The concept of sharing of personal health data over cloud storage in a healthcare-cyber physical system has become popular in recent times as it improves access *** privacy of health data can only be preserved by keeping it in an encrypted form,but it affects usability and flexibility in terms of effective ***-based searchable encryption(ABSE)has proven its worth by providing fine-grained searching capabilities in the shared cloud ***,it is not practical to apply this scheme to the devices with limited resources and storage capacity because a typical ABSE involves serious *** a healthcare cloud-based cyber-physical system(CCPS),the data is often collected by resource-constraint devices;therefore,here also,we cannot directly apply ABSE *** the proposed work,the inherent computational cost of the ABSE scheme is managed by executing the computationally intensive tasks of a typical ABSE scheme on the blockchain ***,it makes the proposed scheme suitable for online storage and retrieval of personal health data in a typical *** the assistance of blockchain technology,the proposed scheme offers two main ***,it is free from a trusted authority,which makes it genuinely decentralized and free from a single point of ***,it is computationally efficient because the computational load is now distributed among the consensus nodes in the blockchain ***,the task of initializing the system,which is considered the most computationally intensive,and the task of partial search token generation,which is considered as the most frequent operation,is now the responsibility of the consensus *** eliminates the need of the trusted authority and reduces the burden of data users,***,in comparison to existing decentralized fine-grained searchable encryption schemes,the proposed scheme has achieved a significant reduction in storage and computational cost for the secret

Regional Features and Seasonality of Land–Atmosphere Coupling over Eastern China

Land-atmosphere coupling is a key process of the climate system, and various coupling mechanisms have been proposed before based on observational and numerical analyses. The impact of soil moisture（SM） on evapotranspiration（ET） and further surface temperature（ST） is an important aspect of such coupling. Using ERA-Interim data and CLM4.0 offline simulation results, this study further explores the relationships between SM/ST and ET to better understand the complex nature of the land-atmosphere coupling（i.e., spatial and seasonal variations） in eastern China, a typical monsoon area. It is found that two diagnostics of land-atmosphere coupling（i.e., SM-ET correlation and ST-ET correlation） are highly dependent on the climatology of SM and ST. By combining the SM-ET and ST-ET relationships, two ＂hot spots＂ of land-atmosphere coupling over eastern China are identified： Southwest China and North China. In Southwest China, ST is relatively high throughout the year, but SM is lowest in spring, resulting in a strong coupling in spring. However, in North China, SM is relatively low throughout the year, but ST is highest in summer, which leads to the strongest coupling in summer. Our results emphasize the dependence of land-atmosphere coupling on the seasonal evolution of climatic conditions and have implications for future studies related to land surface feedbacks.

The contracting and unshearing motion of flare loops in the X 7.1 flare on 2005 January 20 during its rising phase

With the aim of studying the relationship between the relative motions of the loop-top （LT） source and footpoints （FPs） during the rising phase of solar flares, we give a detailed analysis of the X7.1 class flare that occurred on 2005 January 20. The flare was clearly observed by RHESSI, showing a distinct X-ray flaring loop with a bright LT source and two well-defined hard X-ray （HXR） FPs. In particular, we correct the projection effect for the positions of the FPs and magnetic polarity inversion line. We find that：（1） The LT source showed an obvious U-shaped trajectory. The source of the higher energy LT shows a faster downward/upward speed. （2） The evolution of FPs was temporally correlated with that of the LT source. The converging/separating motion of FPs corresponds to the downward/upward motion of the LT source. （3） The initial flare shear of this event is found to be nearly 50 degrees, and it has a fluctuating decrease throughout the contraction phase as well as the expansion phase. （4） Four peaks of the time profile of the unshearing rate are found to be temporally correlated with peaks in the HXR emission flux. This flare supports the overall contraction pic- ture of flares： a descending motion of the LT source, in addition to converging and unshearing motion of FPs. All results indicate that the magnetic field was very highly sheared before the onset of the flare.

The research on the governing blockchain by blockchain supervision system is an important development trend of blockchain *** this system there is a supervisory blockchain managing and governing the supervised blockchain based on blockchain technology,results in a uniquely cross-blockchain demand to consensus mechanism for solving the trust problem between supervisory blockchain and supervised *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a cross-blockchain consensus mechanism based on smart contract and a set of smart contracts endorse the crossblockchain *** consensus mechanism called Proof-of-EndorseContracts(PoEC)consensus,which firstly transfers the consensus reached in supervisory blockchain to supervised blockchain by supervisory nodes,then packages the supervisory block in supervisory blockchain and transmits it to the smart contract deployed in the supervised blockchain,finally miners in supervised blockchain will execute and package the new block according to the status of the smart *** core part of the consensus mechanism is Endorse Contracts which designed and implemented by us and verified the effectiveness through *** consensus mechanism and Endorse Contracts support the supervised blockchain to join the governing blockchain by blockchain system without changing the original consensus mechanism,which has the advantages of low cost,high scalability and being able to *** paper proves that our method can provide a feasible crossblockchain governance scheme for the field of blockchain governance.

