Due to coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,there has been a major reallocation of resources that has impacted the treatment of many diseases,including *** growing use of information and communication technologies(ICT),together with a new approach to work aimed at ensuring the safety of health care professionals and patients alike,has allowed us to maintain the quality of care while ensuring *** application of ICT to health care(eHealth)aims to significantly improve the quality,access to,and effectiveness of medical *** fact,the expanded use of ICT has been recognized as a key,cost-effective priority for health care by the World Health *** medical speciality of radiation oncology is closely linked to technology and as a consequence of coronavirus disease 2019,ICT has been widely employed by radiation oncologists worldwide,providing new opportunities for interaction among professionals,including telemedicine and e-learning,while also minimizing treatment *** research should concentrate on this emerging paradigm,which offers new opportunities,including faster and more diverse exchange of scientific knowledge,organizational improvements,and more efficient ***,these efficiencies will allow professionals to dedicate more time to patient care,with a better work-life *** the present editorial,we discuss the opportunities provided by these digital tools,as well as barriers to theirimplementation,and a vision of the future.

Edible insects, escamoles ant eggs of the Formicidae family are consumed by cultural tradition at rural communities and by sensory characteristics at high class restaurants of Mexico; however, people ignore the importance of insect consumption in the nutrition of humans. Laboratory spectroscopy methods in food analysis represent benefits in time and precision. The aim of this study is to assess macronutrients and micronutrients of escamoles and eggs by spectroscopic methods to inform population the benefits they provide in health and to mention the advantage in the use of these techniques at laboratory work. Samples were gather the second week of March and April 2012, at Hidalgo State and analyze moisture and macronutrients by AOAC （Association of Official Analytical Chemistry） methods, amino acids by cation exchange chromatography, tryptophan was determined by a colorimeter method, fatty acids by GC （gas chromatography） using helium as a carrier （AOAC）, fat soluble vitamins A, D and E by HPLC （high performance liquid chromatography）, and minerals by atomic absorption spectrophotometers and phosphorus by colorimeter （AOAC）. Data showed high amount in proteins, lipids and minerals; low in fiber and soluble carbohydrates; contained all essential amino acids. Fatty acids contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Fat soluble vitamins A, D and E. Minerals： sodium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and manganese. Escamoles ant eggs include polyunsaturated fatty acids essential for mental development, vitamin A to prevent eye diseases, vitamin E as antioxidant and vitamin D involved in calcium absorption that low intake, impair grow and bone health. Iron and zinc contained anemia. Regarding the laboratory benefits, needs less expensive chemicals, testing is clean, rapid and easy results of multiple samples, but it is required to handle by qualified chemists. The health benefits of nutrients provided by edible insects are not properly studied, even though insect intake in LatinAmerican and Asia is a cultural tradition since ancient times. Insects from the giant water bug （Belostomidae family） are consumedboth in Mexico and Thailand, and are known as ＂Cucarachon de agua＂（Lethocerus americanus） and ＂Mangda＂（Lethocerus indicus）,respectively. Raw samples of these insects were collected on 2014 at Xochimilco channels from Mexico and from Warorot nightmarket in Chiang Mai, Thailand to further analyze nutrient composition of samples according to official methods of analysis （AOAC）techniques. The nutrient compositions were as following： proteins 60.12% and 53.11%; lipids 5.72% and 8.15%; minerals 5.46% and6.75%; fiber 10.95 % and 12.23%; soluble carbohydrates 17.75% and 19.74%, for insects obtained from Mexico and Thailand,respectively. Giant water bug shows differences in nutrient composition. It may be the consequence of differences in the environmentwhere they acquire the nutrients necessary for growth and reproduction. However, giant water bugs are available all year around andare a good source of proteins that could help people to obtain a cheaper source of this important macronutrient.

FAO （Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations） declared that 12% of the world＇s population is undernourished while in Mexico the number is around 5%. Minerals are essential for the daily diet; iron （Fe） is an important mineral on human welfare because it has a main role on the function of the immune and central nervous systems, among others. Most Mexicans fulfill their iron requirements from vegetables, which are poorly absorbed; nevertheless, in coastal populations, where seafood-rich in ironis available, it is not consumed on a regular diet. The aim of this work was to analyze minerals, focusing on the iron content of Octopus hubbsorum B （Cephalopoda： Octopodidae）, an animal of the Mexican Pacific coast. Three specimens were analyzed, two from the north and one from central Pacific Ocean. Data obtained for the central Pacific Octopus was 0.008% and data for the North Pacific were 0.008% and 0.011%, repectively. In conclusion, the supply of iron for the Mexican diet provided by Octopus hubbsorum B is significant, therefore is recommended to consume more of this resource, to diminish iron deficiency, a world-wide problem, and to improve human health.

Donkey （Equus asinus） domesticated animal, is neglected as an object of scientific study. In countries where donkeys are used for work, they are slaughtered at the end of their useful working life and meat is destined for human consumption. This study was carried out to evaluate the mineral composition of donkey carcass meat. Meat was obtained in Donkey Fair 2016 at Mexico State, minerals were analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectxophotometry, Ca, Na, K, Fe, Zn and Cu, and P content by colorimetry. Data obtained in mg/100g were： Ca, 7.95; Na, 48.75; K, 353; Fe, 3,95; Zn, 3.17; Cu, 0.19 and P, 227. Analysis revealed that donkey meat has a low content of Ca, but it is good in P as well as K. In conclusion donkey meat is a good source of minerals requested for human health.

Chia seeds played an important role in different ethnic group＇s diet at pre-Hispanic times. Later, it was domesticated due to high demand by the population and nowadays it＇s cultivated in several states of Mexico. However, seeds are not part of the Mexican average diet. The aim of this research was to asses Chia seed＇s macronutrients and promote consumption among population to decrease malnutrition. Chia seeds were collected at Puebla State （2015） and analyzed according to AOAC [1] methods. Data obtained （g/100 g dry basis） were： proteins 18.51%; lipids 31.33%; minerals 4.45%; fiber 24.45%; soluble carbohydrates 21.38%. Chia seeds absorb water about ten times its weight, is gluten free and contain a good amount of proteins, indispensable for human life In addition, Chia seeds have a balanced amount of polyunsaturated essential lipids, which are important for brain function, minerals, fiber and soluble carbohydrates. Chia seeds are available all year and are well accepted by all social groups, therefore it could be a good option to improve human health.

Insect＇s nutrient composition may provide a good source of macro- and micro-nutrients with nutraceutical functions that could help people from semirural areas, such as Ixcaquixtla, located southeast of the Puebla State, Mexico. The aim of this study was to assess macro- and micro-nutrients in Cuetlas （Arsenura armada C.） larvae and inform local people about the nutraceutical benefits that those insects could provide. Cuetlas larvae samples were collected from Jonote tree on August, 2014 to analyze minerals and macro-nutrient of raw larvae according to AOAC （1995） techniques. Results showed that Cuetlas larvae contained 56.93% proteins, 14.76% lipids, 2.95% minerals, 2.13% fiber and 23.23% soluble carbohydrates. Cuetlas larvae have a good amount of proteins, essential macromolecules for human life as well as essential fatty acids that are important sources of fuel for brain cells and in particular for cardiac and skeletal muscle, minerals, not determined individually, which are important for metabolism processes, fiber for digestive processes and soluble carbohydrates as energy source.
