Background:Ziwan and Taoren(ZT)is a classic medicine pair in the formula of Mai Dong Di Shao Decoction,has been used to treat primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS)for more than 20 *** its action mechanism is still *** study is aimed to reveal the potential mechanism of ZT treated pSS and discover its active compounds of ZT and therapeutic target for ***:Firstly,the potential pathways of ZT for pSS treatment were predicted through network pharmacology and GO and KEGG enrichment ***,the inter-structural relationships between active compounds of ZT and target proteins were visualized using molecular docking ***,efficacy and mechanism were conducted through in vivo experiments,such as water intake,spleen index,hematoxylin-eosin staining pathological changes,ELISA,Western Blot analysis,and immunofluorescence ***:Nine active compounds were extracted from network pharmacology,including quercitrin,luteolin,kaempferol,β-sitosterol,isorhamnetin,galangin,hederagenin,diosmetin and gibberellin *** disease targets were identified:RELA,TP53,AKT1,interleukin(IL)6,MAPK1,ESR1,IL10;with RELA being the most core *** and GO enrichment analysis indicated that ZT may act through the TLR/NF-κB/RELA inflammatory mechanism *** results of molecular docking showed that ZT’s active compounds bind well to the RELA(p65)*** vivo results demonstrated that a high dose of ZT significantly improved water intake and reduced lymphocytes infiltration in submandibular gland pathology in NOD *** expression content of AQP5 and vasoactive intestinal peptide in the submaxillary gland was significantly increased,while levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α,IL-6,and IL-1βalong with protein expressions including toll-like receptor4,p-p65 and p-IKKα/βin NF-κB pathway were ***:The ZT treatment exhibits a promising efficacy in mitigating dryness symptoms of pSS,potentially attr

Breast cancer awareness in reproductive women in the low-and middle-income countries:a scoping review

half-metallic ferromagnetism,mechanical as well as thermoelectric properties for rare earth-based spinels Mgho_(2)Z_(4)(Z=S,Se)were investigated using density functional theory(DFT).Structural optimization was done with Perdew-Burke-Ehrenzorf(PBE)sol-generalized gradient approximation(GGA)to calculate the lattice constant of both spinels comparable to experimental *** addition,Born stability criteria and negative formation energy show that our studied spinels are also structurally and dynamically stable in the cubic *** ferromagnetic(FM)state stability,we also calculated the energy differences among FM,antiferromagnetic(AFM),and non-magnetic(NM)***,Curie temperatures of ferromagnetic phases were also *** used Trans-Blaha improved BeckeJohnson(TB-mBJ)potential functional for electronics as well as magnetic characteristics,which lead to the consistent explanation of half-metallic ferromagnetism,representing the whole band-occupancy in material with exact detail of density of states(DOS).The stable FM state was examined in spinels due to the exchange splitting of ho cation consisting of p-d hybridizations compatible with the result achieved for electronics band structure and ***,spin magnetic moment was explained in terms of anion,cation,and sharing charge on studied *** addition,the calculated thermoelectric properties clearly show that operation range of these systems may be utilized by future experimental works for identifying the potential applications of these systems.

Objective:To determine the new M-superfamily conotoxins from molluscivorous snail Conus bandanus in ***:Conus bandanus venom was fractionated and purified on hPLC system with an analytical reversed-phase C18 column in order to screen small *** primary structure of peptide was analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight tandem mass spectrometry using collision-induced dissociation and confirmed by Edman’s degradation ***:Five new conotoxins were biochemically characterized from the crude venom of the mollusk-hunting cone snail Conus bandanus,which were collected at Ke Ga reef of the Nha Trang Bay(Vietnam).Each conotoxin had 15 or 16 amino acid residues and shared the same characteristic cysteine framework V as–CC–C–C–CC–.They were termed as Bn3 b,Bn3 c,Bn3 d,Bn3 e and Bn3 f following the conotoxins ***:The conotoxins Bn3 b,Bn3 e,and Bn3 f are categorized in the mini-M conotoxins of the M1 branch,while conotoxins Bn3 c and Bn3 d are categorized in the mini-M conotoxins of the M2 *** homological analysis reveals that these conotoxins could serve as promising probe compounds for voltage-gated sodium channels.

Dynamic operating envelopes(DOEs),as key enablers to facilitate distributed energy resource(DER)integration,have attracted increasing attention in the past ***,uncertainties,which may come from load forecasting errors or inaccurate network parameters,have been rarely discussed in DOE calculation,leading to compromised quality of the hosting capacity allocation *** letter studies how to calculate DOEs that are immune to such uncertainties based on a linearised unbalanced three-phase optimal power flow(UTOPF)*** uncertain parameters constrained by norm balls,formulations for calculating robust DOEs(RDOEs)are presented along with discussions on their *** cases,including a 2-bus illustrative network and a representative Australian network,are tested to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Rational design of AgGaS/ZnS/ZnS quantum dots with a near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield via double shelling scheme

In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesize highly luminescent AgGaS/ZnS/ZnS quantum dots(QDs).In the first step,an inner ZnS shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer ZnS shell,thereby facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the synthesized AgGaS/ZnS/ZnS QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PLQY reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in Zn precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity of halogen ions to coordinate with the QDs influenced the balance between Zn cation diffusion and ZnS shelling ***,the ZnS shelling reaction was dominant when ZnCl_(2)was employed,while Zn cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the ZnS shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored synthesis of core/shell QDs.

