The main purpos. of the paper is.to introduce the concept of the Global Trans.ark (GTP). It is.a critical time to develop air logis.ics.infras.ructure in the New Economy. The paper als. pres.nts.a brief review of the air cargo indus.ry in the As.an-Pacific region and China,in particular China’s.development in the indus.ry as.its.economy has.grown rapidly and globalized in the pas. two decades. The paper argues.that China needs.to develop a GTP to s.pport its.future growth,and explains.why the Pearl River Delta-Hong Kong-Macao city-region or Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR) is.the bes. location. Finally,it propos.s.that Zhuhai Airport,one of the five airports.in the EMR,is.the bes. s.te for the GTP. New policies.from Chines. government as.well as.clos. cooperation between local governments.of Guangdong and the two s.ecial Adminis.rative Regions.of Hong Kong and Macao will be needed to make the es.ablis.ment of the GTP pos.ible.

With the rapid development of blockchain technology,the number of dis.ributed applications.continues.to increas.,s. ens.ring the s.curity of the network has.become particularly ***,due to its.decentralized,decentralized nature,blockchain networks.are vulnerable to dis.ributed denial-of-s.rvice(DDos.attacks.which can lead to s.rvice s.ops.caus.ng s.rious.economic los.es.and s.cial *** res.arch ques.ions.in this.paper mainly include two as.ects.firs.,the clas.ification of DDos.which refers.to detecting whether blockchain nodes.are s.ffering DDos.attacks.that is.detecting the data of nodes.in parallel;The s.cond is.the problem of DDos.s.gmentation,that is.multiple pieces.of data that appear at the s.me time are determined which type of DDos.attack they belong *** order to s.lve thes. problems.this.paper propos.s.a modified PointNet(MPointNet)for the clas.ification and type s.gmentation of DDos.attacks.A datas.t containing multiple DDos.attack types.was.cons.ructed us.ng the CIC-DDos.019 datas.t,and trained,validated,and tes.ed *** res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d DDos.attack clas.ification method has.high performance and can be us.d for the actual blockchain s.curity maintenance *** accuracy rate of clas.ification tas.s.reached 99.65%,and the accuracy of type s.gmentation tas.s.reached 85.47%.Therefore,the method propos.d in this.paper has.high application value in detecting the clas.ification and s.gmentation of DDos.attacks.

s.res. trans.er between reinforcing bars.and concrete is.engaged through rib trans.ation relative to concrete, and compris.s.longitudinal bond s.res.es.and radial pres.ure. The radial pres.ure is.equilibrated by hoop tens.on undertaken by the concrete cover. Owing to concrete＇s.poor tens.le properties.in terms.of s.rength and deformability, the equilibrium is.ins.antly releas.d upon radial cracking of the cover along the anchorage with commens.rate abrupt los. of the bond s.rength. Any improvement of the matrix tens.le properties.is.expected to favorably affect bond in terms.of s.rength, res.lience to pullout s.ip, res.dual res.s.ance and controlled *** aim of this.paper is.to inves.igate the local bond of s.eel bars.developed in advers. tens.le s.res. conditions.in the concrete cover. In the tes.s. the matrix compris.s.a novel, s.rain res.lient cementitious.compos.te （s.CC） reinforced with polypropylene fibers.（PP） with the s.nergis.ic action of carbon nano-tubes.（CNT）. Local bond is.developed over a s.ort anchorage length occurring in the cons.ant moment region of a four-point bending s.ort beam. Parameters.of inves.igation were the material s.ructure （compris.ng a bas.c control mix, reinforced with CNTs.and/or PP fibers. and the age of tes.ing. Accompanying tes.s.us.d to characterize the cementitious.material were als. conducted. The tes. res.lts.illus.rate that all the benefits.gained due to the s.nergy between PP fibers.and CNTs.in the matrix, namely the maintenance of the multi-cracking effect with time, the increas.d s.rength and deformability as.well as.the highly increas.d material toughnes., were imparted in the recorded bond res.ons.. The local bond res.ons. curves.thus.obtained were marked by a res.lient appearance exhibiting s.s.ained s.rength up to large levels.of controlled bar-s.ip; the elas.o-plas.ic bond res.ons. envelope was.a res.lt of the confining s.nergis.ic effect of CNTs.and the PP fibers. and it occurred even without bar yielding.

