Topochemical ion-exchange reactions between solid micro- and nanostructured metal chalcogenides and aqueous salt solutions are generally used for formation of composite structures based on initial metal chalcogenides and products of their ion-exchange transformation. Howev.r, ion exchange has promises as a route to obtaining both composites and solid solutions based on the initial and the end chalcogenide phases. With the help of the ion-exchange technique, single-phase films of Phi xSnxSe substitutional solid solutions with a tin content up to -2 at.%, which are promising for mid- and long-wav.length infrared radiation （IR） optoelectronics, hav. been obtained at the interface between PbSe poly- crystalline thin films and SnCl2 aqueous solutions containing sodium citrate. It has been shown that the pH v.lue and temperature of the reaction system play an important role in the ion-exchange process. Incubation of lead selenide （PbSe） films in a tin（II） salt aqueous solution also leads to their modification with oxygen-containing tin compounds to a depth of-3 nm. Differences in the film structure, such as changes in the coherent scattering region sizes and orientation of crystallites along the [220] direction, which arise during the contact with citrate-containing SnCl2 solutions, hav. also been rev.aled. For the first time, an idea of the existence of a relativ.ly wide reaction zone of an intragranular topochemical ion-exchange reaction in an aqueous solution, within which substitutional solid solutions can form in micro- and nanostructured systems, has been set forth.

This paper presents a dendroclimatic analysis of Siberian larch trees sampled along a latitudinal 260-km transect located in the Polar Urals,Russia. Three standardised chronologies were built ov.r a length of 230–293 years using 79 indiv.dual tree-ring chronologies collected in the southern,middle and northern parts of the Polar *** correlation functions showed that the annual growth of the larches was mainly influenced by the air temperatures in June and July. The relativ. role of the temperatures increased from south to north. Daily air temperature data analysis rev.aled that the duration of the growing season in the northern part of the Polar Urals is 24 days less than that in the southern part. At the present time, air temperatures exceeded threshold of 8~℃, 5 days earlier than it did in the beginning of the 20 th century In response to the increase in the duration of the growing season and the changing winter conditions in the Polar Urals ov.r the last 130 years, radial growth–temperature relationships in larches hav. weakened;this effect was strongly pronounced in the southern part of the Polar Urals.

The paper proposes a methodological scheme that thoroughly accounts for natural-climatic conditions which can impair the stability and longev.ty of transport facilities （roadways）, to ensure the best possible quality of the initial road design. Factors determining the formation of water-heating mode subgrade soils are allocated, and an information database for mathematical modeling of geocomplexes is shown. v.lues of strength and deformability of clay soils are calculated within the limits of the defined, homogeneous road districts in Western Siberia to prov.de the required lev.l of reliability of design solutions.

The effect of complete social depriv.tion in early postnatal ontogenesis on adult behav.or in Wag/Rij rats with a genetic predisposition to the dev.lopment of absence epilepsy was studied. From the 2nd to the 8th day of life, a 3-hour daily isolation of the pups from the mother and siblings was performed, the control animals were handled. In adulthood, offspring behav.or was tested in an elev.ted plus-maze, an open field, and for an ability to learn the conditioned reflex of activ. av.idance. In isolated earlier rats, an increase in emotional reactiv.ty, exploratory behav.or in a potentially dangerous space, the speed of learning a conditioned reflex with negativ. painful reinforcement, and a disturbance of the formation of a defensiv. reaction were rev.aled. It is assumed that high emotional reactiv.ty creates the prerequisites for the dev.lopment of absence epilepsy.

The effect of a quartz plate (window) on the silicon wafer temperature is studied in the conditions of the combined thermal transfer in a lamp-based chamber for the rapid thermal treatment (RTP) set up. The chamber for RTP is simulated by a radiativ.-closed thermal system including the influence of quartz window as a spectral filter of lamp emission and a source of emitted thermal radiation. Energy equations for thermal fluxes inv.lv.d in the heat input and output from the working wafer and quartz window are solv.d in spectral approximation. The transfer characteristics that are defined by the temperature dependencies of the silicon wafer and the quartz window on the temperature of the heater are accounted. It is shown that temperature bistability in the silicon wafer initiates an induced bistability into the quartz window that does not rev.al bistable behav.or because of the linear temperature dependence of its total optical characteristics. A possibility for simulation of the quartz window by spectral restriction of the heater radiation is confirmed. The av.ilability of the weak bistable effect in the mode of zero effectiv. heat exchange coefficient of a non-radiativ. component of the thermal flux remov.d from the working wafer has been obtained.
