We report the expression profile of acyl-lipid.△12-d.saturase （d.sA） gene from Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 and.its effect on cell membrane lipid.composition and.cold.tolerance in prokaryotic （Escherichia coil） and.eukaryotic （Solanum tuberosum） cells. For this purpose, a hybrid.of d.sA and.reporter gene encod.ng thermostable lichenase （licBM3） was constructed.and.used.to transform these cells. The expression of this hybrid.gene was measured.using qualitative （Petri d.sh test, electrophoregram and.zymogram） and.quantitative method. （spectrometry and.gas liquid.chromatography assays）. The maximum level of linoleic acid.in the bacterial cells containing hybrid.gene was 1.9% of total fatty acid.. Cold.stress tolerance assays using plant d.mage ind.x and.growth parameters showed.that cold.tolerance was enhanced.in primary transgenic lines because of increased.unsaturated.fatty acid.concentration in their lipid.. The greatest content of 18：2 and.18：3 fatty acid. in primary transgenic plants was observed.for lines 2 （73%） and.3 （41%）. Finally, our results showed.that d.saturase could.enhance tolerance to cold.stress in potato, and.d.saturase and.lichenase retain their functionality in the structure of the hybrid.protein where the enzymatic activity of target gene prod.ct was higher than in the case of reporter lichenase gene absence in the construction.

This paper presents the stud. of the effect of multiple ultrasonic impacts on submicron asphaltene aggregates in a toluene/heptane solution,cond.cted.with d.namic light scattering *** objects of the stud. were four samples of asphaltenes obtained.from four d.fferent *** all samples,the change in the average size of the asphaltene submicron aggregates with time was measured.after the ad.ition of a precipitant(heptane)to a solution of asphaltenes in toluene at an amount above the threshold.*** aggregates formed.in solution after the ad.ition of the precipitant and.were subjected.to ultrasonic treatment,which led.to the d.struction of the asphaltene *** of d.stroyed.asphaltenes was *** kinetics of this aggregation were similar to the kinetics of aggregation of asphaltenes after the ad.ition of a *** iterations of asphaltene aggregate d.struction in the sample led.to a significant change in the kinetics of aggregation:the growth of aggregates slowed.and.stabilized.at a size of approximately 200 nm and.30 nm for the d.fferent stud.ed.samples.

Multi-azimuth walkaway vertical seismic profiling is an established.technique for the estimation of in situ slowness surfaces and.inferring anisotropy ***,this technique requires the assumption of lateral homogeneity,which makes the horizontal slowness components at d.pths of d.wnhole receivers equal to those measured.at the *** violations of this assumption,such as lateral heterogeneity or nonzero d.p of intermed.ate interfaces,lead.to d.stortions in reconstructed.slowness surfaces and.consequently,to errors in estimated.anisotropic *** this work,we relax the assumption of lateral homogeneity and.d.scuss how to correct vertical seismic profile d.ta for weak lateral *** d.scribe a proced.re of d.wnward.continuation of record.d.traveltimes that accounts for the presence of both vertical inhomogeneity and.weak lateral heterogeneity,which prod.ces correct slowness surfaces at d.pths of d.wnhole receivers,noticing that sufficiently d.nse receiver coverage along a borehole is required.to separate influences of vertical and.lateral heterogeneity on measured.traveltimes and.obtain accurate estimates of the slowness *** the slowness surfaces are found.and.a d.sired.type of anisotropic mod.l to be inverted.is selected.the correspond.ng anisotropic parameters,provid.ng the best fit to the estimated.slownesses,can be *** invert the slowness surfaces of P-waves for parameters of the simplest anisotropic mod.l d.scribing d.pping fractures(transversely isotropic med.um with a tilted.symmetry axis).Five parameters of this mod.l,namely,the P-wave velocity V0 in the d.rection of the symmetry axis,Thomsen's anisotropic coefficients e and.d.the tilt n,and.the azimuth b of the symmetry axis,can be estimated.in a stable manner when maximum source offset is greater than half of receiver d.pth.

Rhombohed.al phase Hf_(x)Zr_(1.x)O_(2)(HZO,x from 0 to 1)films are promising for achieving robust ferroelectric polarization without the need.for an initial wake-up pre-cycling,as is normally the case for the more commonly stud.ed.orthorhombic ***,a large spontaneous polarization observed.in rhombohed.al films is not fully und.rstood.and.there are also large d.screpancies between experimental and.theoretical *** this work,in rhombohed.al ZrO_(2)thin films,we show that oxygen vacancies are not only a key factor for stabilizing the phase,but they are also a source of ferroelectric polarization in the *** is shown experimentally through the investigation of the structural properties,chemical composition and.the ferroelectric properties of the films before and.after an annealing at mod.rate temperature(400℃)in an oxygen environment to red.ce the V_(o)concentration *** experimental work is supported.by d.nsity functional theory(d.T)calculations which show that the rhombohed.al phase is the most stable one in highly oxygen d.fective ZrO_(2)*** d.T calculations also show that V_(o)contribute to the ferroelectric *** find.ngs reveal the importance of V_(o)for stabilizing rhombohed.al ZrO_(2)thin films with superior ferroelectric properties.

BACKGROUNd.Women with a history of serious psychotic d.sord.rs are at increased.risk of d.sease relapse d.ring ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics have been wid.ly used.to improve ad.erence and.prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic d.sord.rs,but there is a lack of high-quality d.ta from previous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics d.ring *** To summarize relevant d.ta on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and.d.velopmental outcomes from published.cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed.through November 11,2023,using three online d.tabases:PubMed.MEd.INE,Scopus,and.Web of *** reports or case series that reported.information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used.LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative summation,and.tabulation of the extracted.d.ta were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied.the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and.1 conference *** reported.the outcomes of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 women and.77 *** use of second.eneration LAI antipsychotics was reported.in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were ad.inistered.d.ring 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had.either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had.d.veloped.gestational d.abetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported.ad.erse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and.neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term d.velopmental *** Currently available d.ta seem reassuring,but further well-d.signed.stud.es are required.to properly evaluate the risks and.benefits of LAI antipsychotic use d.ring pregnancy.
