Effect of (Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4))TiO_3(BST) Doping on Dielectric Properties of CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)(CCTO)

The effect of （Ba（0.6）Sr（0.4））TiO3（BST） addition on dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O（12）（CCTO） ceramic was investigated. Ceramic samples with the chemical formula （1-x）CaCu3Ti4O（12）＋ x（Ba（0.6）,Sr（0.4））TiO3 （x=0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2） were synthesized from high purity oxide powders by the conventional solid-state synthesis method. X-ray diffraction （XRD） analysis showed the existence of BST as a secondary phase alongside CCTO. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） investigation showed a slight decrease in grain size of doped CCTO samples. Density measurements showed that porosity content increased with increasing BST addition indicating low densification due to high melting point secondary phase addition. Dielectric constant of undoped CCTO （x=0） showed lack of stability with frequency which dropped drastically between 104 and 105Hz and accompanied by high dielectric loss. Addition of BST into CCTO caused the dielectric constant to slightly decrease but improved stability with frequency compared to the undoped sample. The decrease in dielectric constant of doped CCTO samples was suggested to be partly due to the decrease in average grain size and increase in porosity with BST addition. Nevertheless, a high value of dielectric constant was still maintained around ～104 range for all doped samples. The dielectric loss （tanδ） of all BST-doped samples was lower than that of pure CCTO sample at the frequency range of 103 to 105 Hz probably due to the increase of grains boundary resistivity. The activation energy of grains boundary （E（gb）） showed higher values as compared to the activation energy of grains （Eg ） for all samples and conforms to the internal barrier layer capacitor （IBLC） model.

As per World Health Organization report which was released in the year of 2019,Diabetes claimed the lives of approximately 1.5 million individuals globally in 2019 and around 450 million people are affected by diabetes all over the *** it is inferred that diabetes is rampant across the world with the majority of the world population being affected by *** the diabetics,it can be observed that a large number of people had failed to identify their disease in the initial stage itself and hence the disease level moved from Type-1 to *** avoid this situation,we propose a new fuzzy logic based neural classifier for early detection of diabetes.A set of new neuro-fuzzy rules is introduced with time constraints that are applied for thefirst level *** levels are further refined by using the Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(FCM)with time intervals for making thefinal decision over the classification *** main objective of this proposed model is to detect the diabetes level based on the ***,the set of neuro-fuzzy rules are used for selecting the most contributing values over the decision-making process in diabetes *** proposed model proved its efficiency in performance after experiments conducted not only from the repository but also by using the standard diabetic detection models that are available in the market.

BACKGROUND: Controversy exists about the correlation between liver ultrasonography and serum parameters for evaluating the severity of liver involvement in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This study was designed to determine the association between liver ultrasonography staging in NAFLD and serum parameters correlated with disease severity in previous studies; and set optimal cut-off points for those serum parameters correlated with NAFLD staging at ultrasonography, in order to differentiate ultrasonographic groups (USGs). METHODS: This cross-sectional study evaluated outpatients with evidence of NAFLD in ultrasonography referred to a general hospital. Those with positive viral markers, abnormal serum ceruloplasmin or gamma-globulin concentrations were excluded. A radiologist performed the ultrasonography staging and stratified the patients into mild, moderate, and severe groups. Fasting serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, triglyceride (TG), high and low density lipoprotein (HDL, LDL), and cholesterol were checked. RESULTS: Two hundred and forty-five patients with a mean age (±standard deviation) of 41.63(±11.46) years were included. There were no significant differences when mean laboratory concentrations were compared between moderate and severe USGs. Therefore, these groups were combined to create revised USGs ('mild' versus 'moderate or severe'). There were associations between the revised USGs, and ALT, TG, HDL levels, and diabetes mellitus [odds ratios=2.81 (95% confidence interval (CI): 1.37-5.76), 2.48 (95% CI: 1.29- 4.78), 0.36 (95% CI: 0.18-0.74), and 5.65 (95% CI: 2.86-11.16)respectively; all P values <0.01]. A cut-off value of 32.5 mg/dL for ALT gave a sensitivity of 70% and a specificity of 62%, for differentiating between the revised USGs. The numeral trait of aquiferous zones in flowage studies and estimations is under most parts of nation. In this study Karaj aquiferous zone in Alborz province was surveyed from the view point of form, the agglomeration of drainage net length of channel and space. The orientation of hillside was specified as the affective factor on creating and streaming the flowage. A flow aggregating hydrological model for the studied zone was prepared and amount of the flow is mostly in which parts of the zone the delay and centralization time in the zone was evaluated and the related diagrams were derived. Finally, the zone was divided into 4 main subzones and their drainage nets were ranked and by 4 factors namely, space, length of canal, drainage aggregation and branch ratio affecting on performance of the zone from the view of from and appearance was surveyed. The factors interfering in SPSS software and their correlations were specified and specific coefficients stand in their related charts. By considering in the zone width and charts it is specified which of the sub zones has the most flowage potential from the view of the zones physical and numeral qualifications. All plots were prepared using GIS and WMS software and the studied zone’s hydrograph was depicted.

