Annealing-regulated precipitation strengthening combined with cold-working is one of the most efficient strategies for resolving the conflict between strength and ductility in metals and ***,precipitation control and grain refinement are mutually contradictory due to the excellent phase stability of multicomponent *** work utilizes the high-temperature extrusion and annealing to optimize the microstructures and mechanical properties of the Co_(34)Cr_(32)Ni_(27)Al_(3.5)Ti_(3.5) multicomponent *** extrusion effectively reduces grain sizes and simultaneously accelerates the precipitation of coherent L12 nanoparticles inside the face-centered cubic(FCC)matrix and grain boundary precipitations(i.e.,submicron Cr-rich particles and L12-Ni 3(Ti,Al)precipitates),resulting in strongly reciprocal interaction between dislocation slip and hierarchical-scale *** annealing regulates grain sizes,dislocations,twins,and precipitates,further allowing to tailor mechanical *** high yield strength is attributed to the coupled precipitation strengthening effects from nanoscale coherent L12 particles inside grains and submicron grain boundary precipitates under the support of pre-existing *** excellent ductility results from the synergistic activation of dislocations,stacking faults,and twins during plastic *** present study provides a promising approach for regulat-ing microstructures,especially defects,and enhancing the mechanical properties of multicomponent alloys.

利用金属有机化学气相沉积（MOCVD）在316L不锈钢表面分别制备了（110）择优取向和随机取向的氧化铬涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）和X射线衍射分析（XRD）分别对涂层的显微结构和相结构进行了表征。采用气相氘渗透方法对涂层的氢渗透性能进行测试。结果表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为P=4.58×10^-6exp（-112688/RT）（mol·m^-1·s^-1·Pa^0.5）,而随机取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为P=1.20×10^-5exp（-102057/RT）（mol·m^-1·s^-1·Pa^0.5）。在873,923,973 K时,择优取向涂层的氢渗透阻挡因子（PRF）分别为38.2,21.1和13.1,而随机取向涂层的PRF仅为2.6,1.9和1.5。对涂层显微结构的分析表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层晶粒规则排列,易于得到结构致密的涂层;而随机取向的涂层,晶粒排列杂乱无序,易在涂层中产生通孔等缺陷,使得涂层的氢渗透性能出现大幅降低。

Reducing of Seismic Vulnerability ＆ Short-Time Earthquake Prediction： Methods and Instruments of Nonlinear Seismology

Elimination of human losses is the main and immediate task in the seismic vulnerability *** authors suggest the ways of development of seismic research and discussion of defense problems for reducing of seismic vulnerability. It is the ways of nonlinear seismology region. Unconditionally seism zoning and the theory of catastrophes allow reduce human losses and building destruction. But well-known isoseists are the private case of caustic catastrophe theory or seismo-acoustics, so seism zoning can be amounted to 6 elementary catastrophe forms. It will better help to predict seismic actions. The short-time local prediction of seismic events is general method for strong reducing of human losses. This method takes into account chaotic properties of stress fields and waves and the peculiarities of urban area. It bases on the natural seismo-emission phenomenon and is realized by long-time monitoring, which gives statistically and geographically continuous picture （chart） of seismic noise level inside geologic media. The instruments of this strategy are shock and pressure-proofed seismometers for long-time monitoring and control the state of geological media including underwater shelf areas. The authors think that the active protecting for cities and buildings as the best modem form of people safety consists in stress discharge of geologic media. Ultrasonic wave defense includes and bases on strong interaction between powerful waves from earthquake and ultrasonic wave train. The authors want to point out that the technical objects may be used lbr the investigation of earthquakes induced and some reasons of seismic vulnerability. Also reducing of seismic vulnerability contains as component kinetic acting on volcano at the pre-explosive stage. Numerical Simulation of Near-Field Seismoacoustic Probing of a Layer Inclusion in a Homogeneous Infinite Medium

Spatial distribution of acoustic and elastic waves generated by an elementary vibration source at seismic profiling frequencies in an infinite medium close to a layer inclusion, i.e., an extended layer, is numerically simulated. Point dipole radiation in a homogeneous infinite medium separated by a liquid layer of different medium density or acoustic wave velocity is considered. Transverse elastic SH-waves excited by an oscillating power source in a solid medium also located close to the layer of different propagation velocity than the velocity of the vicinity are analyzed. Formulae for the spatial distribution of the wave field amplitude are derived and computer graphics of field distribution images is presented. Wave reflection, penetration deep into the layer inclusion, and transmittance through it are examined. Results of the analysis can be applied to seismoacoustic probing of geologic environment by the near field of a harmonic vibration source.