Laser diodes(LDs)have been considered as cost-effective and compact excitation sources to overcome the requirement of costly and bulky pulsed laser sources that are commonly used in photoacoustic microscopy(PAM).However,the spatial resolution and/or imaging speed of previously reported LD-based PAM systems have not been optimized *** this paper,we developed a high-speed and high-resolution LD-based PAM system using a continuous wave LD,operating at a pulsed mode,with a repetition rate of 30 kHz,as an excitation source.A hybrid scanning mechanism that synchronizes a one-dimensional galvanometer mirror and a two-dimensional motorized stage is applied to achieve a fast imaging capability without signal averaging due to the high signal-to-noise *** optimizing the optical system,a high lateral resolution of 4.8μm has been *** vivo microvasculature imaging of a mouse ear has been demonstrated to show the high performance of our LD-based PAM system.

Estimating potential harvestable biomass for bioenergy from sustainably managed private native forests in Southeast Queensland, Australia

Background： Australia＇s energy future is at the crossroads and the role of renewable sources is in focus. Biomass from sustainably managed forests provide a significant opportunity for electricity and heat generation and production of liquid fuels. Australia has extensive native forests of which a significant proportion are on private land. However, there is limited knowledge on the potential capacity of this resource to contribute to the expansion of a biomass for bioenergy industry. In addition, there are concerns on how to reconcile biomass harvesting with environmental protection. Methods： We used regional ecosystem vegetation mapping for Queensland to stratify harvestable forests within the 1.8 m hectares of private native forests present in the Southeast Queensland bioregion in 2014. We used a dataset of 52,620 individual tree measurements from 541 forest inventory plots collected over the last 10 years. Tree biomass was estimated using current biomass allometric equations for Australia. Biomass potentially available from selective sawlog harvesting and silvicultural treatment across the bioregion was calculated and mapped. Results： Current sawlog harvesting extracts 41.4% of the standing tree biomass and a biomass for bioenergy harvest would retain on average 36% of felled tree biomass on site for the protection of environmental and fauna habitat values. The estimated area extent of harvestable private native forests in the bioregion in 2013 was 888,000 ha and estimated available biomass for bioenergy in living trees was 13.6 million tonnes （t）. The spotted gum （Corymbio citriodora subsp, variegata） forests were the most extensive, covering an area of 379,823 ha and with a biomass for bioenergy yield of 14.2 t-ha-1 （with approximately 11.2 ***-1 of the biomass harvested from silvicultural thinning and 3 ***-1 recovered from sawlog harvest residual）. Adsorption and desorption on coals for CO_2 sequestration

Adsorption and desorption of carbon dioxide, methane and other gases on coals has been investigated experimentally using representative Zhongliangshan coals. Gas adsorption is one of the major concerns for both CO2 sequestration and methane recovery processes. The experiments were carried out using both single and multi-component mixtures at 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ with the highest pressure of 12 MPa. The coal was under moisture equilibrated conditions. This provides experimental data from which a predictive assessment of CO2 sequestration and/or methane recovery can be conducted. The results show that for pure gasses the CH4 adsorption capacity is higher than the N2 adsorption capacity but lower than the CO2 adsorption capacity. Injection of CO2 or other gases into the coal significantly affects CH4 desorption. This allows the enhancement of CH4 recovery from the coals, thus supplying more clean energy while sequestering significant amounts of CO2 thereby reducing the greenhouse effect from human beings.

With the rapid development of blockchain technology,the number of distributed applications continues to increase,so ensuring the security of the network has become particularly ***,due to its decentralized,decentralized nature,blockchain networks are vulnerable to distributed denial-of-service(DDoS)attacks,which can lead to service stops,causing serious economic losses and social *** research questions in this paper mainly include two aspects:first,the classification of DDoS,which refers to detecting whether blockchain nodes are suffering DDoS attacks,that is,detecting the data of nodes in parallel;The second is the problem of DDoS segmentation,that is,multiple pieces of data that appear at the same time are determined which type of DDoS attack they belong *** order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a modified PointNet(MPointNet)for the classification and type segmentation of DDoS attacks.A dataset containing multiple DDoS attack types was constructed using the CIC-DDoS2019 dataset,and trained,validated,and tested *** results show that the proposed DDoS attack classification method has high performance and can be used for the actual blockchain security maintenance *** accuracy rate of classification tasks reached 99.65%,and the accuracy of type segmentation tasks reached 85.47%.Therefore,the method proposed in this paper has high application value in detecting the classification and segmentation of DDoS attacks.