SnO2 is an n-type semiconductor with rutile crystalline structure and display many interesting optical properties. However, there are limited reports on effect of Mn doped Sn O2 on optical properties, prepared by mechanochemical processing. This paper reports the effect of Mn doping on structural and optical properties of Sn O2 nanoparticles（Sn1-x Mnx O2, x = 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1） prepared by mechanochemical processing in a high energy ball mill and heat-treated at 600°C. Phase analysis of the dried powders was carried out from the data obtained by X-ray Diffraction（XRD） of the samples. The peak shifting in XRD patterns indicate that Mn ions were successfully doped into the Sn O2 crystal lattice with successive increase in dopant levels. Average crystallite size, was calculated based on Scherrer’s equation, and was found to vary from 24 to 35 nm. Blue shift in Eg at x＞0.02 may be affected by decrease in crystallite size. Red shift in Eg with increasing Mn concentration（x 0.02） could be attributed to either sp-d exchange interaction and to the increasing crystallite size of the Sn O2 nanoparticles. The quantum confinement effect was suggested to be the dominant reason for the changes in Eg. The reduction in emission intensity could be due to non-radiative recombination processes promoted by Mn ions with increasing Mn content.

Purpose:Despite advances in modern medicine,traumatic brain injuries(TBIs)are still a major medical *** diagnosis of TBI is crucial for clinical decision-making and *** study aims to compare the predictive value of Helsinki,Rotterdam,and Stockholm CT scores in predicting the 6-month outcomes in blunt TBI ***:This cohort study was conducted on blunt TBI patients of 15 years or *** of them were admitted to the surgical emergency department of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Kashan,Iran from 2020 to 2021 and had abnormal trauma-related findings on brain CT *** patients’demographic data such as age,gender,history of comorbid conditions,mechanism of trauma,Glasgow coma scale,CT images,length of hospital stay,and surgical procedures were *** Helsinki,Rotterdam,and Stockholm CT scores were simultaneously determined according to the existing *** included patients'6-month outcome was determined using the Glasgow outcome scale extended.M Data were analyzed by SPSS software version ***,specificity,negative/positive predictive value and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were calculated for each *** Kappa agreement coefficient and Kuder Richardson-20 were used to compare the scoring ***:Altogether 171 TBI patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with the mean age of(44.9±20.2)*** patients were male(80.7%),had traffic related injuries(83.1%)and mild TBIs(64.3%).Patients with lower Glasgow coma scale had higher Helsinki,Rotterdam,and Stockholm CT scores and lower Glasgow outcome scale extended *** all the scoring systems,the Helsinki and Stockholm scores showed the highest agreement in predicting patients’outcomes(kappa=0.657,p<0.001).The Rotterdam scoring system had the highest sensitivity(90.1%)in predicting death of TBI patients,whereas the Helsinki scoring system had the highest sensitivity(89.8%)in predicting the 6-month outcome in TBI
