A sing.e-server queueing.system with preemptive access is *** customer has one attempt to enter the system at its working.interval[0,T].As soon as the customer request enters the system,the server immediately starts the *** when the next request arrives in the system,the previous one leaves the system even he has not finished his service *** study a non-cooperative g.me in which the customers wish to maximize their probability of obtaining.service within a certain period of *** characterize the Nash equilibrium and the price of anarchy,which is defined as the ratio between the optimal and equilibrium social *** models are *** the first model the number of players is fixed,while in the second it is random and obeys the Poisson *** demonstrate that there exists a unique symmetric equilibrium for both ***,we calculate the price of anarchy for both models and show that the price of anarchy is not monotone with respect to the number of customers.

This paper presents the study of the effect of multiple ultrasonic impacts on submicron asphaltene ag.reg.tes in a toluene/heptane solution,conducted with dynamic lig.t scattering.*** objects of the study were four samples of asphaltenes obtained from four different *** all samples,the chang. in the averag. size of the asphaltene submicron ag.reg.tes with time was measured after the addition of a precipitant(heptane)to a solution of asphaltenes in toluene at an amount above the threshold *** ag.reg.tes formed in solution after the addition of the precipitant and were subjected to ultrasonic treatment,which led to the destruction of the asphaltene *** of destroyed asphaltenes was *** kinetics of this ag.reg.tion were similar to the kinetics of ag.reg.tion of asphaltenes after the addition of a *** iterations of asphaltene ag.reg.te destruction in the sample led to a sig.ificant chang. in the kinetics of ag.reg.tion:the g.owth of ag.reg.tes slowed and stabilized at a size of approximately 200 nm and 30 nm for the different studied samples.

In this paper,we first present an experimental demonstration of terahertz radiation pulse g.neration with energ. up to 5 pJ under the electron emission during.ultrafast optical discharg. of a vacuum *** use a femtosecond optical excitation of metallic copper photocathode for the g.neration of ultrashort electron bunch and up to 45 kV/cm external electric field for the photo-emitted electron *** of terahertz pulses energ. as a function of emitted charg. density,incidence ang.e of optical radiation and applied electric field have been *** and polarization characteristics of g.nerated terahertz pulses have also been *** proposed semi-analytical model and simulations in COMSOL Multiphysics prove the experimental data and allow for the optimization of experimental conditions aimed at flexible control of radiation parameters.

The behavior of two immiscible low-viscosity liquids differing.in density and viscosity in a vertical flat layer underg.ing.modulated rotation is experimentally *** layer has a circular axisymmetric *** the absence of modulation of the rotation speed,the interphase boundary has the shape of a short axisymmetric cylinder.A new effect has been discovered,under the influence of rotation speed modulation,the interface takes on a new dynamic equilibrium state.A more viscous liquid covers the end boundaries of the layer in the form of thin films,which have the shape of round spots of almost constant radius;with increasing.amplitude of the velocity modulation,the wetting.boundary *** is found that upon reaching.the critical amplitude of oscillations,the film of a viscous liquid loses stability,and the outer edg. of the wetting.spot collapses and takes on a feathery *** is shown that this threshold is caused by the development of the Kelvin-Helmholtz oscillatory instability of the *** spreading.radius of a spot of lig.t viscous liquid and its stability are studied depending.on the rotation rate,amplitude,and frequency of rotation speed *** discovered averag.d effects are determined by different oscillatory interaction of fluids with the end-walls of the cell,due to different *** effect of films forming.can find application in technolog.cal processes to intensify mass transfer at interphase boundaries.
