The main goal of the work is to increase the accuracy of the anthropomorphic manipulator master⁃slave teleoperation by calculating the coordinates of the operator’s arm *** master device is an exoskeleton worn on the operator’s arm,and the slave device is an anthropomorphic manipulator.A method based on the solution of the forward kinematics and empirical simplifications is proposed in this *** position of the nodal points of the exoskeleton was calculated by solving the direct kinematics *** coordinates of the operator’s arm joints,which were rigidly connected to the exoskeleton nodal points,were calculated *** the operator’s arm elbow joint,which was flexibly connected to the exoskeleton,an empirical relation was *** simplified the calculation of the elbow joint *** experiment showed a decrease in the mismatch between the operator’s arm angles and the manipulator joint angles from 20.7°to 2.9°.The proposed method increases the convenience of the master⁃slave control.

This study aimed to evaluate the suitability of two bioaerosol generation systems（dry and wet generation） for the aerosolization of microorganisms isolated from the international Space Station, and to calibrate the produced bioaerosols to fulfill the requirements of computational fluid dynamics model（CFD） validation. Concentration, stability, size distribution, agglomeration of generated bioaerosol and deposition of bioaerosols were analyzed. in addition, the dispersion of non-viable particles in the air was *** proved that wet generation from microbial suspensions could be used for the production of well-calibrated and stabile bioaerosols for model validation. For the simulation of the natural release of fungal spores, a dry generation method should be used. This study showed that the used CFD model simulated the spread of non-viable particles fairly well. The mathematical deposition model by Lai and Nazaroff could be used to estimate the deposition velocities of bioaerosols on surfaces, although it somewhat underestimated the measured deposition velocities.

During the process of cross wedge rolling of aluminum alloy hollow shaft, the evolution of its microstructure has an important influence on the mechanical properties of the rolled piece. in order to obtain the microstructure evolution law of aluminum alloy hollow shaft in cross wedge rolling without mandrel, a finite element model is constructed through the finite element software Deform-3D. The influences of rolling temperature, sectional shrinkage,spreading angle and forming angle on the average grain size of rolled piece are studied by numerical simulation of microstructure evolution. The cellular automata method reveals the inherent relationship between the process parameters and the evolution of the microstructure, and provides a reference for optimizing the rolling process parameters of aluminum alloy hollow shafts and improving the forming quality. The results show that the average grain size of the rolled piece increases with the increase of the rolling temperature, decreases with the increase of the sectional shrinkage,and decreases first and then increases with the increase of the spreading angle, and changes little with the increase of the forming angle.

The graphene/mesocarbon microbead(MCMB)composite is assessed as an anode material with a high capacity for lithium-ion *** composite electrode exhibits improved cycling stability and rate capability,delivering a high initial charge/discharge capacity of 421.4 mA·h/g/494.8 mA·h/g as well as an excellent capacity retention over 500 cycles at a current density of 40 mA/*** a higher current density of 800 mA/g,the electrode still retains 35%of its initial capacity which exceeds the capacity retention of pure graphene or MCMB reference *** voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the composite electrode favors electrochemical kinetics as compared with graphene and MCMB *** electrochemical properties suggest a strong synergetic effect between highly conductive graphene and MCMB.

into the study of quasi-relaxation, in the past researches it has been concluded that the condition of meta-stability in the metallic specimen is given by the plasticity explained by the plastic energy in the process of the quasi-relaxation. it is calculated through quasi-relaxation functional of this energy to obtain a spectra in the space D(σ – ε;t), that induces the existence of functions φ(t), and Ψ(t), related with the fundamental curves of quasi-relaxation given by σ(t), with their poles in , which is got in the maximum of stress given by σ0 = σ1. Also the tensor of plastic deformation that represents the plastic load during the application of specimen machine, cannot be obtained without poles in the space D(σ;t), corresponding the curves calculated into the space D(σ – ε;t), by curves that in the kinetic process of quasi-relaxation are represented by experimental curves in coordinates log σ – t. This situation cannot be eluded, since in this phenomena exist dislocations that go conform fatigue in the nano-crystalline structure of metals. From this point of view, is necessary to obtain a spectral study related to the energy using functions that permits the modeling and compute the states of quasi-relaxation included in the poles in the deformation problem to complete the solutions in the space D(σ – ε;t), and try a new method of solution of the differential equations of the quasi-relaxation analysis. in a nearly future development, the information obtained by this spectral study (by our integral transforms), will be able to give place to the programming through the spectral encoding of the materials in the meta-stability state, which is propitious to a nano-technological transformation of materials, concrete case, some metals.

Association of rare SPiNK1 gene mutation with another base substitution in chronic pancreatitis patients

AiM: To verify and expand the known spectrum of serine protease inhibitor Kazal type 1 (SPiNK1) gene mutations in chronic pancreatitis. METHODS: DNA extracted from 172 chronic pancreatitis patients was assayed for SPiNK1 gene mutations by PCR and DNA sequencing. A control cohort of 90 unrelated healthy individuals was analysed by the same methods for presence of common populational polymorphisms, and frequency of five-loci haplotypes was calculated. Linkages of gene aberrations in single SPiNK1 gene copies were analysed by long-distance PCR followed by allele-specifi c PCR and DNA sequencing. RESULTS: The most frequent SPiNK1 gene mutation N34S was found at a frequency of 6%. Furthermore, we detected the heterozygous intervening sequence (iVS) 3 + 2 T > C mutated gene in 2 German patients and 1 Macedonian chronic pancreatitis patient. in all three SPiNK1 gene copies an additional rare base substitution was found: 5’untranslated region (UTR)-215 G > A. Poly-morphism analysis revealed that all three affected genes carried the same fi ve-loci haplotype. DNA sequencing of another chronic pancreatitis-related gene PRSS1 (cationic trypsinogen) did not reveal any mutations in these 3 ***: We found in 3 (2%) of 172 chronic pancreatitis patients an iVS3 + 2 T > C SPiNK1 gene mutation and a base substitution 5’UTR-215 G > A inthe same gene copy. Most probably the 5’UTR-215 G >A represents a rare polymorphism and not a mutationas previously concluded. Haplotype analysis suggests acommon origin of the iVS3 + 2 T > C mutation in thesepatients.
