Ore production is usually affected by multiple influencing inputs at open-pit ***,the complex nonlinear relationships between these inputs and ore production remain *** becomes even more challenging when training data(*** haulage information and weather conditions)are *** machine learning(ML)algorithms,deep neural network(DNN)is a superior method for processing nonlinear and massive data by adjusting the amount of neurons and hidden *** study adopted DNN to forecast ore production using truck haulage information and weather conditions at open-pit mines as training *** the prediction models were built,principal component analysis(PCA)was employed to reduce the data dimensionality and eliminate the multicollinearity among highly correlated input *** verify the superiority of DNN,three ANNs containing only one hidden layer and six traditional ML models were established as benchmark *** DNN model with multiple hidden layers performed better than the ANN models with a single hidden *** DNN model outperformed the extensively applied benchmark models in predicting ore *** can provide engineers and researchers with an accurate method to forecast ore production,which helps make sound budgetary decisions and mine planning at open-pit mines.

*** cell implantation is a rare complication in patients with head and neck cancers,who have undergone percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG)tube *** has not been reported in patients who underwent a PEG insertion via the radiological or introducer *** describe a novel case presentation of metastatic disease in a patient who underwent PEG placement via the introducer(Russell)technique which,to the best of our knowledge,has not not previously been *** *** patient was a 37-year-old Malay woman who developed metastatic squamous cell carcinoma deposits in her stomach and liver one month after a gastrostomy tube was removed following the completion of treatment for oropharyngeal *** authors have advocated the use of alternative PEG insertion technique apart from the‘pull’technique to minimise the risk of tumour implantation from head and neck *** case report suggests that this risk is not totally eliminated when the PEG tube is inserted via the introducer technique.

In this paper,we address interesting soliton resolution,asymptotic stability of N-soliton solutions and the Painleve asymptotics for the Kundu-Eckhaus(KE)equation with nonzero boundary conditions iq_(t)+q_(xx)-2(l|q|^(2)-1)q+4β^(2)(lql^(4)-1)q+4iβ(lql^(2))_(x)q=0,q(x,0)=q_(0)(x)-±1,x→±∞.the key to proving these results is to establish the formulation of a Riemann-Hilbert(RH)problem associated with the above Cauchy problem and find its connection with the RH problem of the defocusing NLS *** the■-steepest descent method and the results of the defocusing NLS equation,we find complete leading order approximation formulas for the defocusing KE equation on the whole(x,t)half-plane including soliton resolution and asymptotic stability of N-soliton solutions in a solitonic region,Zakharov-Shabat asymptotics in a solitonless region and the Painlevéasymptotics in two transition regions.

the spatiotemporal extension/expansion of mine areas is affected by multiple *** far,very little has been done to examine the interaction between mine areas and political or economic ***(ultra‐)mafic magmatic mines in China played a specific role in supporting national development and providing an ideal research subject for monitoring their *** this study,remote sensing and mining‐related GIS data were used to identify and analyze 1233(ultra‐)mafic magmatic mine area polygons in China,which covered approximately 322.96 km2 of land and included a V–ti–Fe mine,a copper–nickel mine,a chromite mine,an asbestos mine,and a diamond *** was found that(1)the areal expansion of mines is significantly related to the mine types,perimeter,topography,and population density.(2)the mine area variation also reflects market and policy *** temporal expansion of the mine area from 2010 to 2020 followed an S‐shaped pattern(with the turning point occurring in 2014),closely related to iron overcapacity and tightened mining policies.(3)the complexity(D)of the mine area may reflect mine design and excavation *** be specific,lower D indicates early‐stage or artisanal/small‐scale mining,whereas higher D represents large‐scale *** study demonstrates that the detailed mapping of mine land can serve as an indicator to implement miningrelated market and policy ***(ultra‐)mafic mines area data set can be accessed at https://***/record/7636616#.Y-p0uXaZOa0.

Hot spot engineering in plasmonic nanostructures plays a significant role in surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)for bioanalysis and cell ***,creating stable,reproducible,and strong SERS signals remains challenging due to the potential interference from surrounding chemicals and locating SERS-active analytes into hot-spot ***,we developed a straightforward approach to synthesize intra-gap nanoparticles encapsulating 4-nitrobenzenethiol(4-NBt)as a reporter molecule within these gaps to avoid outside *** made three kinds of intra-gap nanoparticles using nanorods,bipyramids,and nanospheres as cores,in which the nanorods based intra-gap nanoparticles exhibit the highest SERS *** advantage of our method is the ease of preparation of high-yield and stable intra-gap nanoparticles characterized by a short incubation time(10 min)with 4-NBt and quick synthesis without requiring an additional step to centrifuge for the purification of core *** intense localized field in the synthesized hot spots of these plasmonic gap nanostructures holds great promise as a SERS substrate for a broad range of quantitative optical applications.

