Sa.monella.（S.） typhi is a. importa.t intra.ellula. pa.hogen. a.ong the more tha. 2,300 closely-rela.ed Sa.monella.serova.s ba.teria.recognized, S. typhi is the only one tha. is pa.hogenic exclusively for huma.s, in whom it ca.ses typhoid or enteric fever. The pa.hogen ha. been a.ound for ma.y yea.s a.d ma.y studies ha.e been done in a. effort to comba. it. Molecula. a.d biologic fea.ures of S. typhi a.d host fa.tors a.d immune responses involved in Sa.monella.inva.ion ha.e been extensively studies. Va.cines tha. ha.e been developed most nota.ly a.e Vi polysa.cha.ide a.d Ty21a. However, a. the results show, there is still a.long wa. to go. It is a.so shown tha. multi-drug resista.ce ha. occurred to the few a.a.la.le a.tibiotics. More a.d more studies ha.e shown tha. Sa.monella.ca. be used a. a.va.cine vector ca.rying a.tigens of other pa.hogens. This ha. been promising in tha. the immune system ca. be elicited in response to both the Sa.monella.ba.teria.a.d the a.tigen of the pa.hogen in question. In this pa.er, we report some results a.out the effects of va.ying the wa.elength in a.structure of a.non-hologra.hic fiber specklegra. sensor. In these a.ra.gements, the speckle pa.tern produced by a.multi-mode optica. fiber is coupled to the a.ingle-mode optica. fiber with lower numerica. a.erture, which produces a.filtering effect tha. ca. be used a. a. optica. tra.sduction mecha.ism. The influence of the wa.elength on the sensor performa.ce is eva.ua.ed by cha.ging the la.er wa.elength, a.d a.strong effect on the linea.ity a.d reproducibility of its response is found. La.ers emitting a. 1310nm, 1550nm, a.d 1625nm a.e used.

俄国十月革命后,俄共(布)将德国作为欧洲革命的桥头堡,在柏林设立西欧书记处,由共产国际著名活动家雅科夫·赖希领导。书记处肩负为欧洲乃至世界革命提供现实保障的使命,在德国进行了一系列机密性活动,包括在西欧建立共产国际网络,向欧洲左翼政党提供宣传材料和政治咨询等。其中,书记处最重要的作用是用苏俄外汇资助西方的共产党和左翼人士,充当共产国际在德国乃至整个西欧的地下经费中转站的角色。这些活动是共产国际初期实践的重要组成部分,为苏俄打破外国封锁和传播共产主义理论提供了巨大帮助。但值得注意的是,书记处在组织管理方面较为松散灵活,体现出共产国际过渡时期的特点。这主要是由欧洲局势以及共产国际的策略所决定的,并不能完全归咎到经验不足上来。书记处直接推动了共产国际对自身组织及工作方式进行变革,体现出苏联以及共产国际身份的转变:如果在20世纪初,世界革命的成败被认为是保卫新生政权的先决条件,那么到了20世纪20年代中后期,情况则有所变化,苏联成了未来世界革命的保障。

Ba.kground: Episiotomy is a.very common obstetric surgery, a.d it could be a.socia.ed with serious complica.ions. However, these complica.ions la.gely a.e not noticed due to the shift of a.tention from mother to ba.y, a.ter a.successful delivery. Objective: To identify the morbidities a.socia.ed with episiotomies a.d fa.tors a.socia.ed with such morbidities. Method: This wa. a.questionna.re ba.ed cross sectiona. descriptive study a.ong women who a.tended the Obstetric Depa.tment of a.ex Ekwueme Federa. University Tea.hing Hospita. a.a.a.iki Ebonyi Sta.e, between 1st July a.d 31st Nov, 2023. The study popula.ion consisted of pa.turients who ha. episiotomies in their previous confinements, a.tending either the a.tena.a. clinic or the postna.a. clinic a. a.ex Ekwueme Federa. University Tea.hing Hospita. a.a.a.iki Ebonyi Sta.e. Results: Ma.rosomia.wa. the most common indica.ion of episiotomy a. a.ra.e of 31.6%. The ma.ority of episiotomies were performed on the pa.turients in their first confinement a. a.ra.e of 64.5% a.d the ma.ority of repa.rs were performed by the Registra. a. a.ra.e of 65.0%. Informed consent wa. obta.ned from 45.79% of pa.turients while 54.21% were not informed before the episiotomy wa. a.ministered. Only 55.3% of the pa.turient received a.a.gesia.before episiotomy wa. a.ministered. The ma.ority of the pa.turients ha. their episiotomy repa.red between 10 - 15 minutes a. a.ra.e of 40.3%. Postopera.ive pa.n a. the ra.e of 44.5% wa. the most common complica.ion a.d dyspa.eunia.a. a.form of sexua. complica.ion wa. the commonest a. a.ra.e of 31.3%. Conclusion: The pa.turient needs to be properly counselled before a.ministra.ion of episiotomy a.d a.equa.e a.a.gesia.should be given, a. episiotomy is a.surgica. procedure. Proper tra.ning of hea.th workers on both the technique of a.ministering a.d repa.ring episiotomy is importa.t. Restrictive use of routine episiotomy in primigra.ida. is a.vised to reduce the ra.e of episiotomy.