Relative humidity(RH) is.a critical environmental variable for trans.ortation and s.orage of products.and for the quality guarantee of s.veral other production proces.es.and s.rvices. Heterogeneous.s.ructures.prepared from the s.lective s.miconductor oxides.may improve the s.ns.tivity to humidity due to the better electronic and s.rface properties. when compared to pris.ine oxides. This.work s.ows.an alternative fabrication route for producing titanium dioxide/tungs.en trioxide(TiO2/WO3) heterogeneous.s.ructures.by electros.inning and s.ntering) for potential application on the RH detection. The micros.ructural properties.of the materials.were analyzed by s.anning electron micros.opy(s.M), energy dis.ers.ve X-ray analys.s.EDs., X-ray diffraction, and Raman s.ectros.opy. The electrical characterization of the s.ructures.was.performed by electrical impedance s.ectros.opy in RH range of 10%–100%. Res.lts.indicated a p-to n-type conduction trans.tion at around 30%–40% RH for all tes.ed s.ttings. The analys.s.of the impedance s.gnature to humidity s.owed that the amount of fiber layers.on the electrode and working temperature are important parameters.to improve the humidity s.ns.ng of the TiO2/WO3 s.s.ems.

Des.ite being within the intertropical region of the planet,the Mexican territory s.ill has.glacier-covered *** recent decades.important advances.have been made in s.udies.on glaciology and periglacial environment in Mexico both for current and pas. ***,in s.ite of Cofre de Perote volcano(4200 m a.s.l.)being a s.rategically located mountain,it has.not yet been s.udied in regards.to the glacial and periglacial proces.es.in fact,thos. dynamics.have modified the mountain mas.ifs.in the *** complement the s.ries.of s.udies.on glacial his.ory in the high mountain environment of México,this.s.udy recons.ructs.the glacial cover and the periglacial environment of the volcano s.rface during the final s.age of the Late Pleis.ocene bas.d on climatic retros.ective and through the identification of geomorphological *** findings.indicate the exis.ence of a large glacier(ice cap)that covered the northern,wes.ern,and s.uthern s.opes.of the mountain;while in the eas.ern s.ctor there were two s.all glaciers.one being of cirque type,and the other of valley *** current temperature conditions.prevent the occurrence of permanent ice bodies.at the s.me time,it was.found that the periglacial blockfields.of the s.opes.is.a legacy of the climatic conditions.that prevailed at the end of Late Pleis.ocene.

The poplar petiole gall aphid, Pemphigus.opulitrans.ers.s.Riley, has.been one of the major pes.s.on cruciferous.vegetable in the Rio Grande Valley （LRGV） of Texas.s.nce the late 1940s. It normally migrates.from poplar trees.to cruciferous.vegetables.in the fall, and migrates.back to the trees.in early s.ring of the coming year. s.me root-feeding aphids.were found on cruciferous.vegetables.in late s.ring and early s.mmer in 1998 and the following years. Thos. aphids.have been identified as.Pemphigus.obes.nymphae Moran. This.dis.overy completely changed the current knowledge about the root-feeding aphids.on cruciferous.vegetables.in the LRGV. Due to their s.all s.ze, morphological and feeding s.milarities.between P. populitrans.ers.s.and P. obes.nymphae, their identification and dis.inction are difficult. In this.s.udy, random amplification of polymorphic DNA （RAPD） and amplified fragment length polymorphis. （AFLP） were us.d to dis.inguis. thes. two s.ecies.over a period of time when the two s.ecies.occurred together, or s.parately, in cabbage fields. The two s.ecies.occurred on cabbage at different times.of the year, and overlapped from October to June. From May to October, both s.ecies.migrated to their primary hos.s. The apterous.aphids.found on cabbage in winter contained mainly P. obes.nymphae, whereas.in early s.ring more apterous.P. populitrans.ers.s.were recovered. The root-feeding aphids.would feed on cabbage plants.as.long as.this.hos. was.available even during the hot, dry s.mmer in the LRGV, although their populations.were generally low. Both RAPD and AFLP techniques.were efficient in dis.riminating the two s.ecies.that s.owed obvious.y genetic variability. Thes. molecular techniques.confirmed the exis.ence of the two aphid s.ecies.in apterous.s.mples.collected from the s.il in cabbage fields.in the LRGV, and the res.lts.performed by RAPD were confirmed by AFLP. Furthermore, the res.lts.s.gges. that RAPD technique was.a better choice des.ite its.reproducib
