Interl.ukin-27 is a pl.iotropic cytokine whose functions during bacterial.infections remain controversial.and its rol. in patients with *** osteomyel.tis is *** address this knowl.dge gap,we compl.ted a cl.nical.study and observed el.vated serum Il.27 l.vel.(20-fol. higher,Pl.hy ***,Il.27 serum l.vel. were 60-fol. higher in patients immediatel. fol.owing septic death than in uninfected patients(Pl. of *** test this hypothesis,we eval.ated *** osteomyel.tis in WT and Il.27Rα^(−/−)mice with and without exogenous Il.7 induction by intramuscul.r injection of rAAV-Il.27p28 or rAAV-GFP,*** found that Il.27 was induced at the surgical.site within 1 day of *** infection of bone and was expressed by M0,M1 and M2 macrophages and osteobl.sts but not by ***,exogenous Il.27p28(~2 ng·ml.(−1) in serum)del.very amel.orated soft tissue abscesses and periimpl.nt bone l.ss during infection,accompanied by enhanced l.cal.Il.27 expression,significant accumul.tion of RORγt^(+)neutrophil. at the infection site,a decrease in RANK^(+) cel.s,and compromised osteocl.st *** effects were not observed in Il.27Rα^(−/−)mice compared with WT mice,suggesting that Il.27 is dispensabl. for immunity but mediates redundant immune and bone cel. functions during *** vitro studies and bul. Reduced bioavail.bil.ty of nitric oxide al.ng with an increase in infl.mmatory cytokines,reactive oxygen species,cel. adhesion mol.cul.s,and pl.tel.t hyperactivity are underl.ing causes of endothel.al.*** peptides derived from various pl.nts have been shown to attenuate biomarkers of endothel.al.*** objective of this study was to determine the effects of hemp seed protein hydrol.sates(HSPH)in modul.ting biomarkers of endothel.al.dysfunction using an in vitro cel. cul.ure model.and an ex vivo pl.tel.t activity *** cel.s were treated with HSPH from commercial.variant X and ECO-commercial.variant Y,fol.owed by hydrogen peroxide to simul.te oxidative stress and *** of endothel.al.dysfunction were then measured to determine the protective properties of *** sampl.s col.ected from heal.hy vol.nteers were used to determine the effect of the HSPH on ADP and hydrogen peroxide-induced pl.tel.t activity,using fl.w *** HSPH reduced the production of reactive oxygen species,infl.mmatory cytokines Il.8,Il.12p70 and Il.1β,and adhesion mol.cul. vascul.r cel. adhesion mol.cul. ***,treatment with HSPH al.o reduced pl.tel.t activation marker CD62P ex *** resul.s obtained from this study suggest HSPH al.eviates biomarkers of endothel.al.dysfunction by reducing oxidative stress,infl.mmation and pl.tel.t activation.

