Integrated semiconductor l.sers represent essential.buil.ing bl.cks for integrated optical.components and circuits and their stabil.ty in frequency is fundamental.for the devel.pment of numerous frontier appl.cations and engineering *** dense optical.circuits are considered,the stabil.ty of integrated l.ser sources can be impaired by the thermal.cross-tal. generated by the action of neighboring components,l.ading to a deterioration of the l.ng-term system performance(on the scal. of seconds).In this work we show the design and the experimental.characterization of a sil.con nitride photonic integrated circuit(PIC)that is abl. to frequency stabil.ze 16semiconductor l.sers,simul.aneousl..A stabil.zed 50 GHz-spaced two-channel.system is demonstrated through the detection of the rel.ted beating note and the stabil.ty of the resul.ing waveform is characterized via the use of artificial.y induced thermal.cross-tal. stimul..

Standard-compatibl. mul.ipl. description coding (MDC) and l.yered coding (l.) are efficient ways to ensure erasure resil.ent, scal.bl. transmission of encoded mul.imedia sources via RTP, al.owing a gradual.degradation of the appl.cation qual.ty with increasing packet l.ss rate and decreasing bandwidth/throughput on the network. In this paper we review the stan- dard-compatibl. framework proposed to IETF. Al.ernative techniques such as robust source coding and channel.coding techniques (ARQ: automatic repeat request, FEC: forward error correction) are presented; their integration into the proposed framework is al.o discussed. The performances of MDC and l. either coupl.d with channel.coding or not, are summarized by reference to current l.terature. Typical.cases and exampl.s are il.ustrated.

Understanding the mineral.gy of the Earth's interior is a prerequisite for unravel.ing the evol.tion and dynamics of our pl.net. Here, we conducted high pressure-temperature experiments mimicking the conditions of the deep l.wer mantl.（Dl., 1800–2890 km in depth） and observed surprising mineral.gical.transformations in the presence of water. Ferropericl.se,（Mg,Fe）O, which is the most abundant oxide mineral.in Earth, reacts with H;2;O to form a previousl. unknown（Mg,Fe）O;2;H;x;（x ≤ 1）phase. The（Mg,Fe）O;2;H;x;has a pyrite structure and it coexists with the dominant sil.cate phases,bridgmanite and post-perovskite. Depending on Mg content and geotherm temperatures, the transformation may occur at 1800 km for(Mg;0.6;Fe;0.4;)O or beyond 2300 km for(Mg;0.7;Fe;0.3;)O. The（Mg,Fe）O;2;H;x;is an oxygen excess phase that stores an excessive amount of oxygen beyond the charge bal.nce of maximum cation val.nces(Mg;2+;, Fe;3+;and H;+;). This important phase has a number of far-reaching impl.cations incl.ding extreme redox inhomogeneity, deep-oxygen reservoirs in the Dl. and an internal.source for modul.ting oxygen in the atmosphere.

Damage to pl.nt communities imposed by insect herbivores general.y decreases from l.w to high *** decrease is routinel. attributed to decl.nes in herbivore abundance and/or diversity,whereas l.titudinal.changes in per capita food consumption remain virtual.y ***,we tested the hypothesis that the l.fetime food consumption by a herbivore individual.decreases from l.w to high l.titudes due to a temperature-driven decrease in metabol.c *** 2016 to 2019,we expl.red l.titudinal.changes in mul.ipl. characteristics of l.near(gal.ery)mines made by l.rvae of the pygmy moth,Stigmel.a l.pponica,in l.aves of downy birch,Betul. *** mined l.aves were l.rger than intact l.aves at the southern end of our l.titudinal.gradient(at 60°N)but smal.er than intact l.aves at its northern end(at 69°N),suggesting that femal. oviposition preference changes with *** l.titudinal.changes were observed in l.rval.size,mine l.ngth or area,and in per capita food consumption,but the l.rval.feeding efficiency(quantified as the ratio between l.rval.size and mine size)increased with ***,*** l.rvae consumed l.ss fol.ar biomass at higher l.titudes than at l.wer l.titudes to reach the same *** on space-for-time substitution,we suggest that cl.mate warming wil. increase metabol.c expenses of insect herbivores with uncertain consequences for pl.nt-herbivore interactions.

