In this work, the evaluation of natural radioactivity and spontaneous fission rates was performed for 8 nuclides from the natural radioactive 238U, 235U and 232Th decay chains. For this purpose, three samples of structural materials of the neutrino detector, i.e. aluminum, titanium and glass were analyzed by gamma spectroscopy and by neutron activation analysis to quantify a specific radioactivity of the samples. According to the results of this investigation, glass and aluminum samples have maximum values of the mean uranium concentrations 7.3(7) × 10-4% and 3.1(6) × 10-5%, respectively, while the lowest value for mean concentration of the uranium was found in titanium samples to be 4.7(3) × 10-6%. Aluminum sample had maximum values of the mean thorium concentrations, 2.5(8) × 10-3%, while the lowest value for mean concentration of the thorium was found in titanium samples to be 6.2(3) × 10-7%.

Martensitic steels are widely used in the automotive lightweight application but less understood in aspects of post-forming material *** steels show good ductility in roll forming but occasionally experience delayed(hydrogen)fracture issues,which are believed to be due to the formation of localized residual stress and a reduced product of strength and *** characterize the effect of roll forming process on the formation of residual stress and material properties variation of martensitic steel components,this paper investigates the forming-induced longitudinal residual stress and material property variation in a roll-formed high-strength MS1180 automotive rocker *** finite element analysis results for residual stress are validated by neutron diffraction *** numerical model is used to analyze the full evolution of residual stress during the roll forming process and the effect on material properties with major focus on the product of strength and *** is found that the flower design,in particular the overbending stages,play a significant role in the formation of residual stress and the change in material *** product of strength and elongation is significantly reduced across the profile,in particular in the *** achieved understanding will assist researchers comprehend the material properties of roll-formed component and therefore assist future studies aimed at preventing the occurrence of hydrogen fracture.

In this paper,we point out some practical obstacles arising in realization of compressional optical coherence elastography(OCE)that have not attracted sufficient attention ***-cally,we discuss(i)complications in quantification of the Young modulus of tissues related to partial adhesion between the OCE probe and soft intervening reference layer sensor,(i)distorting influence of tisue suface curvature/corrugation on the subsurface strain distri-bution mapping,(ii)ways of signal-to-noise mtio(SNR)enhancement in OCE strain mapping when periodic averaging is not realized,and(iv)potentially significant infuence of tissue elastic nonlinearity on quantification of its *** pnactical approaches to mitigate the effects of these complications are also described.

AIM：To assess and compare the efficacy and safety of two triple regimes:A)metronidazole,amoxicillin and omeprazole,which is still widely used in Russia,andB)azithromycin amoxicillin and omeprazole in healing active duodenal ulcer and *** ***:100 patients with active duodenal ulcer were includid in the open,multicentre,randomized study with comparative *** were randomly assigned to one of the following one-week triple regimes:A)metronidazole500mg bid,amoxicillin1gbid and omeprazole 20mg bid(OAM,n=50)andB)azithromycin1g od for the first3days(total dose3g).amoxicillin 1g bid and first 3days(total dose3g).amoxicillin 1g bid and omeprazole20mg bid(OAA,n=50).Omeprazole 20mg od was given after the eradication course as a monotherapy for three weeks ,The control endoscopy was performed8 weeks after the entry,*** was determined in the entry of the study and four weeks after the cessation of treatment by means of histology and ***:97 patients completed the study according to the protocol(1patient of the OAM group did not come to the control endoscopy.2patients of the OAA group stopped the treatment because of mild allergic urticaria).Duodenal ulcers were healed in48patients of the OAM group(96%;CI90.5-100%)and in 46patients of the OAAgroup(92%;CI89.5-94.5%)(p=ns).*** infection was eradicated in 15out of 50patients with OAM(30%;CI17-43%)and in36out of 50patients treated with OAA(72%,CI59-85%)(Ple therapy with omeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole failed to *** in the majorty of patients,which is an essential argument to withdraw this regimen out of the national recommendations,Macrolide with amoxicillin are preferable to achieve higher eradication ***(1g od for the first3days)can be considered as a successful component of the triple PPI-based regimen.

