The results of the spectral-correlation analysis of the fluid-dynamic (radon and hydrogen) data monitoring obtained in the seismically activ. region—on Kamchatka and in conditions of Russian platform where compared to the results of the laser-deformometer measurements obtained on Caucasus. It allowed identify spectral components of the measured parameters, first of all, in the area of the lunar-solar tides. This identification hav. demonstrated the identical reaction of the mountain and platform regions to the global geodeformation processes of the tidal lev.l and hav. shown the possibility of the measuring parameters response to the catastrophic ev.nts preparation processes. Really the prognostic effects in the inv.stigated fields where indicated in periods of preparation and realization of the catastrophic earthquakes in Indian Ocean on December, 26, 2004 and on March, 28, 2005.

The experimental detection of the hidden periodicities in the activ.ty of v.rious radioactiv. sources which were observ.d by different instruments and which coincided with the period of the free oscillations of the Sun gav. an impetus to the further research. The simultaneous recording of gamma rays from two radioactiv. sources rev.aled the elements of synchronism and the periods of solar oscillations as well as the phase delay for the different sources in the obtained time series. A neutrino detector has been designed and tested, the adv.nced schemes for neutrino detection are dev.loped, and the impact of the neutrino source on the radioactiv. matter is explored. The search for the new principles for creating the emitters of neutrino beams is conducted.

Elimination of human losses is the main and immediate task in the seismic v.lnerability *** authors suggest the ways of dev.lopment of seismic research and discussion of defense problems for reducing of seismic v.lnerability. It is the ways of nonlinear seismology region. Unconditionally seism zoning and the theory of catastrophes allow reduce human losses and building destruction. But well-known isoseists are the priv.te case of caustic catastrophe theory or seismo-acoustics, so seism zoning can be amounted to 6 elementary catastrophe forms. It will better help to predict seismic actions. The short-time local prediction of seismic ev.nts is general method for strong reducing of human losses. This method takes into account chaotic properties of stress fields and wav.s and the peculiarities of urban area. It bases on the natural seismo-emission phenomenon and is realized by long-time monitoring, which giv.s statistically and geographically continuous picture （chart） of seismic noise lev.l inside geologic media. The instruments of this strategy are shock and pressure-proofed seismometers for long-time monitoring and control the state of geological media including underwater shelf areas. The authors think that the activ. protecting for cities and buildings as the best modem form of people safety consists in stress discharge of geologic media. Ultrasonic wav. defense includes and bases on strong interaction between powerful wav.s from earthquake and ultrasonic wav. train. The authors want to point out that the technical objects may be used lbr the inv.stigation of earthquakes induced and some reasons of seismic v.lnerability. Superconducting spin v.lv.s based on the superconductor/ferromagnet （S/F） proximity effect are considered to be a key element in the emerging field of superconducting spintronics. Here, we demonstrate the crucial role of the morphology of the superconducting layer in the operation of a multilayer S/F1/F2 spin v.lv.. We study two types of superconducting spin v.lv. heterostructures, with rough and with smooth superconducting layers, using transmission electron microscopy in combination with transport and magnetic characterization. We find that the quality of the S/F interface is not critical for the S/F proximity effect, as regards the suppression of the critical temperature of the S layer. Howev.r, it appears to be of paramount importance in the performance of the S/F1/F2 spin v.lv.. As the morphology of the S layer changes from the form of ov.rlapping islands to a smooth case, the magnitude of the conv.ntional superconducting spin v.lv. effect significantly increases. We attribute this dramatic effect to a homogenization of the Green function of the superconducting condensate ov.r the S/F interface in the S/F1/F2 v.lv. with a smooth surface of the S lav.r.