“常常”“往往”是汉语中典型的频率副词,在语义、句法和语用特征方面较为复杂且不易区分。笔者作为越南留学生,在学习汉语过程中发现,越南学生受母语的影响在理解和应用“常常”“往往”时遇到了显著的障碍。为了探究越南学生在习得“常常”“往往”时出现的偏误情况,并据此提出适用于越南学生的教学与学习策略,文章从本体角度对“常常”“往往”进行了对比分析,从语义、句法及语用三个角度综合比较了“常常”与“往往”的共性与差异。研究显示,尽管这两个词在词性和功能方面有很大相似性,但在语义和使用上各有特点。在此基础上,文章将汉语的“常常”“往往”与越南语中相应的词语进行了对照分析,发现越南语中有“th(?)(?)ng”“th(?)(?)ng th(?)(?)ng”“th(?)(?)ng xuyên”“th(?)(?)ng hay”“lu(?)n lu(?)n”几个词语与汉语的“常常”“往往”在语义上非常相似,但在句法特征和语用情景方面,越南语中的相应表达表现出较强的灵活性和自由度。为更确切地了解越南学生习得“常常”“往往”的情况,本文以问卷调查的形式考察了越南学生在习得“常常”“往往”时的感受和可能存在的偏误。通过对问卷情况的分析,总结出越南学习者的偏误可分为语义偏误、句法偏误和语用偏误三种类型。文章从语义及句法复杂性、学习者母语及教学媒介语因素、教材因素等三个角度进行了原因分析,研究结果表明,母语影响是导致越南学生在汉语学习中出现偏误的重要因素之一,同时也指出了教材在处理这些频率副词时存在的不足。基于以上研究,本文有针对性地提出了面向越南学生习得“常常”“往往”的教学对策。在教材编写方面,建议提高翻译的精确度、注释的准确性,并增强练习的针对性。对于教师,本文倡导采用情境教学法、对比教学法以及强化实践练习。此外,给越南学生的语言习得提出了若干建议,包括通过汉语思维减少母语负迁移、善于对比以及敢于交际的学习策略。

An Improved Binary Quantum-based Avian Navigation Optimizer Algorithm to Select Effective Feature Subset from Medical Data:A COVID-19 Case Study

Feature Subset Selection(FSS)is an NP-hard problem to remove redundant and irrelevant features particularly from medical data,and it can be effectively addressed by metaheuristic ***,existing binary versions of metaheuristic algorithms have issues with convergence and lack an effective binarization method,resulting in suboptimal solutions that hinder diagnosis and prediction *** paper aims to propose an Improved Binary Quantum-based Avian Navigation Optimizer Algorithm(IBQANA)for FSS in medical data preprocessing to address the suboptimal solutions arising from binary versions of metaheuristic *** proposed IBQANA’s contributions include the hybrid Binary Operator(hBO)and the Distance-based Binary Search Strategy(DBSS).hBO is designed to convert continuous values into binary solutions,even for values outside the[0,1]range,ensuring accurate binary *** the other hand,DBSS is a two-phase search strategy that enhances the performance of inferior search agents and accelerates *** combining exploration and exploitation phases based on an adaptive probability function,DBSS effectively avoids local *** effectiveness of applying hBO is compared with five transfer function families and thresholding on 12 medical datasets,with feature numbers ranging from 8 to 10,***'s effectiveness is evaluated regarding the accuracy,fitness,and selected features and compared with seven binary metaheuristic ***,IBQANA is utilized to detect *** results reveal that the proposed IBQANA outperforms all comparative algorithms on COVID-19 and 11 other medical *** proposed method presents a promising solution to the FSS problem in medical data preprocessing.

Influence of Confined Concrete Models on the Seismic Response of RC Frames

In this study, the influence of confined concrete models on the response of reinforced concrete structures is investigatedat member and global system levels. The commonly encountered concrete models such as Modified Kent-Park, Saatçioğlu-Razvi, and Mander are considered. Two moment-resisting frames designed according to thepre-modern code are taken into consideration to reflect the example of an RC moment-resisting frame in thecurrent building stock. The building is in an earthquake-prone zone located on Z3 Soil Type. The inelasticresponse of the building frame is modelled by considering the plastic hinges formed on each beam and columnelement for different concrete classes and stirrups spacings. The models are subjected to non-linear static *** differences between confined concrete models are comparatively investigated at both reinforced concretemember and system levels. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, it is revealed that the column behaviouris mostly influenced by the choice of model, due to axial loads and confinement effects, while the beams areless affected, and also it is observed that the differences exhibited in the moment-curvature response of columncross-sections do not significantly affect the overall behaviour of the global system. This highlights the critical roleof model selection relative to the concrete strength and stirrup spacing of the member.
