Ch. trend of prevalence in recent years,stratified by maternal age and geograph.cal clusters,using all cases of Ch. identified by th. Live Birth. Information System(SINASC-Sistema de Informa??o Sobre Nascidos Vivos)from January 1,2005,to December 31,*** calculated th. trends of prevalence,th. regression coefficient(β),th. annual percent ch.nge(APC),and 95%confidence interval using th. Prais-Winsten regression model,with.th. Glyph.sate is a h.rbicide th.t h.s been widely used worldwide and is used in agricultural areas to control weeds and unwanted *** sensors developed from different nanomaterials h.ve h.gh.efficiency,excellent cost-benefit,and fast analysis time for detecting traces of environmental *** study aimed to produce an electroch.mical sensor with.disposable screen-printed electrodes based on carbon black modified with.niobium nanoparticles to determine glyph.sate in aqueous *** morph.logy,structure and electroch.mical performance of th. sensor were ch.racterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and cyclic *** pulse voltammetry in BR buffer solution at ph.5.0 allowed th. generation of a meth.d to quantify glyph.sate concentration in a linear range of 5.90-172.30μmol/L(1.00-29.13μg/mL),with.a limit of detection calculated at 3.07μmol/L(0.52μg/mL).Th. meth.d efficiently quantified glyph.sate in real water samples and sh.wed no interference from K^(+),Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)ions or th.ameth.xam,imidacloprid and carbendazim pesticides.

Nowadays, lamb meat represents only 7% of all meat produced in th. world. In recent years th. demand for standardized lamb meat cuts h.s been considered of great importance and th. marketing occurs predominantly in th. form of frozen cuts. h.rewith. th. main of th.s work was to evaluate th. stability and safety of lamb meat during frozen storage. Meats were vacuum packed in h.gh.barrier multilayer plastic iflms and stored during 12 mon at （-18±1）℃. Th. meat stability was assessed by ph.sical and ch.mical （lipid oxidation, objective color, ph.value, cooking losses and instrumental texture）, microbiological （total count of psych.otroph.c, coliform count at 45℃, coagulase-positive staph.lococci and th. presence of Salmonella） and sensory analysis （acceptance test and visual evaluation）. Th. vacuum packed lamb meat remained stable as to most ph.sical and ch.mical indexes. Microbiological indexes sh.wed good stability th.ough.ut th. storage period according to Brazilian legislation standards to path.genic microorganisms. Alth.ugh.a signiifcant reduction in tenderness （sh.ar force increase from 3 to 8 kg）, it sh.wed a good sensorial acceptance for all attributes tested, including texture, with.scores of around 7 （like moderately） during th. 12 mon of storage. Th.refore, it can be concluded th.t, under th. conditions applied in th.s study, lamb meat presents a sh.lf life of at least 12 mon wh.n stored at-18℃.

(Aim)To make a more accurate and precise COVID-19 diagnosis system,th.s study proposed a novel deep rank-based average pooling network(DRAPNet)model,i.e.,deep rank-based average pooling network,for COVID-19 recognition.(Meth.ds)521 subjects yield 1164 slice images via th. slice level selection *** th. 1164 slice images comprise four categories:COVID-19 positive;community-acquired pneumonia;second pulmonary tuberculosis;and h.alth. *** meth.d firstly introduced an improved multiple-way data ***,an n-conv rankbased average pooling module(NRAPM)was proposed in wh.ch.rank-based pooling—particularly,rank-based average pooling(RAP)—was employed to avoid ***,a novel DRAPNet was proposed based on NRAPM and inspired by th. ***-CAM was used to generate h.atmaps and gave our AI model an explainable analysis.(Results)Our DRAPNet ach.eved a micro-averaged F1 score of 95.49%by 10 runs over th. test *** sensitivities of th. four classes were 95.44%,96.07%,94.41%,and 96.07%,*** precisions of four classes were 96.45%,95.22%,95.05%,and 95.28%,*** F1 scores of th. four classes were 95.94%,95.64%,94.73%,and 95.67%,***,th. confusion matrix was given.(Conclusions)Th. DRAPNet is effective in diagnosing COVID-19 and oth.r ch.st infectious *** RAP gives better results th.n four oth.r meth.ds:strided convolution,l2-norm pooling,average pooling,and max pooling.

Type 1 gastric neuroendocrine tumors （gNETs） are usually small lesions, restricted to mucosal and sub-mucosal layers of corpus and fundus, with.low aggressive beh.vior, for th. majority of cases. Neverth.less, some cases present aggressive beh.vior. Th. increasing incidence of gNETs brings togeth.r a new relevant problem： h.w to identify potentially aggressive type I gNETs. Th. ch.llenging problem seems to be finding out signs or features able to predict potentially aggressive cases, allowing a tailored approach. since th. involved societies dedicated to provide guidelines for management of th.se neoplasms apparently failed in producing staging systems able to accurately predict prognosis of th.se tumors. Additionally, it is also important to try to find out explanations for increasing incidence, as well as to identify potential targets aiming to reach.better control of th.s neoplasia. h.re, we discuss potential path.ays implicated in aggressive beh.vior, as well as new strategies to improve clinical management of th.se tumors.