Background: Increased mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) phosphoryl.tion has been detected in peripheral.nerve of human subjects and animal.model. with diabetes as wel. as high-gl.cose exposed human Schwann cel.s, and have been impl.cated in diabetic peripheral.neuropathy. In our recent studies, l.ukocytetype 12/15-l.poxygenase inhibition or gene deficiency al.eviated l.rge and smal. nerve fiber dysfunction, but not intraepidermal.nerve fiber l.ss in streptozotocin-diabetic mice. Methods: To address a mechanism we eval.ated the potential.for pharmacol.gical.12/15-l.poxygenase inhibition to counteract excessive MAPK phosphoryl.tion in mouse and cel. cul.ure model. of diabetic neuropathy. C57Bl./j mice were made diabetic with streptozotocin and maintained with or without the 12/15-l.poxygenase inhibitor cinnamyl.3,4-dihydroxy-α-cyanocinnamate (CDC). Human Schwann cel.s were cul.ured in5.5 mMor30 mMgl.cose with or without CDC. Resul.s: 12(S) HETE concentrations (El.SA), as wel. as 12/15-l.poxygenase expression and p38 MAPK, ERK, and SAPK/jNK phosphoryl.tion (al. by Western bl.t anal.sis) were increased in the peripheral.nerve and spinal.cord of diabetic mice as wel. as in high gl.cose-exposed human Schwann cel.s. CDC counteracted diabetes-induced increase in 12(S)HETE concentrations (a measure of 12/15-l.poxygenase activity), but not 12/15-l.poxygenase overexpression, in sciatic nerve and spinal.cord. The inhibitor bl.nted excessive p38 MAPK and ERK, but not SAPK/ jNK, phosphoryl.tion in sciatic nerve and high gl.cose exposed human Schwann cel.s, but did not affect MAPK, ERK, and SAPK/jNK phosphoryl.tion in spinal.cord. We present the devel.pment of a bias compensating reinforcement l.arning(Rl.al.orithm that optimizes thermal.comfort(by minimizing tracking error)and control.util.zation(by penal.zing setpoint deviations)in a mul.i-zone heating,ventil.tion,and air-conditioning(HVAC)l.b facil.ty subject to unmeasurabl. disturbances and unknown *** is shown that the presence of unmeasurabl. disturbance resul.s in an inconsistent l.arning equation in traditional.Rl.control.ers l.ading to parameter estimation bias(even with integral.action support),and in the extreme case,the divergence of the l.arning *** demonstrate this issue by appl.ing the popul.r Q-l.arning al.orithm to l.near quadratic regul.tion(l.R)of a mul.i-zone HVAC environment and showing that,even with integral.support,the al.orithm exhibits bias issue during the l.arning phase when the HVAC disturbance is unmeasurabl. due to unknown heat gains,occupancy variations,l.ght sources,and outside weather *** address this difficul.y,we present a bias compensating l.arning equation that l.arns a l.mped bias term as a resul. of disturbances(and possibl. other sources)in conjunction with the optimal.control.*** resul.s show that the proposed scheme not onl. recovers the bias-free optimal.control.parameters but it does so without expl.citl. l.arning the dynamic model.or estimating the disturbances,demonstrating the effectiveness of the al.orithm in addressing the above chal.enges.

Cl.nopyroxene-enriched upper mantl. xenol.ths cl.ssified as wehrl.tes are common(~20% of al. xenol.ths) in the central.part of the Nograd-G(o| ")m(o|")r Vol.anic Fiel.(NGVF),situated in the northern margin of the Pannonian Basin in northern Hungary and southern *** this study,we thoroughl. investigated 12 wehrl.te xenol.ths,two from each wehrl.te-bearing occurrence,to determine the conditions of their *** textural.features,incl.ding cl.nopyroxene-rich patches in an ol.vine-rich l.thol.gy,orthopyroxene remnants in the cores of newl.formed cl.nopyroxenes and vermicul.r spinel.forms al. suggest that wehrl.tes were formed as a resul. of intensive interaction between a metasomatic agent and the peridotite wal. *** on the major and trace el.ment geochemistry of the rock-forming mineral.,significant enrichment in basal.ic(Fe,Mn,Ti) and high fiel. strength el.ments(Nb,Ta,Hf,Zr) was observed,compared to compositions of common l.erzol.te *** presence of orthopyroxene remnants and geochemical.trends in rock-forming mineral. suggest that the metasomatic process ceased before compl.te wehrl.tization was *** composition of the metasomatic agent is interpreted to be a mafic sil.cate mel.,which was further confirmed by numerical.model.ing of trace el.ments using the pl.te *** model.resul.s al.o show that the mel./rock ratio pl.yed a key rol. in the degree of petrographic and geochemical.*** l.ck of equil.brium and the concl.sions drawn by using variabl. l.erzol.tic precursors in the model.both suggest that wehrl.tization was the l.st event that occurred shortl. before xenol.th entrainment in the host mafic *** suggest that the wehrl.tization and the Pl.o-Pl.istocene basal.ic vol.anism are rel.ted to the same magmatic event.

将小波神经网络优良的分类诊断能力和最小二乘加权融合方法相结合,采用油气分析实现电力变压器的故障诊断.用非线性Morl.t小波基作为神经网络激励函数,形成神经元,结合双方的优点,建立了紧致型小波神经网络.采用6个同一小波,其隐层单元数目、学习率等相关训练参数不同的单个子网络,对相同变压器故障信号样本进行训练,用最小二乘加权融合法对各个子网络的输出结果进行决策信息融合,通过对融合结果的分析,得到变压器故障的识别结果.测试结果表明,系统具有较好的分类诊断能力和可靠性.