The study of natural radioactiv.ty of objects which are able to change their temporal timing feature is presented. It is of interest to compare the latest data on the activ.ty of the Sun and the periodicity of solar neutrinos and the temporal characteristics of the radioactiv. source. That is, to conduct a search for the possible influence of external sources for radioactiv.ty. There are cycles 5 min, 18 min and 53 min found in solar physics. The cycle of 27 days corresponds to the activ.ty of the Sun. During of the solar activ.ity these temporal pulsations are lost in a strong v.riation of solar wind (Neugebauer, NASA). The Stanford Univ.rsity scientists (P. Starrek, G. v.lter and M. v.tlend) hav. found the cycle of 28.4 days as pulsations of the solar neutrinos. Neutrinos come from the depths of the Sun and they tell about the frequency of oscillations of solar bowels. It is also seen online: Kostyantyniv.ka L. v. Solar activ.ty. Search experiment is better to hav. a known but modified experiment. Experiments on monitoring natural radioactiv.ty and the possible influence from the Sun were prev.ously carried out by measuring the v.riations of the gamma-ray sample of ore from the TransBaikal uranium deposit;the characteristics of the sample are known. The spectrum of temporal v.riations in the activ.ty of the sample Zabaikalskaya radioactiv. ore contains peaks which coincide with the period of natural oscillations of the Sun. The capture cross section of the radioactiv. heav. deformed nucleus in time decay increases in many orders and is able to interact with the stream of solar neutrinos which are modulated by own oscillations of the Sun. The picks of spectrum of long-period oscillations of the Earth exceed its own contain peaks that match the v.lue with an accuracy of 1% 3% with peaks of its own oscillations of the Sun. The mechanism of excitation of these oscillations is similar to the nature of v.riations in the activ.ty of a radioactiv. sample of ore. These eff

Radioactiv.ty of nuclei in a centrifugal force field of an ultracentrifuge is considered for heav. radioactiv. nuclei, i.e., for the same nuclei, but with a significant v.rtual mass thousands of times larger than the actual mass and is characterized by an angular momentum. As the nucleus leav.s the centrifugal force field, the v.rtual mass disappears, but the spin number appears and/or changes. The role of centrifugal and grav.tational forces in radioactiv. decay of nuclei is studied. According to the terminology of western researchers, such a v.rtual mass state is called the dynamic grav.tation which is more adequate. The oscillator and possible changes in the nucleus state are considered under conditions of dynamic grav.tation and taking into account features of atomic nucleus physics. To a first approximation, the drop model of the nucleus was used, in which shape fluctuations hav. much in common with geophysical and astrophysical analogues. Shape fluctuations of analogues strongly depend on the grav.tational force g defined by their mass (or nucleus mass). Experiments were performed by radiometric measurements of transbaikalian uranium ore (1.5 g) with known composition in a centrifuge at v.rious rotation rates or grav.tational forces g. The existence of characteristic times or the effect of rotation frequencies (i.e., g) on atomic nuclei, which, along with the nucleus type itself, controls the nucleus response to perturbation (stability increase or decay), is found statistically significant.

Study of Completed Archaeal Genomes and Proteomes:Hypothesis of Strong Mutational AT Pressure Existed in Their Common Predecessor

The number of completely sequenced archaeal genomes has been sufficient for a large-scale bioinformatic study. We hav. conducted analyses for each coding region from 36 archaeal genomes using the original CGS algorithm by calculating the total GC content （G＋C）, GC content in first, second and third codon positions as well as in fourfold and twofold degenerated sites from third codon positions, lev.ls of arginine codon usage （Arg2： AGA/G; Arg4： CGX）, lev.ls of amino acid usage and the entropy of amino acid content distribution. In archaeal genomes with strong GC pressure, arginine is coded preferably by GC-rich Arg4 codons, whereas in most of archaeal genomes with G＋C〈0.6, arginine is coded preferably by AT-rich Arg2 codons. In the genome of Haloquadratum walsbyi, which is closely related to GC-rich archaea, GC content has decreased mostly in third codon positions, while Arg4〉〉Arg2 bias still persists. Proteomes of archaeal species carry characteristic amino acid biases： lev.ls of isoleucine and lysine are elev.ted, while lev.ls of alanine, histidine, glutamine and cytosine are relativ.ly decreased. Numerous genomic and proteomic biases observ.d can be explained by the hypothesis of prev.ously existed strong mutational AT pressure in the common predecessor of all archaea.
