The management of electronic waste(e-waste),which can be a source of both useful materials and toxic substances,depending on the processing method,is important for promoting material *** this study,we used the dioxin-responsive chemical-activated luciferase gene expression(DR-CALUX)assay combined with gas chromatographyehigh-resolution mass spectrometry to evaluate the levels of dioxin-like compounds in surface soils and river sediments collected in and around an e-waste-processing village in northern *** WHO-TEQs(Toxic equivalents)of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs),coplanar polychlorinated biphenyls(Co-PCBs),and polybrominated dibenzo-pdioxins and dibenzofurans(PBDD/Fs)in soils collected in January 2012 ranged from 0.29 to 310 pg/g(median 2.9 pg/g,n=32),and the WHO-TEQs in sediments ranged from 0.96 to 58 pg/g(median 4.4 pg/g,n=8).Dioxin-like activities(CALUX-TEQs[2,3,7,8-TCDD equivalent])in soils collected in January 2012,2013,and 2014 ranged from<30 to 4300 pg/g(median<30 pg/g,n=96),and the activities in sediments ranged from<30 to 4000 pg/g(median 33 pg/g,n=24).Dioxin-like compounds accumulated in samples collected around e-waste-processing areas such as open-burning sites and e-waste-processing workshops,and the compounds may be transported from their sources to surrounding areas over the course of several *** of the CALUX-TEQs,but not WHO-TEQs,values were higher than the maximum acceptable WHO-TEQs promulgated by various authorities,indicating that all dioxin-like compounds should be evaluated in samples collected from e-waste-processing *** findings suggest that open burning and open storage of e-waste should be prohibited and that wastewater treatment should be implemented at each workshop to reduce contamination by dioxin-like compounds from e-waste.

The moment method in statistical (SMM) dynamics is used to study the thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin films taking into account the anharmonicity effects of the lattice vibrations. The average lattice constant, thermal expansion coefficient and specific heats at the constant volume of ZrO2 thin films are calculated as a function of temperature, pressure and thickness of thin film. SMM calculations are performed using the Buckingham potential for the ZrO2 thin films. In the present study, the influence of temperature, pressure and the size on the thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin film have been studied using three different interatomic potentials. We discuss temperature and thickness dependences of some thermodynamic quantities of ZrO2 thin films and we compare our calculated results with those of the experimental results.

Green tea is a popular product with a high consumption in vietnam. Moreover, green tea produced in Tan Cuong commune, Thai Nguyen province, has long been recognized for its superior quality to those coming from other regions of the country. This study aims at comparing the tea from Thai Nguyen and Phu Tho and finding out if the difference can be identified through sensory analysis. Two products picked from Tan Cuong, Thai Nguyen province, and two others from Phu Ho district, Phu Tho province were evaluated by a trained panel of 12 judges （11 women and 1 man）. The sensory evaluation of the dry tea （11 descriptors） was carried out separately from the brewed tea （21 descriptors） and brewed leaf （five descriptors） using an unstructured intensity scale （10 cm）. Statistic analyses have shown differences between regions in all three groups of attributes： dry leaf, liquor and brewed leaf.

Prediction of human microRNA hairpins using only positive sample learning

MicroRNAs(miRNA) are small molecular non-coding RNAs that have important roles in the post-transcriptional mechanism of animal and plant. They are commonly 21-25 nucleotides (nt) long and derived from 60-90 nt RNA hairpin structures, called miRNA hairpins. A larger num-ber of sequence segments in the human genome have been computationally identified with such 60-90 nt hairpins, however a majority of them are not miRNA hairpins. Most computational meth-ods so far for predicting miRNA hairpins were based on a two-class classifier to distinguish between miRNA hairpins and other sequence segments with hairpin structures. The difficulty of these methods is how to select hairpins as negative examples of miRNA hairpins in the classifier-training datasets, since only a few miRNA hairpins are available. Therefore, their classifier may be mis-trained due to some false negative examples of the training dataset. In this paper, we introduce a one-class support vector machine (SVM) method to predict miRNA hair-pins among the hairpin structures. Different from existing methods for predicting miRNA hairpins, the one-class SVM model is trained only on the information of the miRNA class. We also illus-trate some examples of predicting miRNA hair-pins in human chromosomes 10, 15, and 21, where our method overcomes the above disad-vantages of existing two-class methods.