Application of PFMEA for Identification of Self-Recovering Failures in Production Lines for Automatic Assembly of Capacitors

Quality control is an important part of the capacitors automatic assembly process. Traditionally this control is being realized through a series of electrical measurements including capacity, tension, and tgct. In most cases, these measurements are not suitable for detecting defects that appear as a result of failures of certain elements of the assembly lines. These so called self-recovering failures very often remain unnoticed, because they do not cause a suspension of the assembly process and if not taken into consideration, they can seriously menace the final product quality. In this paper, the authors use PFMEA to identify and evaluate the risk of the self-recovering failures. They also propose a simple Simulink model, which could be useful when trying to estimate the effect of installing new control devices at an existing assembly line upon its overall reliability and productivity.

Various nanophotonic devices based on semiconductor wires with a diameter of several ten nanometers have been ***,studying the optoelectronics properties and performance of such devices based on large-diameter wires is interesting and ***,we successfully grew the micronsized indium antimonide(InSb) wires,and examined their nonlinear optical properties by Z-scan and I-scan(power-dependent) methods within the wavelength range of 0.8-2.8 μ***,we demonstrated InSb micro wires(MWs) working as an effective and robust optical switch within 1-2.8 μm *** findings can open possibilities for research on more large-diameter MWs made from other semiconductor materials for photonic and electronic devices.

电池技术、电驱动器、控制器和其他相关辅件领域的研究不断进步,促进了电动汽车数量增加,电动汽车也成为了世界各国的重点研究内容。随着汽车的引入,汽车驱动器的电气化开始了。无论是汽车还是无人战车,采用中央驱动器控制其已升级到新的AWID(all wheel independent drive)。由于它们在障碍物甚至在极端地形上具有很高的机动性,因此它不仅具有商业价值,更具有军事价值。但是,由于缺少机械传动系统和动力学评估,因此有必要将AWID技术与防滑系统配合使用来完善驱动器之间的控制协调。传统的转向器结构复杂、重量大、能源效率低。轮毂电机的使用和发动机控制技术的发展为独立车轮驱动系统转向技术的开发提供了更多机遇。关于车轮扭矩分配,多模式打滑和打滑过程中的转向阻力的协调控制的研究目前并不完善,为了解决这个问题,本论文的所进行的主要内容如下。首先,分析了各种车辆的转向结构,其中包括传统转向结构,铰接式转向结构和履带式车辆的转向结构;介绍了国内外轮式无人地面平台;讨论了轮式无人地面平台的研究现状;综述了六轮无人战车滑移转向的研究现状;对滑动转向车辆进行了运动分析;对其的安装使用情况进行了比较;给出了转向打滑的基础理论,并介绍了开始行驶所需的最小牵引力;对电动机转矩以及转弯半径的速度进行了理论计算。采用MSC Adams程序进行的六轮无人战车动力学仿真,以评估作战车辆的性能;分析了车辆在越障、直线行驶、上坡行驶时的行驶状况;对车辆的控制进行了研究。将传统汽车与电动汽车的控制部分进行了比较分析,探讨了车辆驾驶控制中使用的主控制器。最后,给出了一种用于控制六轮战车的滑移运动的算法,并进行了Adams和MATLAB/Simulink软件的联合仿真;开发了六轮无人战车的转矩控制算法。鉴于这种类型的车辆的转向难以控制,本文提出了一种扭矩矢量控制策略,可有效,准确地对带有6 WID(六轮独立驱动)滑移转向系统的电动汽车进行实时扭矩控制分配。该策略分为三个主要级别:上层控制器、状态估计层和下层控制器。上层控制器代替了传统的车辆转向系统,并生成所需的驾驶指令;在上位控制器中设置了一个驱动分配模块,用于在基于车辆功率的驾驶模式和其他条件之间的协调;状态估计层从传感器接收数据并评估其他控制器所需的各种参数;下层控制器负责驱动器之间转矩矢量的最佳控制。
