Video inpainting is a technique that fills in the missing regions or gaps in a video by using its known *** existing video inpainting algorithms are computationally expensive and introduce seam in the target region that arises due to variation in brightness or contrast of the *** overcome these drawbacks,the authors propose a novel two-stage *** the first step,sub-bands of wavelets of a low-resolution image are obtained using the dualtree complex wavelet *** algorithm and auto-regression technique are then applied to these subbands to inpaint the missing *** fuzzy logic-based histogram equalisation is used to further enhance the image by preserving the image brightness and improve the local *** the second step,the image is enhanced using super-resolution *** process of down-sampling,inpainting and subsequently enhancing the video using the super-resolution technique reduces the video inpainting *** framework is tested on video sequences by comparing and analysing the structural similarity index matrix,peak-signal-to-noise ratio,visual information fidelity in pixel domain and execution time with the state-of-the-art *** experimental analysis gives visually pleasing results for object removal and error concealment.

Objective: To determine whether corosolic acid(CA) targeting nuclear protein expression of Nrf2 activation can be used to attenuate renal damage and preserve renal function in alloxan diabetic ***: A mouse model with diabetic nephropathy was established to examine the Nrf2 expression. Mice were randomly divided into control, diabetic control, and CA groups treated at 0.4 mg/kg, 2 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg p.o. for 8 weeks. Diabetes was induced in mice by single intraperitoneal injection of alloxan 200 mg/kg in all groups except the control. The mice with fasting blood glucose level over 200 mg/d L were considered as diabetic and were employed in the study. After 4 th and 8 th weeks, urine samples were collected(using metabolic cages) to measure protein and urea. Animals were euthanized, and serum samples were collected to estimate the glucose, creatinine, total protein, urea and blood urea nitrogen. Kidney was isolated at the end of experiment for histology to evaluate anti-oxidant parameters. Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the Nrf2 ***: CA treatment showed dose dependent reduction in level of biochemical parameters in serum and urine. CA group(10 mg/kg) showed significantly higher body weight and reduced kidney weight. Histopathological examination revealed reduced inflammation, collagen deposition and glomerulosclerosis in renal tissue. CA attenuated renal dysfunction, oxidative stress and inflammatory pro-cytokine ***: CA treatment exhibited ameliorative effect on kidney in mice with its enhanced Nrf2 expression.

Compressed air is an integral utility part of industrial utility systems. Any improvement in compressed air system will lead to reduction in utility cost. The effectiveness of utilization side of compressed air is usually dependent upon operator’s discretion. There are no performance testing methods available for testing existing end use equipments. A test apparatus for estimation of compressed air flow based on measurement of pressure reduction in a fixed volume cylinder in a given time is developed. The test apparatus is easy to build and simple to operate in an industrial environment. This can be used for measuring performance of any pneumatic end-use equipment and for benchmarking the performance. The test apparatus was used in a foundry for quantifying the performance of the old and new blow guns.

We investigate the possibility of cosmic censorship violation in the gravitational collapse of radiating dyon solution. It is shown that the final outcome of the collapse depends sensitively on the electric and magnetic charge parameters. The graphs of the outer apparent horizon, inner Cauchy horizon for different values of parameters are drawn. It is found that the electric and magnetic components push the apparent horizon towards the retarded time-coordinate axis, which in turn reduces the radius of the apparent horizon in Valdya spacetime. Also, we extend the earlier work of Chamorro and Virbhadra [Pramana, J. Phys. 45 （1995） 181].

The scarcity of feed resources with the continuously increasing cost of usual animal feeds urgently demands searching some alternate feeds for ruminants. In this study, Barberi male kids were divided into4 groups of 5 kids(body weight 17.5 ± 1.8 kg) in each group, and ad libitum fed lentil straw(Lens culinaris;Ls), Ls based total mixed ration(LsTMR), urea ammoniated Ls(ALs) or ALs based total mixed ration(ALsTMR) for a period of 28 days. Results showed Ls was a superior feed(CP, 9.2%) for kids, but having quite high crude fibre(CF; 39.6%) and Ca:P ratio(10:1). Urea ammoniation of Ls was helpful for increasing the digestible crude protein(DCP)(P stible nutrients(TDN) with reduction of CF content. Urea mmoniation also improved the digestibility of neutral and acid detergent fibre(P s effect on CP digestibility was negative(P s(per kg W0.75) were also improved(P s fed ALs. Negative growth rate and nitrogen(N) balance(-33.8 and -1.4 g/day, respectively) in kids fed Ls became positive(46.9 and 2.0 g/day, respectively) when ALs was used in the diets of kids. Feeding of ALs also increased(P strained rumen liquor(sRL). Use of straw(Ls or ALs) in TMR increased the digestibility of DM, organic matter and NFE(P s well as total volatile fatty acids concentration(P sRL. The present study suggested that optimum performance of kids may be achieved using either ALs alone or TMR with Ls or ALs.

Objective:To investigate anticancer activity of different fractions of Tephrosia purpurea[TP] （sharapunkha,Fabaceae） and Ficus religiosa[FR]（Peepal,Moraceae）.Methods:The fractions of TP and FR were prepared and tested for in vitro anticancer activity using human MCF 7 cell line by trypan blue exclusion ***:The result showed that among all these fractions of *** and FRIII showed better anticancer activity compared to other *** ICsub>50sub> value for TPI（152.4μM）,TPIII（158.71μM）.FRI（160.3μM） and for FRIII（222.7μM） was ***:The present study shows anticancer potential of TP and FR fractions in MCF 7 cell line.

The alkylation of toluene with methanol for the selective formation of p-xylene was systematically studied. Very few studies have been reported on the use of superacids such as heteropolyacids on cheap supports, such as clay. This article deals with the use of different heteropoly acids （HPAs）, viz, Dodeca-Tungstophosphoric acid [***2O] （TPA）, Dodeca-Molyhdo phosphoric acid ammonium salt hydrate [H12Mo12N3O40P＋aq] （DMAA）, Dodeca-Molyhdo Phosphoric acid （PMA） on clay （MontmoriUonite, K-10） and as such plain clay. This comparative study reveals that 20%PMA/Clay shows 62% toluene conversion and 100% selectivity toward p-xylene.

BORON:an ultra-lightweight and low power encryption design for pervasive computing

We propose an ultra-lightweight, compact, and low power block cipher BORON. BORON is a substitution and permutation based network, which operates on a 64-bit plain text and supports a key length of 128/80 bits. BORON has a compact structure which requires 1939 gate equivalents(GEs) for a 128-bit key and 1626 GEs for an 80-bit key. The BORON cipher includes shift operators, round permutation layers, and XOR operations. Its unique design helps generate a large number of active s-boxes in fewer rounds, which thwarts the linear and differential attacks on the cipher. BORON shows good performance on both hardware and software platforms. BORON consumes less power as compared to the lightweight cipher LED and it has a higher throughput as compared to other existing sP network ciphers. We also present the security analysis of BORON and its performance as an ultra-lightweight compact cipher. BORON is a well-suited cipher design for applications where both a small footprint area and low power dissipation play a crucial role.
