Cost Optimization of Surface Grinding Process

This paper introduces a new study on cost optimization of surface grinding. In the study, the effects of grinding parameters including the dressing regime parameters, the wheel life and the initial grinding wheel diameter on the exchanged grinding wheel diameter which were investigated. In addition, the influence of cost parameters including the machine tool hourly rate and the grinding wheel cost were taken into account. In order to find the optimum exchanged grinding wheel diameter, a cost optimization problem was built. From the results of the optimization problem, a model for determination of the optimum exchanged grinding wheel diameter was found. By using the optimum diameter, both the grinding cost and grinding time can be reduced significantly.

Objective: To evaluate the anti-arthritic effects of Polygonatum kingianum rhizome extract using both in vitro and in vivo ***: Lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with an ethanol extract of Polygonatum kingianum rhizomes at different concentrations to determine nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) production. For in vivo study, Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was further investigated for its antiinflammatory effect in a mouse model with collagen antibodyinduced arthritis. Phytochemical study of Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was also ***: Saponins(142 mg/g total yield) was the main component in the Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract. 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide,(E,E)-9-oxooctadeca-10,12-dienoic acid and 3-(2?-hydroxy-4?-methoxy-benzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-8-methyl-chroman-4-one were isolated from the extract. Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract exhibited potential anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting nitric oxide and PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells in a dosedependent manner. The level of arthritis in mice with collagen antibody-induced arthritis was significantly reduced(Phanol extract, particularly at a dose of 1 000 mg/kg body weight. Besides, the extract demonstrated the regulatory effects on serum tumor necrosis factoralpha, interleukin-6, and interleukin-10 in treated ***: Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract has beneficial effects on inflammatory cytokine regulation and PGE2 inhibition in an experimental mouse model with collagen antibody-induced arthritis. The phytochemical screening reveals that the saponin, as the main component, and sterols(daucosterol and 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide) from Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract may contribute to its promising in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activities.

Effect of Meteorological Factors on PM<sub>10</sub>Concentration in hanoi, vietnam

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, hanoi city is currently facing the increased air pollution, especially particulate matter. This study examines the influence of meteorological factors including temperature, humidity and wind speed on PM10 concentration in hanoi. The data used in this study include 24-h PM10 concentration data, hourly temperature, humidity and wind speed data in 2018 at three automatic air monitoring stations under vietnam Environment Administration and hanoi Natural Resources and Environment Department. The SPSS statistical analysis tools are utilized to analyze the correlation between PM10 concentration and meteorological factors through the Spearman (r) correlation coefficient. Additionally, the Independent-Sample T-Test is also employed to assess the difference in PM10 concentration in the period between dry season (from October to March) and wet season (from May to September). The results show that there is a trend of seasonal variation of PM10 concentration. Specifically, PM10 concentration recorded a higher value in winter and lower in summer. Different correlations between air pollutants and meteorological factors were also observed. PM10 concentration was inversely correlated (r 10 concentration during dry and wetseason. This outcome has confirmed the important role of meteorological factors in the formation of air pollution with large variations in different seasons and geological areas.

Performance of CdS/CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-sensitized TiO_2 mesopores for solar cells

We prepare CdS/CdSe/ZnS thin films by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method. Results show a wider photoresponse range of TiO2 mesopores from the ultraviolet region to the visible light region. Sequentially assembled CdS/CdSe/ZnS quantum and photocurrent efficiency. A high efficiency of dots exhibit significantly improved light-harvesting ability 1.059354% is obtained.

为明确薏苡品种的光合特性及与氮素利用效率间的关系。2015年早季和晚季,分别以从大田试验中筛选出来的氮素利用效率较高和较低品种各2个为材料进行盆栽试验,在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期测定功能叶片光合速率及叶绿素荧光参数,抽穗期测定顶部4片功能叶的光合速率,成熟期测定氮素积累量和氮素利用效率。结果表明,氮高效品种西林1号(XL)与黔饮1号(QL)早季和晚季成熟期单株氮素吸收量平均分别比氮低效品种隆林1号(LL)与品种10号(CU)高125.5%和96.0%,其氮素利用效率平均比品种LL与CU分别高出17.7%和18.0%,品种间差异显著。氮高效品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量均明显高于氮低效品种。同时,氮高效品种在分蘖期后的光合速率、叶绿素含量衰减速率比氮低效品种小。不同品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及抽穗期顶部4片功能叶光合速率也存在一定的差异,但品种间的变化规律不明显。综上所述,氮高效薏苡品种各生育期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量较高,其中后期光合速率及叶绿素含量衰减较慢。薏苡品种氮素利用效率与功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及顶部4片功能叶光合速率的变化没有显著的相关关系。

Experimental Determination of Optimum Exchanged Diameter in Surface Grinding Process

This paper presents an experimental study that helps to determine the optimum exchanged diameter in surface grinding. In the paper, the cost of a surface grinding process was analysed. In the cost structure, the effects of the cost parameters such as machine tool hourly rate, grinding wheel cost were taken into account. Also, process parameters including the initial grinding wheel diameter, the wheel life, the dressing regime and so on were investigated. Based on the cost structure, the set up and the procedure of the experiment for finding the optimum diameter was pointed out. From experimental results, the optimum exchanged grinding wheel diameter was found. Grinding with the optimum exchanged diameter, both the grinding cost and grinding time can be reduced significantly.
