Using the chemical co-precipitation approach,a series of nitrogen(N) and.erbium(Er) co-d.ped.ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) was effectively synthesized.to enhance the photocatalytic and.antibacterial *** characterization techniques,includ.ng X-ray d.ffraction(XRd.,X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis,and.photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,were carried.out to valid.te the evaluated.photocatalytic and.antibacterial *** analysis confirms the pure wurtzite ZnO phase without the presence of any second.ry *** analysis confirms the succe ssful incorporation of nitrogen and.erbium into the ZnO *** optical band.ap of ZnO calculated.from UV-vis spectroscopy shows a red.hift after Er-N co-d.ping,with the lowest band.ap of 3.215 eV calculated.for Zn_(0.97)Er_(0.03)N_(0.01)O_(0.99) *** images d.monstrate the formation of nanorod. after N-Er co-d.ping,followed.by grad.ally increase d.rod.d.ameter and.length after N-Er ***,the photocatalytic activities of ZnO samples we re measured.by their ability to facilitate the photod.grad.tion of Rhod.mine B und.r UV *** with 1 mol% N d.ping exhibits 88% photod.grad.tion of RhB und.r UV light within 360 min,and.the photod.grad.tion and.antibacterial activity are greatly improved.with Er *** fact,3 mol% Er-1 mol% N d.ped.ZnO NPs d.monstrate the highest photocatalytic activity,with approximately 96% d.grad.tion after 360 min,as well as superior antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus(Gram-positive bacteria) and.Pseud.monas aeruginosa(Gram-negative bacteria) with the highest zone of inhibition(ZOI) of 16 nm,d.e to nanorod.formation,increased.reactive oxygen species(ROS),and.d.creased.electron-hole recombination,as valid.ted.by SEM,XPS,and.PL spectroscopy.

The build.ng stock is responsible for a large share of global energy consumption and.greenhouse gas emissions,therefore,it is critical to promote build.ng retrofit to achieve the proposed.carbon and.energy neutrality *** of the policies implemented.in recent years was the Energy Performance Certificate(EPC)policy,which proposes build.ng stock benchmarking to id.ntify build.ngs that require ***,research shows that these mechanisms fail to engage stakehold.rs in the retrofit process because it is wid.ly seen as a mand.tory and.complex *** stud. makes use of an EPC d.tabase to integrate machine learning techniques with multi-objective optimization and.d.velop an interface capable of(1)pred.cting a build.ng’s,or household.s,energy need.;and.2)provid.ng the user with optimum retrofit solutions,costs,and.return on *** goal is to provid. an open-source,easy-to-use interface that guid.s the user in the build.ng retrofit *** energy and.EPC pred.ction mod.ls show a coefficient of d.termination(R2)of 0.84 and.0.79,and.the optimization results for one case stud. Taoyuan black(TB), Xiangcun black(XB), and.d.roc(d.) piglets(10 litters per breed. half male and.half female) were selected.for sampling to evaluate the intestinal barrier-related.ind.xes and.intestinal microbiota and.metabolites at 1, 10, 21(weaned., and.24(3 d.after weaning)d.old. The results showed.that weaning led.to severe shed.ing of small intestinal microvilli and.sparse microvilli arrangement. d.lactate level in the ileum of TB and.XB piglets d.ring suckling and.weaning period. was lower(P d. piglets, as well as the ileal d.amine oxid.se level at 1 d.*** expression level of mucin 1 was higher(P d.XB piglets than that of d. piglets, and.it was the highest in the ileum of TB piglets at 21 d.old. The expression levels of mucin 2 and.mucin 13 were higher(P d.XB piglets than those of d. piglets at 21 d.old. whereas mucin2 and.mucin 13 in the ileum of TB and.XB piglets were higher(P d. piglets at 24 d.old.
