single-phase pristine and cation-substituted calcium manganite（Ca1-xBixMn1-yVyO3-δ） polycrystalline samples were synthesized by the solid state reaction technique. Their thermoelectric properties were measured by a set up that was designed and assembled in the laboratory. The Ca1-x BixMn1-yVyO3-δsample with x = y = 0.04 has shown a power factor（s^2σ） of 176 μW/m/K^2 at 423 K, which is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than that of the pristine sample（2.1 μW/m/K2）. The power factor of the substituted oxide remains almost temperature independent as the seebeck coefficient increases monotonically with temperature, along with the simultaneous decrease in electrical resistivity which is attributed to enhanced electron density due to co-doping of bismuth and vanadium and grain boundary scattering. These cation-substituted calcium manganites can be used as a potential candidate for an n-type leg in a thermoelectric generator（module）.

Coronaviruses are responsible for a developing budgetary,human and fatality trouble,as the causative factor of infections,for example,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2).It has been well recognized that sARs-CoV-2 may survive under severe atmosphere ***,efficient containment approaches,for example,sanitizing,are ***,living compounds contribute a substance of chemical heterogeneity,with antiviral movement,and therefore can have efficacy as therapeutic tools toward coronavirus ***,in this review article,we have described the antimicrobialbased materials,which can be used to inhibit the spreading of the *** have categorized these materials in three sections;(i)antimicrobial wall paint,(ii)antimicrobial papers and(iii)antimicrobial materials surface coating to be utilized as the antimicrobial-based materials for controlling the *** the last section,we have given the concluding remarks with prospects in this area.

Plants have been used as a source for food material and natural remedies for the treatment of vast range of diseases. Nature provides us remedies for the treatment of various types of disorders ranging from simpte aitments to complicated diseases. Plants are known to possess different pharmacological activities due to the presence of various phytoconstituents, Flavonoids are one of the main active phytoconstituents found in fruits, vegetables, wines, tea and cocoa. Flavonoids exhibit various pharmacological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antibacterial, oestrogenic, cytotoxic antitumoural, hepatoprotective, antithrombotic and antiviral activity. Diosmetin （3＇, 5, 7-trihydroxy-4＇-methoxyflavone）, the aglycone part of the flavonoid glycosides diosmin occurs naturally in citrus fruit. Although it is found in herbal medicines and plays an important role in the treatment of various ailments, only limited scientific researches have been conducted. The aim of this review is to collect all available scientific literature published on diosmetin and combine it into this paper. This review contains an overview of pharmacological activities, isolation techniques and analytical techniques for diosmetin. Thus, valuable information provided in the present review will help researchers in developing alternative methods for the treatment of diseases from diosmetin.

The present study was aimed to model the hydration characteristics of green chickpea(GC)using mathematical modelling and examine predictive ability of artificial neural network(ANN)*** of GC was performed at different temperatures 25,35,45,55 and 65℃.Different mathematical models were tested for the hydration at different *** ANN modelling,the hydration time and hydration temperature were used as input variables and moisture ratio,moisture content and hydration ratio were taken as output *** model best described the hydration behavior at 25℃;while hydration at high-temperature was better described by Page model and Ibarz et *** optimum temperature obtained for hydration was 35℃.Effective mass diffusion coefficient(D_(e))increased from 1.5510^(-11)-1.7910^(-9) m^(2)/s with the increase in the hydration *** low activation energy(39.66 kJ/moL)shows the low-temperature sensitiveness of *** temperature hydration(25℃)required higher time(>200 min)to achieve the equilibrium moisture content(EMC),however high temperature hydration(35–65℃)reduced the EMC time(150 min).ANN was used to predict the hydration behavior and K fold cross validation was performed to check the over fitting of ANN *** show that the LOGsIGMOID transfer function showed better performance when used at the hidden layer input node in conjunction to both PURELIN and *** was found suitable for moisture ratio(MR)and hydration ratio(HR)prediction,as opposed to PURELIN for moisture content(MC)*** model prediction was obtained when the number of neurons in the hidden layer for MC,MR and HR was 12,8 and 15,*** and ANN modelling results are useful to improve/predict the MC,MR and HR during hydration process of GC at different temperature and other similar process.

