyse the factors affecting the recruitment process of employers,and find that general appearance,mental alertness,and communication skills are the most *** indicates that educational institutions should focus on these factors during the learning process to improve student employability.

In recent years,the detection of fake job descriptions has become increasingly necessary because social networking has changed the way people access burgeoning information in the internet *** fraud in job descriptions can help jobseekers to avoid many of the risks of job ***,the problem of detecting fake job descriptions comes up against the problem of class imbalance when the number of genuine jobs exceeds the number of fake *** causes a reduction in the predictability and performance of traditional machine learning *** therefore present an efficient framework that uses an oversampling technique called FJD-OT(Fake Job Description Detection Using Oversampling Techniques)to improve the predictability of detecting fake job *** the proposed framework,we apply several techniques including the removal of stop words and the use of a tokenizer to preprocess the text data in the first *** then use a bag of words in combination with the term frequency-inverse document frequency(TF-IDF)approach to extract the features from the text data to create the feature dataset in the second ***,our framework applies k-fold cross-validation,a commonly used technique to test the effectiveness of machine learning models,that splits the experimental dataset[the Employment Scam Aegean(ESA)dataset in our study]into training and test sets for *** training set is passed through the third module,an oversampling module in which the SVMSMOTE method is used to balance data before training the classifiers in the last *** experimental results indicate that the proposed approach significantly improves the predictability of fake job description detection on the ESA dataset based on several popular performance metrics.

汉越语气词连用现象对比分析及教学对策

中越两国在文化交流方面历史悠久,交流与合作一直以来得到两国政府和人民的关注。文化交流活动的首要条件是两国的语言沟通。因此,越来越多越南学生选择汉语作为第二种外语,甚至将汉语作为学习和生活中主要使用的外语。语气词在汉越语中数量不多但意义丰富。语气词在口语交际中出现频率比较高。对于汉越语来说,使用语气词时还有一种常见的语气词组合连用现象。汉越语中的语气词组合连用,对越南汉语学习者来说容易造成困扰。刘氏兰香(Luu Thi Lan Huong)、武氏玄妆(Vu Thi Huyen trang)初步概括了此现象在两种语言的运用方式。为了提升越南学习者对汉语中语气词连用现象的认识,在习得语气词连用现象的过程中能够掌握汉越语气词连用现象的异同点,本论文以“汉越语气词连用现象对比研究及教学对策”为题,将汉越语气词连用现象进行对比分析,得出汉越语气词连用现象在组合规律、组合层次、语义等方面的相同点以及在组合里的语气词数量、组合的固定性、组合的独立性、组合位置等方面的不同点。本论文还通过问卷调查进行SPSS检验和AMOS模型,希望可以研究汉语学习者和教师对汉越语气词连用现象的认知、使用频率和理解度,从而为面向越南学习者的汉语教学有所帮助。我们发现,语气词连用现象的使用频率积极影响到它的教学运用。其中,“使用频率”变量最大取决于“在日常交际中运用语气词连用现象的次数”变量,而教学运用最好的衡量因素为感觉应不应该将语气词连用现象投入教学内容的自我认知。对汉越语气词组合的理解度往往取决于能否将它翻译成目的语言对应的语气词组合。通过这些结果分析,我们对汉语语气词连用现象的教学从教师讲解的角度对三个外语教育素质提出一些有效建议。

The use of natural killer(NK)cells is a promising and safe immunotherapeutic approach in the field of cancer ***,combination treatments are required to enhance the effector functions and therapeutic efficacy of NK *** this study,we investigated the potential of daratumumab(Dara),bortezomib,and dexamethasone(Dvd)to augment the antitumor effects of NK cells in a multiple myeloma(MM)xenograft mouse *** cells were expanded and activated using the K562-OX40 ligand and membrane-bound IL-18 and IL-21 in the presence of IL-2 and IL-15 from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from MM patients.A human MM xenograft model was established using human RPMI8226-RFP-FLuc cells in NOD/SCID IL-2Rγnull(NSG)***-bearing mice were divided into six treatment groups:no treatment,expanded NK cells(eNKs),Dara,Dara+eNKs,Dvd,and Dvd+*** treatment strongly enhanced the cytotoxicity of eNKs by upregulating expression of NK cell activation ligands,downregulating expression of NK cell inhibitory ligands,and promoting antibody-dependent cellular *** combination of eNKs with Dvd significantly prolonged mouse survival and reduced the tumor burden and serum M-protein ***,Dvd pretreatment significantly increased eNK persistence and homing to MM *** findings suggest that Dvd treatment potentiates the antimyeloma effects of NK cells expanded and activated ex vivo by modulating immune responses in MM-bearing mice.

