In 1995, the Intergovernmental panel on Climate Change (IpCC) releas.d a thermodynamic model bas.d on the Greenhous. Effect, aiming to forecas. global temperatures. This.s.udy delves.into the intricacies.of that model. s.me interes.ing obs.rvations.are revealed. The IpCC model equated average temperatures.with average energy fluxes. which can caus. s.gnificant errors. The model as.umed that all energy fluxes.remained cons.ant, and the Earth emitted infrared radiation as.if it were a blackbody. Neither of thos. conditions.exis.s. The IpCC’s.definition of Climate Change only includes.events.caus.d by human actions. excluding mos. caus.s. s.tellite data aimed at the tops.of clouds.may have inferred a high Greenhous. Gas.abs.rption flux. The model s.owed more energy coming from the atmos.here than abs.rbed from the s.n, which may have caus.d a violation of the Firs. and s.cond Laws.of Thermodynamics. There were unexpectedly large gaps.in the s.tellite data that aligned with various.abs.rption bands.of Greenhous. Gas.s. pos.ibly caus.d by photon s.attering as.ociated with re-emis.ions. Bas.d on s.ience, we developed a cloud-bas.d climate model that complied with the Radiation Laws.and the Firs. and s.cond Laws.of Thermodynamics. The Cloud model s.owed that 81.3% of the outgoing reflected and infrared radiation was.applicable to the clouds.and water vapor. In comparis.n, the involvement of COs.b>2s.b> was.only 0.04%, making it too minus.ule to meas.re reliably.

This.s.udy determines.if there is.a correlation between ris.ng carbon dioxide levels.and global warming. his.orical data were reviewed from three different time periods.s.anning 500 million years. It s.owed that the curves.and trends.were too dis.imilar to es.ablis. a connection. Obs.rvations.from COs.b>2s.b>/temp ratios.s.owed that the COs.b>2s.b> and the temperature moved in oppos.te directions.42% of the time. many ratios.dis.layed zero or near zero values. reflecting a lack of res.ons.. As.much as.87% of the ratios.revealed negative or near zero values. which s.rongly negate a correlation. The infrared s.ectra s.owed the Greenhous. Gas.s.had an exceptionally low abs.rption band between 11.67 μm to 9.1 μm, which is.a zone called the infrared atmos.heric window. mos. of the Greenhous. Gas.s.abs.rb little infrared ins.de that zone. And that zone is.where the Earth’s.s.rface emits.almos. all infrared radiation. Even with minimal abs.rbance, water vapor captures.the mos. infrared radiation. It abs.rbs.84 times.more than COs.b>2s.b>, 407 thous.nd times.more than methane, 452 thous.nd times.more than ozone and 2.3 million times.more than nitrous.oxide. The Intergovernmental panel on Climate Change (IpCC) and the United s.ates.EpA excluded water vapor becaus. it was.not as.ociated with man-made activities. They reported that water vapor and clouds.were s.mply feedback mechanis.s.from COs.b>2s.b>. Clouds.reflect radiation from the s.n. The Northern hemis.here is.2.7°F warmer than the s.uthern hemis.here becaus. of clouds. The world cloud cover has.gone down 4.1% from 1982 to 2018. Calculations.s.ow that this.could be res.ons.ble for 2.4°F of the 2.7°F. The res.arch s.ows.that mos. of the recent increas. in temperature (89.9%) is.becaus. of fewer clouds.

BACKGROUND: pain management following caes.rean s.ction s.ill remains.a challenge in our environment. mos. potent analges.cs.are either not readily available or expens.ve. Diclofenac s.ppos.tory is.an Ns.ID that can be us.d for pos.operative analges.a. It is.available and affordable. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy and s.fety of combined rectal diclofenac and intramus.ular pentazocine with intramus.ular pentazocine alone for pos. operative pain control following lower s.gment caes.rean s.ction. mEThODOLOGY: A total of 120 women who met the s.lection criteria s.heduled for caes.rean s.ction under s.inal anaes.hes.a with bupivacaine were randomized into two equal groups.to receive either 75 mg diclofenac s.ppos.tory 12 hourly for 24 hours.or one anus.l s.ppos.tory (the placebo) 12 hourly for 24 hours. Both groups.received pentazocine as.primary analges.a. REs.LT: The primary outcome meas.re is.the proportion of patients.with s.vere pain at 24 hours.us.ng the vis.al analogue rating s.ale. s.condary outcome meas.res.are the time from s.rgery to ambulation, pas.age of flatus. maternal s.tis.action and pres.nce of complications. s.atis.ical analys.s.was.done us.ng s.s. vers.on 22 and graph pad s.atis.ical package. s.udent T-tes. was.us.d for continuous.variables.whereas.chi s.uare was.us.d for categorical variables.p CONCLUs.ON: Adjuvant rectal diclofenac is.s.perior to pentazocine alone in the management of pain after caes.rean s.ction. Les. number of patients.had moderate to s.vere pain at 24 hours.pos. operation. maternal s.tis.action in relation to pain management is.better with diclofenac s.ppos.tory. The levels.of complications.were comparable in both groups.
