Lower back pain is one of the most common medical problems in the world and it is experienced by a huge percentage of people *** to its ability to produce a detailed view of the soft tissues,including the spinal cord,nerves,intervertebral discs,and vertebrae,Magnetic Resonance Imaging is thought to be the most effect.v. method for imaging the *** semantic segmentation of vertebrae plays a major role in the diagnostic process of lumbar *** is difficult to semantically partition the vertebrae in Magnetic Resonance Images from the surrounding variety of tissues,including muscles,ligaments,and intervertebral discs.U-Net is a powerful deep-learning architecture to handle the challenges of medical image analysis tasks and achieves high segmentation *** work proposes a modified U-Net architecture namely MU-Net,consisting of the Meijering convolutional layer that incorporates the Meijering filter to perform the semantic segmentation of lumbar vertebrae L1 to L5 and sacral vertebra ***-colour mask images were generated and used as ground truth for training the *** work has been carried out on 1312 images expanded from t1-weighted mid-sagittal MRI images of 515 patients in the Lumbar Spine MRI Dataset publicly available from Mendeley *** proposed MU-Net model for the semantic segmentation of the lumbar vertebrae gives better performance with 98.79%of pixel accuracy(PA),98.66%of dice similarity coefficient(DSC),97.36%of Jaccard coefficient,and 92.55%mean Intersection over Union(mean IoU)metrics using the mentioned dataset.

Frauds don’t follow any recurring *** require the use of unsupervised learning since their behaviour is continually ***-sters have access to the most recent technology,which gives them the ability to defraud people through online *** make assumptions about consumers’routine behaviour,and fraud develops *** learning must be used by fraud detection systems to recognize online payments since some fraudsters start out using online channels before moving on to other *** a deep convolutional neural network model to identify anomalies from conventional competit.v. swarm optimization pat-terns with a focus on fraud situations that cannot be identified using historical data or supervised learning is the aim of this paper Artificial Bee Colony(ABC).Using real-time data and other datasets that are readily available,the ABC-Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)categorizes fraud behaviour and compares it to the current *** compared to the current approach,the findings demonstrate that the accuracy is high and the training error is minimal in ABC_*** this paper,we measure the Accuracy,F1 score,Mean Square Error(MSE)and Mean Absolute Error(MAE).Our system achieves 97%accuracy,92%precision rate and F1 score 97%.Also we compare the simulation results with existing methods.

Object.v.:to identify the in vitro antiplasmodial act.v.ty of seaweed plants against Plasmodium falciparum ***:A total of eight seaweeds were collecled from Kanvakumari district,tainilnadu,*** in vitro antiplasmodial act.v.ty was performed in 96 well plates against Plasmodium falciparum,and preliminary phytochemcial analysis were performed for the ***:Of the selected plants Enteromorpha intestinalis(2.61%) showed maximum percentage of *** minimum concentration of inhibitory(IC_(50)) value was observed with Chaetomorpha antennina[(26.37±4.14)μg/ml.]further,the posit.v. controls such as chloroquine and artemether showed antiplasmodial act.v.ties(IC_(50)) with(19.10±5.93) and(6.03±0.21)μg/mL concentrations,*** preliminary phytochemical analysis of the seaweed extracts showed a variety of phytochemical constituents such as carboxylic acids,phenols,protein, resins,steroids and ***:the antiplasmodial act.v.ty of the seaweed extract might due to the presence of sugars and phenolic *** the present findings,it is concluded that,the seaweed extract of Chaetomorpha antennina can be further used as a putat.v. antiplasmodial drugs in near future.

A low grade graphite ore from eastern India was beneficiated by flotation to improve its quality. the ore was composed of 87.80%ash and 8.59%fixed carbon. Primary coarse wet grinding （d80：186 μm） followed by rougher flotation in Denver flotation cell using diesel as collector and pine oil as frother yielded a rougher concentrate. Regrinding （d80：144 μm） of this rougher concentrate was opted for further libera-tion of graphite. It was followed by cleaning in laboratory flotation column. this combined process of relat.v.ly coarse primary grinding followed by regrinding and cleaning in flotation column resulted in final concentrate of 7.44% yield with 89.65% fixed carbon and 6.00% ash. this approach of two-stage grinding to recover the flake graphite at the coarsest possible grind can help to minimize grinding energy costs. A conceptual flow sheet which is cost effect.v. was developed based on this methodology.

Object.v.:to investigation the chemoprevent.v. potential of Fumaria indica（***） extract（FIE） on N-nitrosodiethylamine and CCl4-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in Wislar ***:the experimental animals were divided into six groups（n=6）.Hepatocellular carcinoma was induced by single intraperitoneal injection of N-nitrosodiethylamine（NDEA） in normal saline at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight followed by weekly subcutaneous injections of CCl4（3 mL/kg/week） for 6 weeks,as the promoter of carcinogenic *** administration of the carcinogen,200 and 400 mg/kg of FIE were administered orally once a day throughout the *** the end of 20 weeks,the body weight,liver weight and relat.v. liver weight were *** percentage of nodule incidence and liver cancer markers such as aspartate transaminase（ASt）,alanine transaminase（ALt）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,γ-glutamyl transferase（γ-Gt）,total bilirubin level（tBL）,α-feto protein（AFP） and carcinoembryonic antigen were estimated along with histopathological investigation in experimental groups of rats. Results:Obtained results demonstrated that the cotreatment with FIE significantly prevented the decrease of the body weight and also increased in relat.v. liver weight caused by NDEA. the treatment with FIE significantly reduced the nodule incidence and nodule multiplicity in the rats after NDEA *** levels of liver cancer markers such as ASt,ALt,ALP,γ-glutamyl transferase,tBL,AFP and carcinoembryonic antigen were substantially increased by NDEA ***,FIE treatment significantly reduced the liver injury and restored the entire liver cancer *** observations of liver tissues too correlated with the biochemical ***:these finding powerfully supports that *** exert chemoprevent.v. effect by suppressing the tumor burden and restoring the act.v.ties of hepatic cancer marker enzymes on NDEA and CCl4-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in Wis