Metagenomic Insight Reveals the Microbial Structure and Function of the Full-Scale Coking Wastewater treatment System:Gene-Based Nitrogen Removal

Microbial communities play crucial roles in pollutant removal and system stability in biological systems for coking wastewater(CWW)treatment,but a comprehensive understanding of their structure and functions is still lacking.A five month survey of four sequential bioreactors,anoxic 1/oxic 1/anoxic 2/oxic 2(A1/O1/A2/O2),was carried out in a full-scale CWW treatment system in China to elucidate operational performance and microbial *** results showed that A1/O1/A2/O2 had excellent and stable performance for nitrogen *** total nitrogen(tN;(17.38±6.89)mgL1)and ammonium-nitrogen(NH4 t-N;(2.10±1.34)mg·L^(-1))in the final biological effluent satisfied the Chinese national standards for *** analysis of 16S ribosome RNA(rRNA)sequencing and metagenomic sequencing showed that the bacterial communities and metagenomic function profiles of A1 and O1 shared similar functional structures,while those of A2 significantly varied from those of other bioreactors(pthe results indicated that microbial activity was strongly connected with activated sludge ***,Nitrosomonas,and SM1A02 were responsible for nitrification during the primary anoxic-oxic(AO)stage and Azoarcus and thauera acted as important denitrifiers in *** cycling-related enzymes and genes work in the A1/O1/A2/O2 ***,the hao genes catalyzing hydroxylamine dehydrogenase(EC 1.***.2.6)and the napA and napB genes catalyzing nitrate reductase(EC 1.***.6.1)played important roles in the nitrification and denitrification processes in the primary and secondary AO stages,*** mixed liquor suspended solids(MLSS)/total solids(tS),tN removal rate(RR),total organic carbon(tOC)(RR),and NH_(4)^(+)t-N(RR)were the most important environmental factors for regulating the structure of core bacterial genera and nitrogen-cycling *** were the potential main participants in nitrogen metabolism in the A1/O1/A2/O2 system for CWW *** study prov

Drogue detection is one of the challenging tasks in autonomous aerial refueling due to the requirement for accuracy and *** detection based on image intrinsic cues can achieve fast detection,but with poor *** studies reveal that optimization-based methods provide accurate and quick solutions for saliency *** paper presents a hybrid pigeon-inspired optimization method,the optimized color opponent,that aims to adjust the weight of color opponent channels to detect the drogue *** can optimize the weights in the selected aerial refueling scene offline,and the results are applied for drogue detection in the scene.A novel algorithm aggregated by the optimized color opponent and robust background detection is presented to provide better precision and *** results on benchmark datasets and aerial refueling images show that the proposed method successfully extracts the saliency region or drogue and exhibits superior performance against the other saliency detection methods with intrinsic *** algorithm designed in this paper is competent for the drogue detection task of autonomous aerial refueling.

this study focuses on the analytical prediction of subsurface settlement induced by shield tunnelling in sandy cobble stratum considering the volumetric deformation modes of the soil above the tunnel crown.A series of numerical analyses is performed to examine the effects of cover depth ratio(C/D),tunnel volume loss rate(h t)and volumetric block proportion(VBP)on the characteristics of subsurface settle-ment trough and soil volume *** the ground loss variation with depth,three modes are deduced from the volumetric deformation responses of the soil above the tunnel ***,analytical solutions to predict subsurface settlement for each mode are presented using stochastic medium *** influences of C/D,h t and VBP on the key parameters(i.e.B and N)in the analytical expressions are discussed to determine the fitting formulae of B and ***,the proposed analytical solutions are validated by the comparisons with the results of model test and numerical *** show that the fitting formulae provide a convenient and reliable way to evaluate the key ***,the analytical solutions are reasonable and available in predicting the subsurface settlement induced by shield tunnelling in sandy cobble stratum.

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)***,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class ***,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)*** establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class ***,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,*** results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.
