To eluci.ate the reacti.n mechani.m from wobble Guani.e-Thymi.e (wG-T) to tautomeri. G-T base-pai.s, we i.vesti.ate i.s transi.i.n state (TS) by densi.y functi.nal theory (DFT) calculati.ns, i. vacuum and i. water approxi.ated by conti.uum solvati.n model. From the compari.on of these results, we attempt to eluci.ate the effect of solvati.n on the tautomeri. reacti.n for wG-T. i. addi.i.n, the same DFT calculati.ns are performed for the canoni.al G-C base-pai., i. order to reveal the di.ference i. the acti.ati.n energy for the reacti.ns i.volvi.g wG-T and G-C. The obtai.ed TS structures between wG-T and G*-T/G-T* (asteri.k i. an enol-form of base) are almost the same i. vacuum and i. water. However, the acti.ati.n energy i. 16.6 and 19.1 kcal/mol i. vacuum and i. water, respecti.ely, i.di.ati.g that the effect of solvati.n enlarges the energy barri.r for the reacti.ns from wG-T to G-T*/G*-T. The acti.ati.n energy for the tautomeri. reacti.n from G-C to G*-C* i. also evaluated to be 15.8 and 12.9 kcal/mol i. vacuum and i. water, respecti.ely. Therefore, i. i. expected that the tautomeri. reacti.n from wG-T to G*-T/G-T* can occur i. vacuum wi.h a si.i.ar probabi.i.y as that from G-C to G*-C*. We furthermore i.vesti.ate the TS structure for wG-BrU to reveal the effect of the BrU i.troducti.n i.to wG-T. The acti.ati.n energy i. 14.5 and 16.7 kcal/mol i. vacuum and i. water, respecti.ely. Accordi.gly, the BrU i.troducti.n i. found to i.crease the probabi.i.y of the tautomeri. reacti.n produci.g the enol-form G* and T* bases. Because G* prefers to bi.d to T rather than to C, and T* to G not A, our calculated results reveal that the spontaneous mutati.n from C to T or from A to G bases i. accelerated by the i.troducti.n of wG-BrU base-pai..

The noti.n of cooperati.i.y compri.es a speci.i. characteri.ti. of a multi.arti.e system concerni.g i.s abi.i.y to demonstrate a si.moi.al-type response of varyi.g sensi.i.i.i.s to i.put sti.uli.i. transi.i.ns between states under controlled condi.i.ns.From a stati.ti.al physi.s vi.wpoi.t,i. thi. work we attempt to descri.e the cooperati.i.y by the stabi.i.y of a metastable open system wi.h respect to i.reversi.i.i.y.To treat the evoluti.n of a system weakly coupled to the envi.onment i. a ki.eti. framework,we consi.er two fluctuati.g energy levels of di.ferent di.ensi.nali.i.s,i.i.i.l populati.n of one level,reversi.le transi.i.ns of populati.n between the levels,and i.reversi.le depopulati.n of another level.An average i. made over level fluctuati.ns and envi.onment vi.rati.ns so that an i.ter-level transi.i.n rate can be obtai.ed accounti.g for the i.fluences of external control on level posi.i.n and di.ensi.nali.y.i. i. found that the cooperati.i.y of the two-level system i. bounded approxi.ately between 0.736 and uni.y,wi.h the lower bound i.di.ati.g worseni.g system stabi.i.y.

The tapi.g process i. a speci.l process whi.h requi.es correct surface coveri.g strategy and proper attachment of the maski.g tape for an effi.i.nt surface protecti.n. We have i.troduced an automati. robot tapi.g system consi.t- i.g of a robot mani.ulator, a rotati.g platform, a 3D scanner and speci.lly desi.ned tapi.g end-effectors. Thi. paper mai.ly talks about the surface coveri.g strategi.s for di.ferent classes of geometri.s. The methods and corre- spondi.g tapi.g tools are i.troduced for tapi.g of followi.g classes of surfaces： Cyli.dri.al/extended sur- faces, freeform surfaces wi.h no grooves, surfaces wi.h grooves, and rotati.nal symmetri.al surfaces. A colli.i.n avoi.ance algori.hm i. i.troduced for the robot tapi.g mani.ulati.n. VBDS i. extremely rare i. human i.munodefi.i.ncy vi.us (Hi.)-i.fected pati.nts and anti.retrovi.al therapy has never been i.pli.ated as a cause. We encountered a young pregnant female wi.h Hi. and VBDS secondary to anti.retrovi.al therapy. Here, we report her cli.i.al course and outcome.

Results of measurements of permeabi.i.y, permi.ti.i.y and radar absorpti.n properti.s of composi.es on basi. of carbonyl i.on parti.les R-10 brand are presented i. thi. paper. The calculati.ns and experi.ental studi.s have shown that i. the super hi.h frequency (SHF) and extremely hi.h frequency (EHF) ranges on the basi. of two-layer structures wi.h di.ferent content of carbonyl i.on parti.les can create a radar absorbi.g coati.gs wi.h a reflecti.i.y of less than -10 dB over a wi.e bandwi.th from 3.1 to 17.1 GHz and from 27 to 37 GHz. Absorbi.g properti.s of composi.es are saved i. terahertz frequency range from 250 to 525 GHz.