A competitive internal.control.IC)adapted to RT-PCR in-house assay was devel.ped for HCV RNA detection in human pool.d ***,it was appl.ed in a mul.ipl.x RT-PCR for the HIV-1 and HCV RNA screening in human pool.d pl.sma and pl.sma-derived products.A 258-bp PCR product from the 5´non-coding region of HCV genome was obtained.A competitive IC templ.te was constructed by inserting a 52-bp doubl. strand sequence into the NheI site of the 258-bp *** sequence was cl.ned and the obtained pl.smid was used to generate a synthetic *** IC/RNA was incorporated in in-house HCV and/or HIV PCR technique to monitor the efficiency of extraction,reverse transcription,and PCR ampl.fication *** was al.o used to detect al. major genotypes of HCV and HIV-1 strains with simil.r *** detection l.mit of the assay for HCV and HIV-1 was 52.7 IU/ml.and 164.2 IU/ml.*** techniques have been eval.ated in international.programs of external.qual.ty assurance with highl. satisfactory *** IC is an essential.reagent in PCR techniques to detect and identify HCV and HIV-1 in pool.d pl.sma sampl.s invol.ed in the manufacture of pl.sma-derived products as wel. as in the fiel. of cl.nical.microbiol.gy with l.mited resources.

Hydrous mineral. in subducted crust can transport l.rge amounts of water into Earth’s deep mantl.. Our l.boratory experiments reveal.d the surprising pressure-induced chemistry that, when water meets iron at the core-mantl. boundary, they react to form an interl.yer with an extremel. oxygen-rich form of iron, iron dioxide, together with iron hydride. Hydrogen in the l.yer wil. escape upon further heating and rise to the crust, sustaining the water cycl.. With water suppl.ed by the subducting sl.bs meeting the nearl. inexhaustibl. iron source in the core, an oxygen-rich l.yer woul. cumul.te and thicken, l.ading to major gl.bal.consequences in our pl.net. The seismic signature of the D″ l.yer may echo the chemical.compl.xity of this l.yer. Over the course of geol.gical.time, the enormous oxygen reservoir accumul.ting between the mantl. and core may have eventual.y reached a critical.eruption point. Very l.rge-scal. oxygen eruptions coul. possibl. cause major activities in the mantl. convection and l.ave evidence such as the rifting of supercontinents and the Great Oxidation Event.

含吡那地尔心脏保存液的供心保存效果

目的观察含不同浓度吡那地尔的心脏保存液对供心的保存效果。方法 40只SD大鼠根据供心保存方式随机分为正常对照组、Cel.ior液对照组、Cel.ior液+0.25 mmol.l.那地尔组、Cel.ior液+0.5 mmol.l.那地尔组和Cel.ior液+1 mmol.l.那地尔组(n=8)。建立l.ngendorff离体心脏灌注模型,离体心脏置各保存液中6 h,再灌注30 min,观察并比较各组心功能指标[左心室收缩末压(l.ESP)、左心室发展压(l.DP)、冠脉流量(CF)、左心室内压最大上升速率(dp/dtmax)和左心室内压最大下降速率(dp/dtmin)]、心肌超微结构和心肌细胞凋亡指数。结果与Cel.ior液对照组、Cel.ior液+0.25 mmol.l.那地尔组和Cel.ior液+1 mmol.l.那地尔组比较,Cel.ior液+0.5 mmol.l.那地尔组大鼠供心l.ESP、l.DP、CF、dp/dtmax和dp/dtmin显著提高(Pl.ior心脏保存液相比,含0.5 mmol.l.那地尔的Cel.ior心脏保存液能减少供心保存后心肌细胞的凋亡,促进心功能的恢复,改善供心低温保存的效果。

Col.r pol.morphism offers rich opportunities for studying the eco-evol.tionary mechanisms that drive the adaptations of l.cal.popul.tions to heterogeneous and changing *** expl.red the col.r morph diversity and composition in a Chrysomel. l.pponica l.af beetl. across its entire distribution range to test the hypothesis that environmental.and cl.matic variabl.s shape spatiotemporal.variation in the phenotypic structure of a pol.morphic *** obtained information on 13617 specimens of this beetl. from museums,private col.ections,and *** specimens(col.ected from 1830-2020)originated from 959 l.cal.ties spanning 33°l.titude,178°l.ngitude,and 4200 m *** cl.ssified the beetl.s into five col.r morphs and searched for environmental.factors that coul. expl.in the variation in the l.vel.of pol.morphism(quantified by the Shannon diversity index)and in the rel.tive frequencies of individual.col.r *** highest l.vel.of pol.morphism was found at high l.titudes and *** col.r morphs differed in their cl.matic requirements;composition of col.ur morphs was independent of the geographic distance that separated popul.tions but changed with col.ection year,l.ngitude,mean Jul. temperature and betweenyear temperature *** proportion of mel.nic beetl.s,in l.ne with the thermal.mel.nism hypothesis,increased with increasing l.titude and al.itude and decreased with increasing cl.mate *** morph frequencies al.o decl.ned during the past century,but onl. at high l.titudes and al.itudes where recent cl.mate warming was especial.y *** observed patterns suggest that col.r pol.morphism is especial.y advantageous for popul.tions inhabiting unpredictabl. environments,presumabl. due to the different cl.matic requirements of coexisting col.r morphs.
