Objective:To examine the association between mothers’health-related quality of life(HRQOL)and their children’s HRQOL and behavior in low-income ***:Mothers of 278 children aged 6-12 years from low-income families were invited to complete the Child Health Questionnaire Parent Form 50(CHQ-PF50)and the Strength and Dif-ficulties Questionnaire(SDQ)for their children as well as the 12-item Short-Form Health Survey version 2(SF-12v2)and the Patient Health Questionnaire-2(PHQ-2).Multiple linear regressions with mother-child pairs as the unit of analysis were performed to examine the associations between maternal and child variables with adjustment of mother-and child-level ***:Compared with the general population,low-income mothers had a lower mean SF-12v2 mental component summary score and their children also had lower mean CHQ-PF50 physi-cal and psychosocial summary scores and SDQ total difficulties *** of mothers with SF-12v2 scores below the population mean of 50 had significantly worse CHQ-PF50 scores and higher SDQ total difficulties *** mother’s PHQ-2 depression status had no association with the child’s CHQ-PF50 ***:Our findings suggest that more attention should be paid to reducing the negative impact of health problems on mothers’daily roles in childcare in low-income families.

Using 9943 OB-type stars from LAMOST DR7 in the solar neighborhood,we fit the vertical stellar density profile with the model including a single exponential distribution at different positions(R,Φ).The distributions of the scale heights and scale length show that the young disk traced by the OB-type stars is not *** scale length decreases versus the azimuthal angleΦ,i.e.,from.■kpc withΦ=-3°to■kpc withΦ=9°.Meanwhile we find signal of non-symmetry in the distribution of the scale height of the north and south of the disk *** scale height in the north side shows signal of flaring of the disk,while that of the south disk stays almost constant around h_(s)=130 *** distribution of the displaceeent of the disk plane Z_(0)also shows variance versus the azimuthal angleΦ,which displays significant differences with the warp model constrained by the Cepheid *** also test different values for the position of the Sun,and the distance between the Sun and the Galactic center affects the scale heights and the displacement of the disk significantly,but that does not change our conclusion that the disk is not axisymmetric.

The extremely poor prognosis of patients is largely due to hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)/MET signaling,which promotes migration and invasion of glioblastoma(IDH wildtype;GBM;WHO grade 4).1,2 Clinical trials targeting MET,the only receptor of HGF,have yielded unimpressive results in GBM.3,4 Here we found that HGF induced strong chemotaxis on GBM cells,but MET expression was extremely ***,therefore,used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)coupled with label-free proteome profiling to identify membrane proteins associated with HGF/MET signaling amplification in GBM and to provide a novel modulator,MPZL1,for HGF/MET-targeted therapy.

Ultraviolet absorbents(UVs)make up a group of industrial chemicals that is used in various consumer products and industrial *** to their extensive production and usage,UVs have been detected in multiple environmental ***,UVs have garnered significant attention because of their probable adverse impacts on human health and the *** study examines UVs levels in sunscreens and isolation cosmetics and further assesses human exposure to UVs through the application of *** total concentrations of nine UVs in 87 sunscreen and isolation cosmetic products ranged from 75.5 to 4.25×10^(4) ng/*** them,2-(2-hydroxy-5-methyl-phenyl)benzotriazole(UV-P)and 2-hydroxy-4-(octoxy)benzophenone(UV-531)had the highest *** of the EpiSkin model indicated rapid absorption and strong dermal penetration by UV-328 following 36 h of exposure with a cumulative absorption rate of 41.8%±2.82%.Other congeners are expected to be distributed in the dermal tissue and donor ***,this study explored potential mechanisms implicating skin biochemical barriers in the metabolism and transport of *** potential of UVs to act as substrates and inhibitors of P450 enzymes was assessed,and their metabolites were *** docking simulations demonstrated that UVs can significantly interact and bind with three transport proteins in skin:MDR1,OATP2B1,and *** UVs exposure through the skin was assessed,revealing that dermal absorption levels of UV-P in sunscreen sprays(4.66×10^(3) ng/(kg bw day))and sunscreens(6.01×10^(3) ng/(kg bw day))were close to or exceeded the reference dose(RfD)and therefore require more attention.

Molecular profiling of cell-surface proteins is a powerful strategy for precise cancer *** mass cytometry(MC)enables synchronous detection of over 40 cellular parameters,its full potential in disease classification is challenged by the limited types of recognition probes currently *** this work,we synthesize a panel of heavy isotopeconjugated aptamers to profile cancer-associated signatures on the surface of hematological malignancy(HM)*** on 15 molecular signatures,we performed cell-surface profiling that allowed the precise classification of 8 HM cell *** with machine-learning technology,this aptamer-based MC platform also achieved multiclass identification of HM subtypes in clinical sampleswith 100%accuracy in the training cohort and 80%accuracy in the test ***,we report an effective and practical strategy for precise cancer classification at the singlecell level,paving the way for its clinical use in the near future.