为了探究Na：HP0。活化处理引起的木材苯酚液化物碳纤维微细结构的变化，以 Na2HPO4溶液为活化剂对杉木苯酚液化物碳纤维原丝进行了浸渍、干燥和不同温度的活化处理，对活性碳纤维的晶体结构、孔隙结构和表面化学结构进行了表征。结果表明：随着活化温度的上升，活性碳纤维的得率逐渐减小。活性碳纤维的晶体结构属于类石墨结构；随着活化温度上升，微晶层间距d0002减小，而石墨片层平面尺寸Lc和Lc／d002增加。活化温度在600oC或700℃时，微孔率小于48vol％；当活化温度为800℃或900℃时，微孔率大于60vol％。活性碳纤维的微孔孔径主要集中在0．5～1．6nm范围内，中孔孔径主要分布在2．0～4．0nm范围内。随着活化温度的上升，纤维的比表面积和孔容积均逐渐增加，900℃时二者均达到最大值，此时的比表面积为1306m2／g。C和O是活性碳纤维的基本元素，纤维表面大部分的含碳基团为石墨碳，含有少量的C-0H、C=O和-COOH。研究为制备新型活性碳纤维和进一步探明活化剂同碳纤维分子之间相互作用提供参考。

Soc trang is one of coastal provinces in which rice land is relatively low and therefore under annual threat of saline intrusion and other climatic variabilities. It raises an urgent need to identify various rice varieties which are short-duration, highly adaptive to salinity penetration, floods and aluminium poisonous matters, as well as high productivity and quality. The research applies the GIS （Geo-Information System） and RS （Remote Sensing） techniques to accurately evaluate the adaptability of different salinity-tolerant rice varieties. We have used information from FAO （The Food and Agriculture Organization）, Maplnfo and ArcGIS to map different components separately that are overlapped and mixed together to build different maps indicating the adaptability of different rice varieties to salinity in different locations in Soc trang. We have also identified various factors affecting the productivity of these rice varieties. Then, several salinity-resistent rice varieties have been piloted in different areas to figure out which varieties are most suitable for specific regions.

Nha trang Bay is famous not only because of its beauty, but also of the biodiversity values, especially coral reefs. Thus, the sea water quality monitoring systems are necessary for effective and available managements to protect the ecosystems and for sustainable development. There have been several monitoring systems here but they have been done separately and unconnectedly. This research was done to take an overview and access the status and changes of water quality from 2007-2014. The data obtained rainy seasons over the years showed a quite good environment here. The environment changes were also monitored and there were some changes between seasons and over years, decreasing, increasing, or unobvious trends. However, the difference was not so much; and there was not the sign of environmental degradation in the bay from 2007 to 2014. Besides, the stoichiometric nutrients limitations were initially assessed. Since Si ratios here were always higher compared to N and P, there was not increased potential for non-diatom algal blooms. Together with the recorded nutrients concentration data, it can be said that there was no evidence of eutrophication in the bay. Although there was partial contamination of some parameters at few moments, the sea water quality of Nha trang bay was still in a good condition （according to Vietnamese and ASEAN criteria）.

Research to Produce Ethanol from Seaweed Biomass Cladophora sp

Biomass seaweed Cladophora sp. (BSC) included Cladphora socialis, Cladophora prolifera, Cladophora crupila, which was hydrolysised in dilute sulfuric acid and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulase. BSC was treated by dilute sulfuric acid at concentration of 0, 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% (v/v) (v volume) in autoclave respectively at 121 °C at time 20, 40 and 60 minute, with the rate between seaweed and solution acid of 1/10(w/v) (w weight). Beside, BSC was pretreated in dilute sulfuric acid at 0.5%(v/v) at 121 °C in 20 minute, after it was treat at concentrations 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1 ml/g with the enzymatic hydrolysis consisted of cellulase in control (50 °C, pH 5.0, 24 h). The results showed that, total sugar contents of two methods are the same, but sugar content was varied by treatment time of heat. Rates of acid 4%; 5%, 6% (v/v) and 0.8; 1 ml/g have high sugar content within the range of 42.38-48.51 mg/ml. 400 ml of hydrolysis solution was fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae at 30 °C for 72 h. After fermentation, 5% ethanol solution was identified for the first 100 ml evaporate solution. BSC is easily hydrolyzed and fermented to ethanol, this shows excellent prospects as a potential feedstock for the production of bioethanol.