Background:Populations of French Polynesia(FP),where France performed atmospheric tests between 1966 and 1974,experience a high incidence of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).However,up to now,no sufficiently large study of DTC genetic factors in this population has been performed to reach definitive *** research aimed to analyze the genetic factors of DTC risk among the native FP ***:We analyzed more than 300000 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)genotyped in 283 DTC cases and 418 matched controls born in FP,most being younger than 15 years old at the time of the first nuclear *** analyzed the genetic profile of our cohort to identify population *** then completed a genome-wide analysis study on the whole ***:We identified a specific genetic structure in the FP population reflecting admixture from Asian and European *** identified three regions associated with increased DTC risk at 6q24.3,10p12.2,and *** lead SNPs at these loci showed respective p-values of 1.66×10^(−7),2.39×10^(−7),and 7.19×10^(−7) and corresponding odds ratios of 2.02,1.89,and ***:Our study results suggest a role of the loci 6q24.3,10p12.2 and 17q21.32 in DTC ***,a whole genome sequencing approach would be better suited to characterize these factors than genotyping with microarray chip designed for the Caucasian ***,the functional impact of these three new loci needs to be further explored and validated.

采用15个形态性状对43份山羊豆种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明,山羊豆种质资源遗传变异丰富,多样性指数为1.863,其中俄罗斯南部地区可能是山羊豆形态多样性的分布中心。基于形态性状的聚类分析把43份材料聚为5类,其中第1类15份资源的株高和主茎分枝数明显高于其他类,且叶量丰富,营养性状表现良好;结实性状中荚果长和百粒重较大,综合性状表现较好,可以从中筛选合适的材料作为引种驯化和育种的试验材料。

为筛选东方山羊豆盐诱导差异性基因,以250 mmol/l NaCl处理的东方山羊豆cDNA为实验组,未经诱导刺激的为驱动组,利用抑制性消减杂交技术(SSH)构建消减文库并对其部分阳性克隆进行了ESTs序列分析。该消减文库克隆的重组率为92%,插入片段大部分集中在0.2～1kb之间。随机挑取500个克隆进行测序及同源性分析,获得258个cleanESTs,经聚类、拼接,去除冗余序列,共获得132个Unigene,其中含有32个contigs和100个singlets,该文库的冗余度为24%。对其进行功能预测及分类,得到大量参与信号转导、转录调控、渗透和代谢调节、机体防御以及光作用等过程的相关基因。随机选择非重复的4个差异表达的序列设计引物,以半定量PCR方法验证其消减效率,结果显示,诱导组的表达量显著高于非诱导组,表明该文库有较高质量,且所采用的技术手段有助于快速发现东方山羊豆新功能基因。

The paper is focused on different kinds of gravity results obtained in Shults Cape Observatory for 2010 -2015. Gravity observation is interpreted together with GPS observation data which was obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the same station, The station is situated on Gamov peninsular （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Russia） at the coast of Japan Sea, This region constitutes the eastern boundary of Eurasia. This major continental tectonic feature is associated with a seismic activity, high heat flow and anomalous thickness of earth＇s crust. The goal of the observation was the investigation of gravity variation with time and seismicity situation monitoring. Gravity observation was developed at special basement by absolute gravimeter （GABl type） and by spring gravimeter （SCINREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models were tested by results of observation with spring gravimeters. Reduction task was solved, as the experimental data received from different points of Shults Cape Observatory was used. Applied reduction coefficient is 203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees with theoretical calculation. Next goal was studying structure of earth＇s crust by means of gravity models. Gravity anomaly varied from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which also depend on difference reference system, Experimental results were used for testing of the structure of continental boundary, which also depends on the sea bottom flexion. Thickness of elastic layer was estimated from 12 km to 18 km by using different models.

Improving the efficiency of induction heating of parts in the air gap of the magnetic circuit is associated with the use of surface and edge *** modeling in ANSYS Electromagnetics Suite 19.2 and experimental studies identified patterns of edge effect in the heated *** ensure the uniformity of induction heating of small parts and reduce the soldering time,the electrical switch of soldered parts is used,which with the help of device controller forms a secondary circuit with low electrical resistance and high density of eddy currents.
