BACKGROUn. Women.with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at in.reased risk of disease relapse durin. ***-actin. in.ectable(LAI)an.ipsychotics have been.widely used to improve adheren.e an. preven. relapse in.patien.s with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from previous research on.the safety of LAI an.ipsychotics durin. *** To summarize relevan. data on.matern.l,pregn.n.y,n.on.tal,an. developmen.al outcomes from published cases of LAI an.ipsychotic use in.*** A literature search was performed through n.vember 11,2023,usin. three on.in. databases:PubMed/MEDLIn.,Scopus,an. Web of *** reports or case series that reported in.ormation.about the outcomes of pregn.n.y in.women.who used LAI an.ipsychotics at an. poin. in.pregn.n.y,with available full texts,were *** statistics,n.rrative summation.an. tabulation.of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publication. satisfied the in.lusion.criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,an. 1 con.eren.e *** reported the outcomes of LAI an.ipsychotic use in.74 women.an. 77 *** use of secon.gen.ration.LAI an.ipsychotics was reported in.the majority(n.47;61.0%)of ***-gen.ration.LAI an.ipsychotics were admin.stered durin. 30 pregn.n.ies(39.0%).Most of the women.approximately 64%)had either satisfactory con.rol of symptoms or n. in.ormation.about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had developed gestation.l diabetes mellitus.A min.rity of cases reported adverse outcomes such as stillbirth,spon.an.ous abortion.preterm birth,low birth weight,con.en.tal an.malies,an. n.urological man.festation. in.***,there were n. reports of n.gative lon.-term developmen.al *** Curren.ly available data seem reassurin.,but further well-design.d studies are required to properly evaluate the risks an. ben.fits of LAI an.ipsychotic use durin. pregn.n.y.

The shrin.in. Arctic sea-ice area(SIA) in.recen. decades is a strikin. man.festation.of the on.oin. climate *** of the Arctic sea ice have been.con.in.ously observed by satellites sin.e 1979, relatively well mon.tored sin.e the 1950s, but are highly un.ertain.in.the earlier period due to a lack of observation.. Several recon.truction. of the historical gridded sea-ice con.en.ration.SIC) data were recen.ly presen.ed based on.syn.hesized region.l sea-ice observation. or by applyin. a hybrid model–empirical approach. Here, we presen. an.SIC recon.truction.for the period1901–2019 based on.established co-variability between.SIC an. surface air temperature, sea surface temperature, an. sea level pressure pattern.. The recon.tructed sea-ice data for March an. September are compared to the frequen.ly used Had ISST1.1 an. SIBT1850 datasets. Our recon.truction.shows a large decrease in.SIA from the 1920 to 1940 con.urren. with the Early 20th Cen.ury Warmin. even. in.the Arctic. Such a n.gative SIA an.maly is absen. in.Had ISST1.1 data. The amplitude of the SIA an.maly reaches about 0.8 mln.km^(2) in.March an. 1.5 mln.km^(2) in.September. The an.maly is about three times stron.er than.that in.the SIBT1850 dataset. The larger decrease in.SIA in.September is largely due to the stron.er SIC reduction.in.the western.sector of the Arctic Ocean.in.the 70°–80°n.latitudin.l zon.. Our recon.truction.provides gridded mon.hly data that can.be used as boun.ary con.ition. for atmospheric rean.lyses an. model experimen.s to study the Arctic climate for the first half of the 20th cen.ury.
