通过电弧增材制造技术，将SS316L合金和Inconel625合金与Ti6Al4V或Inconel718合金结合，制备功能梯度材料（FGMs）。制备了2种FGMs，分别为60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Ti6Al4V复合材料和60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Inconel718复合材料。对抗拉伸强度、伸长率、屈服强度、硬度、母材的横截面积和成分进行了分析。结果表明，与60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Ti6Al4V复合材料相比，60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Inconel718复合材料具有更好的力学性能；同时，60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Ti6Al4V复合材料的综合性能优于母材SS316L。因此，60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Inconel718复合材料是最佳选择。由于其高强度，60%SS316L+20%Inconel625+20%Inconel718复合材料在高压气动工具和防御工具中具有巨大的应用潜力。

Clays are crystalline, hydrated aluminosilicate molecules composed of alkali and alkaline earth cations along with small amounts of various other elements. The best-known are montmorillonite, smectite, illite, kaolinite, biotite and clinoptilolite. The molecules in these clays are arranged in three-dimensional structures creating internal voids and channels capable of trapping a wide variety of molecules. As a result of this structure, clay minerals are regarded as a simple and effective tool for the prevention of the negative effects of many toxic compounds. Dietary supplementation with clays has been shown to improve weight gain and feed conversion in pigs. Where improvements in performance have been noted, one of the most likely explanations for the improvement is the fact clays increase nutrient digestibility. Clays reduce the speed of passage of feed along the digestive tract which allows more time for digestion. Feeding clays also causes morphological changes in the intestina mucosa such as an increase in villus height and an increase in the villus height to crypt depth ratio. These changes increase the surface area of the gastrointestinal tract thus increasing nutrient digestibility, Several studies have indicated that feeding clay reduces the incidence, severity and duration of diarrhea in pigs. The mechanism for the reduction in diarrhea is likely due to increases in the numbers of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus and decreases in Clostridia and E. coil in the small intestine of pigs fed clays. In addition, the numbers of pigs born alive and weaned, birth weight and weaning weight have been shown to be higher for sows fed clays. Several studies have indicated that clays can help mitigate the effects of mycotoxins. The aim of the present review is to focus on the various clays which have been given attention in recent research and to discuss their potential to improve pig performance.

Physiological aging imposes significant alterations in the repertoire of T cells and all associated *** several studies have reported defects upon antigen-induced activation of T cells during aging,the molecular mechanisms that control T-cell receptor(TCR)downmodulation remain to be fully *** previous studies have assessed the role of F-actin in regulating activation-induced TCR internalization,few have delineated the roles of motor proteins,such as non-muscle myosin IIA(NMMIIA).In this study,we describe a series of experiments supporting the hypothesis that effective TCR downmodulation requires not only efficient reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton,but also functional *** the first time,we show that CD41 T cells from elderly human donors have dysfunctional NMMIIA that contributes to delaying activation-induced TCR internalization and impairing calcium ***,our results demonstrate that chemical inhibition of NMMIIA in CD41 T cells from young donors also results in complete abrogation of TCR internalization,strongly supporting the fundamental role of NMMIIA in modulating this *** observations that the generation of an efficient T-cell response requires migration prompted us to investigate whether NMMIIA also plays a regulatory role in CD41 T-cell *** show that chemical inhibition of NMMIIA downmodulates chemotactic migration in CD41 T cells from both young and elderly ***,these data demonstrate a significant contribution of dysfunctional NMMIIA to TCR-mediated functional defects during aging.

In the present research,we describe a computer-aided detection(CAD)method aimed at automatic fetal head circumference(HC)measurement in 2D ultrasonography pictures during all trimesters of *** HC might be utilized toward determining gestational age and tracking fetal *** automated approach is particularly valuable in low-resource settings where access to trained sonographers is *** CAD system is divided into two steps:to begin,Haar-like characteristics were extracted from ultrasound pictures in order to train a classifier using random forests to find the fetal *** identified the HC using dynamic programming,an elliptical fit,and a Hough *** computer-aided detection(CAD)program was well-trained on 999 pictures(HC18 challenge data source),and then verified on 335 photos from all trimesters in an independent test set.A skilled sonographer and an expert in medicine personally marked the test *** used the crown-rump length(CRL)measurement to calculate the reference gestational age(GA).In the first,second,and third trimesters,the median difference between the standard GA and the GA calculated by the skilled sonographer stayed at 0.7±2.7,0.0±4.5,and 2.0±12.0 days,*** regular duration variance between the baseline GA and the health investigator’s GA remained 1.5±3.0,1.9±5.0,and 4.0±14 a couple of *** mean variance between the standard GA and the CAD system’s GA remained between 0.5 and 5.0,with an additional variation of 2.9 to 12.5 *** outcomes reveal that the computer-aided detection(CAD)program outperforms an expert *** paired with the classifications reported in the literature,the provided system achieves results that are comparable or even *** have assessed and scheduled this computerized approach for HC evaluation,which includes information from all trimesters of gestation.

Simulation of old open clusters for UVIT on ASTROSAT

The Ultra Violet Imaging Telescope （UVIT） is one of the payloads on the first Indian multiwavelength satellite ASTROSAT, which is expected to be launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation （ISRO） in the year 2015. We have per- formed simulations of UV studies of old open clusters for the UVIT. The colour mag- nitude diagrams （CMDs） and spatial appearances have been created using 10 filters associated with the FUV channel （130-180 nm） and NUV channel （200-300 nm） that are available for observations on the UVIT, for the three old open clusters M67, NGC 188 and NGC 6791. The CMDs are simulated for different filter combinations, and they are used to identify the loci of various evolutionary sequences, white dwarfs, blue stragglers, red giants, subgiants, turn off stars and the main sequence of the clus- ters. The present work helps in identifying a potential area of study in the case of these three old open clusters by considering the availability of filters and the detection limits of the instrument. We also recommend filter combinations, which can be used to detect and study the above mentioned evolutionary stages. The simulations and the results presented here are essential for the optimal use of the UVIT for studies of old open clusters.

Risky gait activities lead to severe wear in orthopaedic implants during postoperative *** aim of the present study is to predict the linear and volumetric wear of zirconia(ZrO2)vs alumina(Al2O3)hip implants subject to risky and normal gait ***,the gait loads pertaining to risky gait activities were converted to equivalent normal *** using the computed normal loads,friction and wear coefficients of ZrO2 ball against Al2O3 disc were calculated from Pin-on-Disc(POD)tribometer under dry and lubricating *** solution,a bio-lubricant was utilized for lubrication purpose to mimic synovial fluid *** gait activities stair ascending or descending,carrying load,lifting load and ladder up or down etc.,grouped as A,B,C and D were used to determine friction and wear *** Element Method(FEM)was employed to predict the wear of the bearing *** developed contact pressure for these gait activities was then utilized to compute linear and volumetric wear for 2 million *** findings suggests that,patients regularly involved in group C and D type gait activities were likely to cause more wear which may accelerate early implant failure.

This paper,evaluate the effectiveness of a proposed speed loop pseudo derivative feedforward(PDFF)controller-based direct torque controller(DTC)for a PMSM drive against the performance of existing PI speed controller-based DTC and hysteresis current controller(HCC).The proposed PDFF-based speed regulator effectively reduces oscillation and overshoot associated with rotor angular speed,electromagnetic torque,and stator *** case studies,one using forward-to-reverse motoring operation and the other involving reverse-to-forward braking operation,has been validated to show the effectiveness of the proposed control *** proposed controller's superior performance is demonstrated through experimental verification utilizing an FPGA controller for a 1.5 kW PMSM drive laboratory prototype.