Accelerated materials development with machine learning(ML)assisted screening and high throughput experimentation for new photovoltaic materials holds the key to addressing our grand energy ***-driven ML is envisaged as a decisive enabler for new perovskite materials ***,its full potential can be severely curtailed by poorly represented molecular descriptors(or fingerprints).Optimal descriptors are essential for establishing effective mathematical representations of quantitative structure-property *** we reveal that our persistent functions(PFs)based learning models offer significant accuracy advantages over traditional descriptor based models in organic-inorganic halide perovskite(OIHP)materials design and have similar performance as deep learning *** multiscale simplicial complex approach not only provides a more precise representation for OIHP structures and underlying interactions,but also has better transferability to ML *** results demonstrate that advanced geometrical and topological invariants are highly efficient feature engineering approaches that can markedly improve the performance of learning models for molecular data ***,new structure-property relationships can be established between our invariants and *** anticipate that our molecular representations and featurization models will transcend the limitations of conventional approaches and lead to breakthroughs in perovskite materials design and discovery.

The distribution and verticals variation of geochemical components in the Kasnau-Matasukh lignites of Nagaur Basin, Rajasthan, were investigated using microscopy, proximate and ultimate analyses, Rock-Eval Pyrolysis, X-ray diffraction and Fourier Transform Infrared analyses, and major/minor/trace element determination. The relationship of elements with ash content and with macerals have also been discussed. These lignites are stratified, black, dominantly composed of huminite group macerals with subordinated amounts of liptinite and inertinite groups. They are classified as type-III kerogen and are mainly gas prone in nature. The concentration （in vol%） of mineral matter is seen to increase towards upper part of seam and so is the concentration （in wt%） of the volatile matter, elemental carbon and sulphur. The common minerals present in these lignitesare mixed clay layer, chlorite, and quartz as identified by X-ray diffraction study. Compared with world average in brown coal, the bulk concentration of Cu is anomalously high in most of the samples while Cd is 2-3 times high and Zn is high in one band. Based on interrelationship, different pyrite forms are noticed to have different preferential enrichment of various elements. The concentration of disseminated pyrite is more than the other pyrite forms and is followed by discrete pyrite grains and massive pyrite.

Consider the heterogeneity(e.g.,heterogeneous social behaviour,heterogeneity due to different geography,contrasting contact patterns and different numbers of sexual partners etc.)of host population,in this paper,the authors propose an infection age multigroup sEIR epidemic *** model system also incorporates the feedback variables,where the infectivity of infected individuals may depend on the infection *** the direction of mathematical analysis of model,the basic reproduction number R_0 has been *** global stability of disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium have been established in the term of R_(0).More precisely,for R_(0)≤1,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and for R_(0)>1,they establish global stability of endemic equilibrium using some graph theoretic techniques to Lyapunov function *** considering a numerical example,they investigate the effects of infection age and feedback on the prevalence of the *** result shows that feedback parameters have different and even opposite effects on different ***,by choosing an appropriate value of feedback parameters,the disease could be eradicated or maintained at endemic ***,the infection age of infected individuals may also change the behaviour of the disease,global stable to damped oscillations or damped oscillations to global stable.

Transport of suspended sediment in open channel flow has an enormous impact on real life situations,*** and management of reservoir sedimentation,geomorphic evolution such as dunes,rivers,and coastlines *** entails advection and *** diffusion is governed by the concept of Fick’s law,which is based on the molecular diffusion theory,and the equation that represents the distribution of sediment concentration is the advection-diffusion *** study uses the existing governing equation which considers different phases for solid and fluid,and then couples the two *** deal with high-concentrated flow,sediment and turbulent diffusion coefficients are taken to be different from each *** effect of hindered settling on sediment particles is incorporated in the governing equation,which makes the equation highly *** study derives an explicit closed-form analytical solution to the generalized one-dimensional diffusion equation representing the vertical sediment concentration distribution with an arbitrary turbulent diffusion coefficient *** solution is obtained by Homotopy Analysis Method,which does not rely on the small parameters present in the ***,the solution is validated by comparing it with the implicit solution and the numerical solution.A relevant set of laboratory data is selected to check the applicability of the model,and a close agreement shows the potential of the model in the context of application to high-concentrated sediment-laden open channel flow.

Effects of heavy metal pollution of highway origin on soil nematode guilds in North shenyang, China

soil samples were collected with distance at 5, 20, 40, 80, 160, and 320 m from the shen-Ha （shenyang-Harbin） Highway, Northeast China, to investigate the effect of heavy metals of highway origin on soil nematode guilds. The contents of soil Pb, Cu, Zn, and the nematode community structure were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of total and available Pb, Ca, Zn varied significantly with the different distances from the highway. Pb was the main pollutant in the soils in the vicinity of shen-Ha Highway. The zone from 20 to 40 m away from the highway was the most polluted area. The highest abundance of soil nematodes was found at 5 m while the lowest at 20 m away from the highway. Thirty six genera of nematodes belonging to 23 families were identified. Nematode guilds having different responses to soil heavy metals were classified into four types. soil nematode guilds may act as a prominent indicator to heavy metal pollution of highway origin.
