SW(Seaweed)is a valuable coastal resource for its use in food,cosmetics,medicine and other *** this study,PS(PlanetScope)imagery was combined with field sampling to demonstrate the capability of mapping of SAV(Submerge Aquatic Vegetation)(including both SW and SG(Seagrass)beds)and biomass mapping of Sargassum meadows in An Chan coastal waters,Tuy An district,Phu Yen province,*** term of SAV and Sargassum mapping,authors proposed an improved remote sensing technique based on Sagawa’s BRI(Bottom Reflectance Index)algorithm with attention to Tassan’s concept in discrimination of light attenuation coefficient Kd between shallow and deep ***’results showed high accuracy in mapping of SAV and Sargassum distribution with overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of 92.52%and 0.8957,*** classified class of SW(*** sp.)then was separated absolutely from other classes in SAV map for estimation of Sargassum *** red and green spectral pre-processed BRI channels(***3 and BRI2)of PS were used to estimate the Sargassum biomass using a multiple 2nd order polynomial regression model with very high accuracy(R2=0.9707;RMSE=±109.21 g/m2).The average total Sargassum biomass was 897.8 g/m2 with total Sargassum yield in whole region reaching a value of 449.57 tons in cover area of 50.32 ha of Sargassum *** result opens the great potential of biomass and yield estimation of Sargassum and other SW meadows in coastal waters(including enough optically deep waters)by remote sensing techniques based on PS imagery.

HⅠ emission from the red giant Y CVn with the VLA and FAST

Imaging studies with the Very Large Array（VLA） have revealed H I emission associated with the extended circumstellar shells of red giants. We analyze the spectral map obtained on Y CVn, a J-type carbon star on the Asymptotic Giant Branch. The H I line profiles can be interpreted with a model of a detached shell resulting from the interaction of a stellar outflow with the local interstellar *** reproduce the spectral map by introducing a distortion along a direction corresponding to the star＇s motion in space. We then use this fitting to simulate observations expected from the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope（FAST）, and discuss its potential for improving our description of the outer regions of circumstellar shells.

本文主要讨论汉越词在越南的使用情况。本文也针对汉越词变体的选择及其译法的选择两个问题提出了一些建议。在评判汉越词使用的对与错时,汉越词与其词根的关系只是其中一个标准,更关键的依据主要为以下两点:其一,越南人对于借自汉语的词汇的原读音的认知方式;其二是文本/话语的创建和发起者的言语目的。在现代社会背景下,汉越词的使用是一个极其复杂的问题。要得出关于此问题可行的处理和解决办法,还需更进一步的讨论。

Relationship between Hydrogeological Structure and Groundwater Exploitation Capacity in Aquifer of the Basin of Cai Phan Rang River, ninh Thuan Province, viet nam

This article presents the results of dividing the hydrogeological structure zones in aquifer of Cai Phan Rang river basin, ninh Thuan province, viet nam, and the relationship between parameters of hydrogeological structure zones with water storage capacity of hydrogeological structure. Research results divided hydrogeological structure of Cai Phan Rang River Basin into four zones, including three zones with depression bedrock and one zone with slope bedrock, and the results assessed: (1) specific discharge of exploitation well is proportional to zone area of hydrogeological structure; (2) specific discharge of exploitation well is inversely proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and area of drainage surface of hydrogeological structure zone; (3) water level fluctuation in zone is proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and inversely proportional to distribution area of zone; (4) total mineralization of water is proportional to bedrock surface slope and water level slope in zone, and inversely proportional to drainage surface area of zone and volume of structural depression. Research results are practical significance in solutions proposal to increase exploitation capacity for various water use purposes.

Challenges in Power Production Investment in vietnam

This paper presents the results of the survey to initially assess the current situation of power supply chain development in vietnam. The research team used questionnaires to identify challenges and barriers in power production investment. Surveyors came from power generation units, power transmission and distribution units, service providers for power plants, consulting agency and research institutes. The results indicated that there is a difference among enterprises’ barriers and difficulties in the management, finance and investment environment. This difference is related to the business profiles of the enterprise, its segment of the electricity generation market, capacity and experience in the market.