CRISPR-Cas12a genome engineering systems have been widely used in plant research and crop breeding. To date, the performance and use of anti-CRISPR-Cas12a systems have not been fully established in plants. Here, we conduct in silico analysis to identify putative anti-CRISPR systems for Cas12a. These putative anti-CRISPR proteins, along with known anti-CRISPR proteins, are assessed for their ability to inhibit Cas12a cleavage activity in vivo and in planta. Among all anti-CRISPR proteins tested, AcrVA1 shows robust inhibition of Mb2Cas12a and LbCas12a in E. coli. Further tests show that AcrVA1 inhibits LbCas12a mediated genome editing in rice protoplasts and stable transgenic lines. Impressively, co-expression of AcrVA1 mitigates off-target effects by CRISPR-LbCas12a, as revealed by whole genome sequencing. In addition, transgenic plants expressing AcrVA1 exhibit different levels of inhibition to LbCas12a mediated genome editing, representing a novel way of fine-tuning genome editing efficiency. By controlling temporal and spatial expression of AcrVA1, we show that inducible and tissue specific genome editing can be achieved in plants. Furthermore, we demonstrate that AcrVA1 also inhibits LbCas12a-based CRISPR activation(CRISPRa) and based on this principle we build logic gates to turn on and off target genes in plant cells. Together, we have established an efficient anti-CRISPR-Cas12a system in plants and demonstrate its versatile applications in mitigating off-target effects, finetuning genome editing efficiency, achieving spatial-temporal control of genome editing, and generating synthetic logic gates for controlling target gene expression in plant cells.

混凝土脱空修复对角钢连接件力学性能影响

为探索钢壳混凝土角钢连接件根部混凝土脱空对连接件抗剪性能的不利影响,提出合理的脱空修复方法,基于深中通道沉管隧道角钢连接件的局部构造,以脱空形状、脱空修复和混凝土强度为变化参数,设计8组足尺推出试件,并开展抗剪性能试验和有限元模拟分析。分析显示:1)普通混凝土试件先在角钢内部发生混凝土压溃破坏,试件破坏模式受脱空形式及脱空修复影响不明显;2)脱空对角钢连接件的抗剪承载力和抗剪刚度均有削弱影响,三棱柱整体脱空时角钢连接件的抗剪承载力和抗剪刚度可折减32.8%和76.9%;3)脱空修复对角钢连接件的抗剪承载力和抗剪刚度有提升作用,但由于修复料与脱空界面间难以协同受力,性能提升效果并不显著;4)考虑脱空处未修复,用超高性能混凝土替换普通混凝土时,推出试件的抗剪承载力较未脱空时提高77%,抗剪刚度较脱空时折减8.9%;5)超高性能混凝土的优良力学性能使角钢连接件的抗剪承载力得到明显提高,但由于脱空导致角钢连接件出现较大变形,因此无法有效提升脱空时的抗剪刚度;6)提高修复料力学性能对改善三棱柱脱空修复后的承载性能影响不明显。

本试验旨在研究生物素对荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化和瘤胃发酵的影响。选取产奶量、胎次和泌乳天数相近的荷斯坦奶牛48头,随机分为4组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、10、20和30 mg/d的生物素,每组12头牛。预试期20 d,正试期60 d。正试期间,记录每头牛每天的采食量和产奶量,采集饲粮、奶、粪便、瘤胃液和血液样品,测定乳成分含量、养分表观消化率、瘤胃发酵参数和血液指标。结果表明:随着生物素添加水平的提高,奶牛干物质采食量无显著变化(P>0.05);产奶量、乳脂肪和乳蛋白质产量、乳脂肪含量以及饲料效率呈线性提高(P0.05),血清非酯化脂肪酸和β-羟丁酸含量呈线性降低(P<0.05),血清生物素含量呈线性提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,补充生物素改善了奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化和瘤胃发酵,推荐生物素添加水平为20 mg/d。

为研究冲刷效应对地震与风联合作用下大跨桥梁动力响应的影响,在已建立的地震-风-车-桥耦合振动分析模型基础上,利用p-y曲线(p为土阻力,y为变形)折减法考虑不同冲刷深度的桩土荷载-位移关系,根据桩土荷载-位移关系和冲刷深度更新桩基的侧向支撑刚度和长度,从而考虑了冲刷效应对大跨桥梁动力响应的影响,并将模型应用到江顺大桥冲刷效应的分析研究中.研究结果表明:基础冲刷减弱了地基土对结构的侧向约束,从而降低结构的自振频率,侧向振型的自振频率最大降低6.01%;在运营车辆和风荷载作用下,基础冲刷对结构的振动响应影响很小;在地震发生后,基础冲刷会增大结构的横向振动,结构的横向位移响应极值最大增大9.1%,横向位移响应谱也相应增大,而对结构的竖向振动影响很小;基础冲刷可能减小车辆横向加速度的响应,车辆的横向加速度响应极值最大降低7.7%,对车辆的竖向振动影响很小.
