目的：修订发展危机问卷（Developmental Crisis Questionnaire, DCQ），并在成年群体中检验其信度和效度。方法：通过项目分析和探索性因素分析确定中文版DCQ题目，用验证性因素分析确定其结构，最后进行问卷的信效度检验。结果：中文版DCQ 10个条目具有良好的区分度，探索性和验证性因素分析结果（χ2/df=3.01,RMR=0.05,CFI=0.96,GFI=0.96,RMSEA=0.06）均支持三因子结构，量表的信效度符合测量学要求。结论：修订后中文版DCQ符合测量学标准，可作为测量我国成年发展危机的可靠工具。

new particle formation(nPF) in the tropical free troposphere(FT) is a globally important source of cloud condensation nuclei, affecting cloud properties and climate. Oxidized organic molecules(OOMs)produced from biogenic volatile organic compounds are believed to contribute to aerosol formation in the tropical FT, but without direct chemical observations. We performed in situ molecular-level OOMs measurements at the Bolivian station Chacaltaya at 5240 m above sea level, on the western edge of Amazonia. For the first time, we demonstrate the presence of OOMs, mainly with 4–5 carbon atoms, in both gas-phase and particle-phase(in terms of mass contribution) measurements in tropical FT air from Amazonia. These observations, combined with air mass history analyses, indicate that the observed OOMs are linked to isoprene emitted from the rainforests hundreds of kilometers away. Based on particle-phase measurements, we find that these compounds can contribute to nPF, at least the growth of newly formed nanoparticles, in the tropical FT on a continental scale. Thus, our study is a fundamental and significant step in understanding the aerosol formation process in the tropical FT.

Preparation and Structural Chemistry of a Series of Rare Earth Compounds REPS_4

The thiophosphates of the rare earths REPS 4(RE=Y, La～Lu) were prepared by solid state reaction. Their unit cell parameters and the structures of HoPS 4, ErPS 4 and TmPS 4 were determined by X ray powder diffraction. All REPS 4(RE=Y, La～Yb) crystallize in the tetragonal space group I4 1/acd , a ≈1 1 nm, c ≈1 9 nm, z =16 . Each RE 3+ is surrounded by eight sulfurs and thus forms a distorted tetragonal antiprism. This kind of structures has significant Van Der Waals′ vacant space with a diameter of about 0 625 nm along c axis and of 0 35 nm along a and b axis. But LuPS 4 crystallizes in a monoclinic structure which is most probably layered. The influence of lanthanide contraction on the stability of the tetragonal REAX 4 structure was studied and a criterion for the existence of the tetragonal structure in the REAX 4 series compounds is proposed. Mycelium as a self-growing biobased material for the fabrication of single-layer masks

Disposable face masks are an essential piece of personal protective equipment for workers in medical facilities,laboratories,and the general public to prevent the spread of illnesses and/or ***-19 resulted in an uptick in the usage and production of face masks,exacerbating issues related to the waste and recycling of these ***,face masks are derived from petrochemicals,such as melt-blown or spunbound *** such,there is a need to find sustainable mask materials that can maintain or improve the performance of petrochemical *** paper explores an alternative mask material that utilizes fungal mycelium as self-growing filaments to enhance the efficiency of individual polypropylene mask *** engineering the growth pattern and time,breathability and filtration efficiency was optimized such that one layer of the mycelium-modified mask could replace all three layers of the traditional three-layer ***,it was found that the mycelium-modified mask exhibits asymmetric hydrophobicity,with super-hydrophobicity at the composite-air interface and lower hydrophobicity at the composite-medium *** property can improve the performance of the modified mask by protecting the mask from external liquids without trapping water vapor from the user’s *** findings from this study can provide a basis for further development of mycelium to create sustainable filtration materials with enhanced functionality.

AIMTo analyze the diagnostic yield (DY), therapeutic impact (TI) and safety of capsule endoscopy (CE).METHODSThis is a multi-centre, observational, analytical, retrospective study. A total of 163 patients with suspicion of celiac disease (CD) (mean age = 46.4 ± 17.3 years, 68.1% women) who underwent CE from 2003 to 2015 were included. Patients were divided into four groups: seronegative CD with atrophy (Group-I, n = 19), seropositive CD without atrophy (Group-II, n = 39), contraindication to gastroscopy (Group-III, n = 6), seronegative CD without atrophy, but with a compatible context (Group-IV, n = 99). DY, TI and the safety of CE were *** overall DY was 54% and the final diagnosis was villous atrophy (n = 65, 39.9%), complicated CD (n = 12, 7.4%) and other enteropathies (n = 11, 6.8%; 8 Crohn’s). DY for groups I to IV was 73.7%, 69.2%, 50% and 44.4%, respectively. Atrophy was located in duodenum in 24 cases (36.9%), diffuse in 19 (29.2%), jejunal in 11 (16.9%), and patchy in 10 cases (15.4%). Factors associated with a greater DY were positive serology (68.3% vs 49.2%, P = 0.034) and older age (P = 0.008). On the other hand, neither sex nor clinical presentation, family background, positive histology or HLA status were associated with DY. CE results changed the therapeutic approach in 71.8% of the cases. Atrophy was associated with a greater TI (92.3% vs 45.3%, P nd 81.9% of the patients responded to diet. There was one case of capsule retention (0.6%). Agreement between CE findings and subsequent histology was 100% for diagnosing normal/other conditions, 70% for suspected CD and 50% for complicated *** has a high DY in cases of suspicion of CD and it leads to changes in the clinical course of the disease. CE is safe procedure with a high degree of concordance with histology and it helps in the differential diagnosis of CD.

Multi-principal element alloys(MPEAs),inclusive of high entropy alloys(HEAs),continue to attract significant research attention owing to their potentially desirable *** MPEAs remain under extensive research,traditional(***)alloy production and testing are both costly and timeconsuming,partly due to the inefficiency of the early discovery process which involves experiments on a large number of alloy *** is intuitive to apply machine learning in the discovery of this novel class of materials,of which only a small number of potential alloys have been probed to *** this work,a proof-of-concept is proposed,combining generative adversarial networks(GAns)with discriminative neural networks(nns),to accelerate the exploration of novel *** applying the GAn model herein,it was possible to directly generate novel compositions for MPEAs,and to predict their *** verify the predictability of the model,alloys designed by the model are presented and a candidate produced-as *** suggests that the model herein offers an approach that can significantly enhance the capacity and efficiency of development of novel MPEAs.

Understanding of fundamental processes and prediction of optimal parameters during the horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing process results in economically effective improvement of oil and natural gas extraction. Although modern analytical and computational models can capture fracture growth, there is a lack of experimental data on spontaneous imbibition and wettability in oil and gas reservoirs for the validation of further model development. In this work, we used neutron im- aging to measure the spontaneous imbibition of water into fractures of Eagle Ford shale with known geometries and fracture orientations. An analytical solution for a set of nonlinear second-order diffe- rential equations was applied to the measured imbibition data to determine effective contact angles. The analytical solution fit the measured imbibition data reasonably well and determined effective con- tact angles that were slightly higher than static contact angles due to effects of in-situ changes in veloci- ty, surface roughness, and heterogeneity of mineral surfaces on the fracture surface. Additionally, small fracture widths may have retarded imbibition and affected model fits, which suggests that aver- age fracture widths are not satisfactory for modeling imbibition in natural systems.