This study investigated the contamination status of 21 emerging flame retardants(FRs)in soils(n=32)and river sediments(n=8)from an e-waste recycling(EWR)site in the northern part of *** analyzed FRs,higher levels of decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE)(NDe4200 ng/g dw),1,2-bis-(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)ethane(BTBPE)(NDe350 ng/g dw)and Dechlorane Plus isomers(DPs)(NDe65 ng/g dw)were found in soils near EWR workshops and open burning *** highest concentrations of DBDPE(20 ng/g dw),BTBPE(5.7 ng/g dw)and DPs(6.7 ng/g dw)were also detected in sediments collected from the middle of the EWR *** levels decreased concomitantly with increasing distance from the EWR *** results indicate that these FRs were released to the surrounding environment from improper recycling activities,such as manual dismantling of devices and open burning of ***,the estimated daily intakes of those FRs via soil ingestion were approximately ten times higher for children than *** our knowledge,this is a first comprehensive study on characterization of soil and sediment contamination by a series of emerging FRs at an EWR site in vietnam.

＜正＞In order to improve the safety and efficiency of ship operations, PTMS （Port Traffic Management System） developed from 2001 is applied to find out an optimal route of own ship in congested waters. In this study, the optimal route is calculated based on planned routes and navigational information of target ships transmitted by AIS （Automatic Identification System） using Dynamic Programming. As the results of simulations, it was found that in congested waters with dangerous crossing encounters, only altering course of own ship is not adequate to navigate fast and safely;on the other hand, reducing speed of own ship is effective to shorten passage time and also increase the safety of navigation. Furthermore, in order to confirm the effectiveness of the optimal route, actual data of vessel traffic obtained from radar observation of Tokyo Bay and AIS were used to carry out some simulations. As the results, it could be concluded that in the actual waters such as off Ogishima and the south of Uraga Suido Traffic Route, it is very beneficial to obtain information of other ships’ planned routes and speeds for making a safe and fast route of own ship.

越南社会主义共和国,是一个属于人民的国家,来源于人民,同时也是为了保障于人民,党和政府的每个政策都为了人民大众。社会保险政策是政府的一个庞大的政策,旨在为人民服务为首要目的,所以,政府不断地完善社会保险政策。越南社会主义共和国国会已经通过社会保险法律,国家主席的教令(2006年的第13敕令)从2007年1月1日社会保险法律开始有效。根据社会保险法律,政府可以调整社会保险活动中的各个关系,来发展社会保险,满足劳动者的需求。但是,为了社会保险法律进入劳动者的生活,政府需要增强民众普及,增加职能管理。2007年越南政府已颁布社会保险法律,但政府对于社会保险的管理只是：颁布法律法规并指导其实现,而没有具体的执行方案。所以,社会保险还存在很多的弊端,末全面地满足劳动者的需求。为了提高政府管理对于社会保险活动的职能,本论文针对“越南政府加强对社会保险活动的管理”问题展开了研究。首先是相关的理论：政府管理和社保的概念、特点和影响因素,政府管理社保的必要性、内容和经验。然后揭示了越南政府管理社会保险的现状：颁布法律法规、组织、管理和实现社保政策、评估。从此发现越南政府在管理社会保险活动还存在着：颁行法律法规、管理与实现政府政策、检查实现法律、解决投诉与违法事件、政府管理系统的问题,因此,本文对上述存在的问题进行更深一步的分析,同时研究中国政府管理社会保险的经验。根据这些经验,提出了提高政府对社会保险活动管理职能的对策：1、完善法律规范文献(对社会保险);2、发展与加强管理参加社会保险对象;3、政府增加管理与发展对于社会保险基金;4、完善组织系统;5、增加清查与检查社会保险活动;6、运用IT技术来管理社会保险活动。
