Lightweight microcellular polyurethane(TPU)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/nickel-coated CNTs(Ni@CNTs)/polymerizable ionic liquid copolymer(PIL)composite foams are prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS).CNTs and Ni@CNTs modified by PIL provide more heterogeneous nucleation sites and inhibit the aggregation and combination of microcellular *** with TPU/CNTs,the TPU/CNTs/PIL and TPU/CNTs/Ni@CNTs/PIL composite foams with smaller microcellular structures have a high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE).The evaporate time regulates the microcellular structure,improves the conductive network of composite foams and reduces the microcellular size,which strengthens the multiple reflections of electromagnetic *** TPU/10CNTs/10Ni@CNTs/PIL foam exhibits slightly higher SE values(69.9 dB)compared with TPU/20CNTs/PIL foam(53.3 dB).The highest specific EMI SE of TPU/20CNTs/PIL and TPU/10CNTs/10Ni@CNTs/PIL reaches up to 187.2 and 211.5 dB/(g cm^(−3)),*** polarization losses caused by interfacial polarization between TPU substrates and conductive fillers,conduction loss caused by conductive network of fillers and magnetic loss caused by Ni@CNT synergistically attenuate the microwave energy.

Cavity-Suppressing Electrode Integrated with Multi-Quantum Well Emitter:A Universal Approach Toward High-Performance Blue TADF Top Emission OLED

A novel device structure for thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)top emission organic light-emitting diodes(TEOLEDs)that improves the viewing angle characteristics and reduces the efficiency roll-off is ***,we describe the design and fabrication of a cavity-suppressing electrode(CSE),Ag(12 nm)/WO_(3)(65 nm)/Ag(12 nm)that can be used as a transparent *** the TADF-TEOLED fabricated using the CSE exhibits higher external quantum efficiency(EQE)and improved angular dependency than the device fabricated using the microcavity-based Ag electrode,it suffers from low color purity and severe efficiency *** drawbacks can be reduced by using an optimized multi-quantum well emissive layer(MQW EML).The CSE-based TADF-TEOLED with an MQW EML fabricated herein exhibits a high EQE(18.05%),high color purity(full width at half maximum~59 nm),reduced efficiency roll-off(~46%at 1000 cd m^(−2)),and low angular *** improvements can be attributed to the synergistic effect of the CSE and MQW *** optimized transparent CSE improves charge injection and light outcoupling with low angular dependence,and the MQW EML effectively confines charges and excitons,thereby improving the color purity and EQE *** proposed approach facilitates the optimization of multiple output characteristics of TEOLEDs for future display applications.

A visible light-active photoelectrocatalyst,ZnFe-layered double oxide(LDO)/cobalt(II,III)oxide(Co_(3)O_(4))composites were obtained by calcining the Co loaded ZnFe-layered double hydroxide(LDH)prepared by a hydrothermal and microwave hydrothermal *** morphological studies revealed that the ZnFe-LDO/Co_(3)O_(4) composites exhibited a flower-like structure comprising Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires and ZnFe-LDO ***,when the mass ratio of Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O/LDH was 1:1.8 and the calcination temperature was 550℃,the ZnFe-LDO/Co_(3)O_(4) composite exhibited 93.3%degradation efficiency for methylene blue(MB)at the applied voltage of 1.0 V under visible light after 3 ***,the Mott-Schottky model experiments showed that the formation of a p-n heterojunction between ZnFe-LDO and Co_(3)O_(4) could effectively inhibit the recombination of electrons and holes in the photoelectrocatalytic ***,free radical scavenging experiments showed that the active radicals of⋅OH played an important role in the degradation of ***,the photoelectrocatalytic effect of ZnFe-LDO/Co_(3)O_(4) provides a simple and effective strategy for the removal of organic pollutants.

Manipulation of blue TADF top-emission OLEDs by the first-order optical cavity design:toward a highly pure blue emission and balanced charge transport

The broad luminescence spectrum of a thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)organic light-emitting diode(OLED)is a critical issue to overcome for its application in high-color-purity ***,a novel device structure that utilizes the first-order microcavity optical mode with a high radiance intensity is demonstrated to solve this problem by considering the charge transport properties through the analysis of hole-only and electron-only *** addition,by tuning the optical interference near the semitransparent top cathode layers consisting of thin silver and organic capping layers,light extraction is increased by nearly 2 times compared to the device without a capping ***,the optimized blue TADF top-emission OLED exhibits much lower full width at half-maximum,higher maximum current efficiency,and external quantum efficiency compared to the device before *** approach is expected to provide a simple but effective way to further enhance the spectral purity of the conventional TADF-based OLEDs.

With the innovation of microelectronics technology, the heat dissipation problem inside the device will face a severe test. In this work, cellulose aerogel(CA) with highly enhanced thermal conductivity(TC) in vertical planes was successfully obtained by constructing a vertically aligned silicon carbide nanowires(SiC NWs)/boron nitride(BN) network via the ice template-assisted strategy. The unique network structure of SiC NWs connected to BN ensures that the TC of the composite in the vertical direction reaches 2.21 W m^(-1) K^(-1) at a low hybrid filler loading of 16.69 wt%, which was increased by 890% compared to pure epoxy(EP). In addition, relying on unique porous network structure of CA, EP-based composite also showed higher TC than other comparative samples in the horizontal direction. Meanwhile, the composite exhibits good electrically insulating with a volume electrical resistivity about 2.35 × 10^(11) Ω cm and displays excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance with a minimum reflection loss of-21.5 dB and a wide effective absorption bandwidth(<-10 dB) from 8.8 to 11.6 GHz. Therefore, this work provides a new strategy for manufacturing polymer-based composites with excellent multifunctional performances in microelectronic packaging applications.

Indium tin oxide(ITO)is widely used in transparent conductive films(TCFs);however,several disadvan-tages,such as high cost and toxicity of indium,limit its ***,it is necessary to develop other materials that can replace *** nanowires or single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)have attracted considerable interest owing to their unique electrical,optical,and thermal stabilities,and thus,they are ideal for transparent electrodes for flexible or stretchable *** this study,we develop a novel architecture of composite TCFs on a polyethylene naphthalate(PEN)flexible ***,the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films with nested density structure were fabricated through ultrasonic spraying technology by varying the spraying *** achieving enhanced transmittance,we combined the larger irregular grids and holes with fewer nanowires stacked in the longitudinal direction,more optical chan-nels,and good carrier ***,aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)was used as capping to the structure for enhancing the optical properties of the *** silver nanowires-SWCNTs/AZO(ASA)bilayer was obtained in the optimized architecture,which showed superior optoelectronic performance to that shown by commercial ITO with a high optical transmittance of 92%at the wavelength of 550 nm and low sheet resistance of 17/*** the specially structured conductive film,the significant improvement in the transmittance and uniformity of the sheet resistance was attributed to the effective nanowire junc-tion contact compared to that in ordinary structure of silver nanowires,which reduced the mean density of small clusters of *** with the silver nanowires-SWCNTs films,the ASA bilayer film exhibited excellent resistance to boiling,mechanical bending(10,000 cycles),and CO_(2)***,the sheet resistance of ASA changed slightly after the tape tests,thereby illustrating a strong adhesion to the PEN substrate after the enclosure of ***
