The present work encompasses identification and characterization of major degradation product (DP) of OSM observed in base hydrolytic stress study. The separation of DP was carried out on a non-polar stationary phase by using high-performance liquid chromatography system (HPLC). Using waters X-bridge (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) C18 column with gradient elution program. For the characterization study, stress samples were subjected to HPLC and UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS and based on mass fragmentation pattern, plausible structure was deduced. Further, the DP was isolated using semi-prepara- tive liquid chromatography and concentrated the fractions using lyophilization. The isolated DP was subjected to extensive 1D (1H, 13C, and DEPT-135) and 2D (COSY, HSQC and HMBC) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) studies to authenticate the structure. Effect of Applied Phosphorus on the Yield and Nutrient Uptake by Soybean Cultivars on Acidic Hill Soil

In a three years experiment, conducted on acidic soil, four varieties of soybean [Glycine max (L) Merril] were tested to see their performance under different regimes of applied Phosphorus. The highest number of pods was given by the cultivar Bragg, followed by Punjab-1, Durga and JS-89-21. A similar trend was observed in the number of filled pods. On an average, the cultivar, Punjab-1, gave the maximum harvest index, followed closely by Bragg. Both the cultivars, Durga and JS-89-21, had lower harvest index. The application of P fertilizer significantly increased the harvest index up to 60 kg·P·ha–1. The Highest yield of grains was given by the variety ‘Bragg’ (1630 kg·ha–1), followed by Punjab-1, JS-89-21 and Durga, which gave the yields of 1510, 1470 and 880 kg·ha–1, respectively. Highest N, P and K removal was found by the cultivar Bragg, followed by Punjab-1, JS-89-21 and Durga cultivars. The uptake of nutrients was significantly related to the total biomass produced by a cultivar (r = 0.8125), showing a yield predictability of 66.0%. The increase in uptake of N, P and K, respectively, with the application of 60 kg·P·ha–1 over no P was;245.3, 159.4 and 158.3% in case of Bragg, 101.5%, 73.8% and 44.6% in case of Durga, 182.2%, 70.6% and 63.8% in case of JS-89-21 and 164.7%, 80.0% and 97.4% in case of Punjab-1. A significant increase in soil available P was found in the plots where it was applied @ 60 kg·ha–1 continuously for three years.

Giant flares(GFs)are unusual bursts from soft gamma-ray repeaters(SGRs)that release an enormous amount of energy in a fraction of a *** afterglow emission of these SGR-GFs or GF candidates is a highly beneficial means of discerning their composition,relativistic speed and emission *** 200415A is a recent GF candidate observed in a direction coincident with the nearby Sculptor galaxy at 3.5 *** this work,we searched for transient gamma-ray emission in past observations by Fermi-LAT in the direction of GRB *** observations confirm that GRB 200415A is observed as a transient GeV source only once.A pure pair-plasma fireball cannot provide the required energy for the interpretation of GeV afterglow emission and a baryonic poor outflow is additionally needed to explain the afterglow emission.A baryonic rich outflow is also viable,as it can explain the variability and observed quasi-thermal spectrum of the prompt emission if dissipation is happening below the photosphere via internal *** the peak energy(Ep)of the time-resolved prompt emission spectra and their fluxes(Fp),we found a correlation between Ep and Fp or isotropic luminosity Liso for GRB *** supports the intrinsic nature of Ep-Liso correlation found in SGRs-GFs,hence favoring a baryonic poor *** results also indicate a different mechanism at work during the initial spike,and that the evolution of the prompt emission spectral properties in this outflow would be intrinsically due to the injection process.

BACKGROUND Hypotension is a frequent complication in the intensive care unit(ICU)after adult cardiac *** To describe frequency of hypotension in the ICU following adult cardiac surgery and its relation to the hospital *** A retrospective study of post-cardiac adult surgical patients at a tertiary academic medical center in a two-year *** abstracted baseline demographics,comorbidities,and all pertinent clinical *** primary predictor variable was the development of hypotension within the first 30 min upon arrival to the ICU from the operating room(OR).The primary outcome was hospital mortality,and other outcomes included duration of mechanical ventilation(MV)in hours,and ICU and hospital length of stay in *** Of 417 patients,more than half(54%)experienced hypotension within 30 min upon arrival to the *** of OR hypotension immediately prior to ICU transfer was significantly associated with ICU hypotension(odds ratio=1.9;95%confidence interval:1.21-2.98;P<0.006).ICU hypotensive patients had longer MV,5(interquartile ranges 3,15)vs 4 h(interquartile ranges 3,6),P=*** patients who received vasopressor boluses(n=212)were more likely to experience ICU drop-off hypotension(odds ratio=1.45,95%confidence interval:0.98-2.13;P=0.062),and they experienced longer MV,ICU and hospital length of stay(P<0.001,for all).CONCLUSION Hypotension upon anesthesia-to-ICU drop-off is more frequent than previously reported and may be associated with adverse clinical outcomes.

This paper attempts to find out the distributed server-based dynamic spectrum allocation (DSA) within liberalized spectrum sharing regulation concept as an alternative to existing regulation based on fixed frequency spectrum allocation schemes towards development of cognitive radio for coverage-based analogy. The present study investigates a scenario where a block of spectrum is shared among four different kinds of exemplary air interface standards i.e., GSM, CDMA, UMTS and WiMAX. It is assumed to offer traffic in an equally likely manner, which occupy four different sizes of channel bandwidths for different air interfaces from a common pooled spectrum. Four different approaches for spectrum pooling at the instance of spectrum crunch in the designated block are considered, viz. channel occupancy through random search, existing regulation based on fixed spectrum allocation (FSA), FSA random and channel occupancy through Genetic Algorithm (GA) based optimized mechanism to achieve desired grade of service (GoS). The comparisons of all the approaches are presented in this paper for different air interfaces which shows up to 55% improvement in GoS for all types of air interfaces with GA-based approach in comparison to existing regulations.
