自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了HUN-REN SZTAKi最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

in this paper,the influence of oxidation of automatic transmission fluids(ATfs)and sliding distance on the friction coefficients of a wet clutch in approached running-in conditions was *** ATfs were oxidized by a laboratory process approaching oxidation occurred in actual *** was evaluated by means of increase in carbonyl compounds and depletion of zinc dialkyldithiophosphates(ZddPs)***,the changes in kinematic viscosity and viscosity index were ***-ondisk tests were conducted to replicate the actual sliding contact in a wet *** pin specimens were cut from friction material composite plates and the disks were actual steel separators both from an automotive wet *** coefficient, μ,was measured at progressive sliding velocity,ν,to obtain μ–νcurves at 26 and 100°*** μ–νtests were consecutively run using the same pair of specimens and *** cumulative sliding distance for each μ–νtest generated surface flattening using the *** friction coefficients of the wet clutch increased due to the ATfs oxidation meanwhile the dm/dv values decreased in most *** suggests that ATf oxidation can enhance torque capacity of the wet clutch,but it could reduce anti-shudder *** sliding distance improved the slopes in the μ–νresults using fresh ATfs meanwhile it generated a slope decrease by using aged ATfs.

AiM: To compare the effects of chronic supplementationwith l-carnitine （LCT） and dl-carnitine （dLC） on am-monia toxicity and hepatic metabolism. METHOdS:Three groups of male adult rats were studied: 1) supple-mented with LCT (1.2 mmol·kg-1·d-1), 2) supple-mented with dLC (1.2 mmol·kg-1·d-1), and 3) con-trol froup （COG） not supplemented. The representation of the dirac delta, obtained by differentiating the parametric equation of the unit step with a riser, is used to solve two examples referring to problems of a different physical nature, each with the product of two deltas as a forcing function. Each problem was solved by an entirely different procedure. in comparison with non-parametric solutions, the present solutions are both more accurate and truer representations of the physics involved.

The Laplace transform is a very useful tool for the solution of problems involving an impulsive excitation, usually represented by the dirac delta, but it does not work in nonlinear problems. in contrast with this, the parametric representation of the dirac delta presented here works both in linear and nonlinear problems. furthermore, the parametric representation converts the differential equation of a problem with an impulsive excitation into two equations: the first equation referring to the impulse instant (absent in the conventional solution) and the second equation referring to post-impulse time. The impulse instant equation contains fewer terms than the original equation and the impulse is represented by a constant, just as in the Laplace transform, the post-impulse equation is homogeneous. Thus, the solution of the parametric equations is considerably simpler than the solution of the original equation. The parametric solution, involving the equations of both the dependent and independent variables in terms of the parameter, is readily reconverted into the usual equation in terms of the dependent and independent variables only. This parametric representation may be taught at an earlier stage because the principle on which it is based is easily visualized geometrically and because it is only necessary to have a knowledge of elementary calculus to understand it and use it.

With the expansion of eucalyptus crops to areas with severe water limitations,physiological studies involving eucalyptus clones to identify those that are tolerant to water stress become *** objective of this study was to assess morphological and physiological responses by eucalyptus clones subjected to drought stress and *** experiment consisted of three eucalyptus clones:VC865,i224 and i144 and two water regimes:control and water stress followed by rehydration,with six *** water potential,gas exchange,maximum quantum efficiency of photo systemⅡand plant height and stem diameter were evaluated under drought stress and ***6 d of rehydration,the number of leaves,leaf area and dry mass of root,leaf,stem and their total were *** clones showed intense reduction of gas exchange during the drought stress period,and only VC865 and 1144 showed rapid recovery with 3 d of *** 1224 showed greater reduction in height,stem diameter,number of leaves,water potential at midday(Ψ_(w)_(Midday)),and maximum quantum efficiency of photosystemⅡ(f_(v)/f_(m)).Clones VC865and T144 showed lower reductions inΨ_(wMidday)and f_(v)/f_(m) under ***865 had lower reductions in leaf number,leaf area and higher leaf dry mass,while clone i144 had higher height and lower reduction in root dry mass *** these clones showed higher water use efficiency with 3d of *** different phenotypic plasticities gave the clones VC865 and 1144 efficient mechanisms of acclimatization to stress and more drought tolerance,enhancing their greater capacity for recovery after stress,which allowed lower dry mass *** 1224,however,was more susceptible to drought stress,undergoing greater physiological damage with only partial recovery during rehydration.

Early life overfeeding in the rat can be experimentally induced by reducing litter size. This investigation assessed the consequences of this manipulation on glucose metabolism in vivo and in isolated hepatocytes in 150-day old rats. Additionally, after body growth, the effects of caloric restriction and refeeding were tested. Adult rats from control （G9） and reduced litters （G3L） did not differ in body and fat weights, glucose tolerance or insulin resistance （insulin-induced hypoglycemia）, or hepatocyte glucose release under basal or gluconeogenic conditions. Caloric restriction （G3R） reduced body and fat weights, decreased glucose decay after insulin injection and decreased hepatocyte gluconeogenic glucose release. Refeeding after caloric restriction reversed these parameters to those of the freely-fed groups （G9 and G3L）. Taken together, these results suggest that the liver glucose metabolism is not programmed by lactational overfeeding, but rather is responsive to the current nutritional condition of the animal.

AiM:To investigate the effects of chronic supplementation with l-carnitine (LCT) on hepatic catabolism of l-alanine. METHOdS: Two groups of male adult Wistar rats were used: 1) supplemented with LCT (1.2 mmol·kg-1·d-1) dissolved in the drinking water (LCT group) and 2) control group (COG) without LCT supplementation . After one week of LCT supplementation livers from 24 h-fasted rats were perfused in situ and the production of glucose, urea, pyruvate, and l-lactate from l-alanine (5 mmol/L) were measured. RESULTS: LCT decreased the production of glucose and urea from l-alanine. in agreement, pyruvate and l-lactate production from l-alanine were decreased. However, the supplementation with LCT did not show any significant effect on hepatic glucose production from pyruvate (5 mmol/L) and l-lactate (2 mmol/L). CONCLUSiON: LCT supplementation decreased the conversion of l-alanine to pyruvate. However the ability of the liver to convert pyruvate to glucose was not affected by LCT treatment.