The parameters of runaway electrons produced i. nanosecond hi.h-voltage di.charges i. di.ferent gases(ai.,ni.rogen,sulphur hexafluori.e,krypton,argon,methane,neon,hydrogen,heli.m)at atmospheri. and hi.her pressure were studi.d.An opti.al analysi. was also performed to i.vesti.ate the i.ni.ati.n dynami.s i. di.fuse di.charges i. ni.rogen and ni.rogen-contai.i.g mi.tures.At breakdown of a poi.t-to-plane gap by nanosecond(≃2 ns)hi.h-voltage(≃200 kV)pulses of negati.e voltage polari.y and gas pressure above 0.1 MPa,a supershort avalanche electron beam(SAEB)was detected by a collector behi.d the flat anode.For pressure>0.1 MPa of ni.rogen and other gases i. i. shown that the maxi.um pressure for SAEB regi.trati.n decreases wi.h i.creasi.g the voltage pulse ri.e ti.e.Therefore,to detect a SAEB at atmospheri. and hi.her gas pressure,one should use voltage pulses wi.h an ampli.ude of hundred ki.ovolts and ri.e ti.e of∼1 ns and shorter.The experi.ental research i. the dynami.s of opti.al radi.ti.n from the di.charge plasma shows that the breakdown i. whi.h runaway electrons are produced develops as an i.ni.ati.n wave.

Thi. Au-si.e-dependent process i. accompani.d by a decrease i. ampli.udes of abnormal bands i. the CD spectra speci.i. to i.i.i.l cholesteri. li.ui.-crystalli.e di.persi.ns and si.ultaneously by an appearance of plasmon resonance band i. vi.i.le absorpti.n spectrum. The study of properti.s of parti.les of cholesteri. li.ui.-crystalli.e di.persi.n treated wi.h Au-nanoparti.les by means of vari.us physi.o-chemi.al methods demonstrates that i.corporati.n of Au-nanoparti.les i.to quasi.emati. layers of these parti.les results i. two effects: i. i. faci.i.ates reorgani.ati.n of the spati.l cholesteri. structure of parti.les, and i.) i. i.duces the formati.n of Au-clusters i. the content of parti.les. i. i. not excluded that these effects represent a possi.le reason for genotoxi.i.y of Au-nanopar- ti.les.

A new model i. suggested for the hi.tory of the Bai.al Ri.t, i. devi.ti.n from the classi. twostage evoluti.n scenari., based on a synthesi. of the avai.able data from the Bai.al Basi. and revi.ed correlati.n between tectoni.-li.hologi.al-strati.raphi. complexes （TLSC） i. sedi.entary secti.ns around Lake Bai.al and sei.mi. strati.raphi. sequences （SSS） i. the lake sedi.ents. Unli.e the previ.us models, the revi.ed model places the onset of ri.ti.g duri.g Late Cretaceous and compri.es three major stages whi.h are subdi.i.ed i.to several substages. The stages and the substages are separated by events of tectoni. acti.i.y and stress reversal when addi.i.nal compressi.n produced folds and shear structures. The events that mark the stage boundari.s show up as gaps, unconformi.i.s, and deformati.n features i. the deposi.i.n patterns. The earli.st Late Cretaceous-Oli.ocene stage began long before the i.di.-Eurasi. colli.i.n i. a setti.g of di.fuse extensi.n that acted over a large terri.ory of Asi.. The NW-SE far-fi.ld pure extensi.n produced an NE-stri.i.g half-graben ori.nted along an old zone of weakness at the edge of the Si.eri.n craton. That was already the onset of ri.t evoluti.n recorded i. weathered lacustri.e deposi.s on the Bai.al shore and i. a wedge-shaped acousti.ally transparent sei.mi. uni. i. the lake sedi.ents. The second stage spanni.g Late Oli.ocene-Early Pli.cene ti.e began wi.h a stress change when the effect from the Eocene i.di.-Eurasi. colli.i.n had reached the regi.n and became a major control of i.s geodynami.s. The EW and NE transpressi.n and shear from the colli.i.nal front transformed the Late Cretaceous half-graben i.to a U-shaped one whi.h accumulated a deformed layered sequence of sedi.ents. Ri.ti.g at the latest stage was dri.en by extensi.n from a local source associ.ted wi.h hot mantle materi.l ri.i.g to the base of the ri.ted crust. Forest wastes are renewable resources that can serve as sources of energy for heat and electri.i.y generati.n. How these materi.ls are managed i. order to reduce thei. contri.uti.n to the release of greenhouse gases, reduce subsequent cli.ate change challenges and thei. potenti.l use i. bi.-energy producti.n has remai.ed a myth i. Ni.eri.. i. thi. paper, extensi.e revi.w of the li.erature was carri.d out to arri.e at the fi.di.gs. More than 93% of all wood processi.g i.dustri.s i. Ni.eri. are sawmi.ls. i. addi.i.n to sawmi.ls there are the plywood mi.ls, furni.ure processi.g i.dustri.s, and parti.leboard mi.ls. Sawdust i. the major waste generated from wood processi.g i. the vari.us processi.g uni.s. Currently, the most popular waste management practi.e i. Ni.eri. i. burni.g. Dumpi.g i. open spaces, ri.erbanks, and water bodi.s i. also obtai.able. There i. no record of wood waste recycli.g for bi.-fuel producti.n at the moment. Wood wastes are reused for agri.ultural producti.n (mulchi.g, manure) and as fi.ewood. These acti.ns contri.ute to the release of greenhouse gases and subsequently contri.ute to global warmi.g. There are poli.i.s and agenci.s put i. place to address thi. menace but i.plementati.n i. a problem. An i.crease i. proper waste management educati.n and awareness, and ai. from developed countri.s i. terms of provi.i.g the technology needed for recycli.g and i.ci.erati.n, wi.l go a long way i. ensuri.g the safety (from cli.ate change and consequences) of the local people, the envi.onment, and the world at large.
