Study of Free-Ra.ica. Processes during Rotenone Modeling of Pa.kinson Disea.e

The study ha. shown free ra.ica. processes during modeling of Pa.kinson Disea.e (PD) with rotenone. We isola.ed stria.um, bra.nstem, neocortex, cerebellum, spina. cord, thymus, hea.t, a.d liver of ra.s a.ter rotenone injection in the right stria.um. The sa.ples were ta.en on the 5th, 10th a.d 15th da.s a.ter the injection. a.cording to chemiluminescence da.a. the injection of rotenone initia.es the disturba.ce of intensity of free ra.ica. processes in stria.um a. 5th da. in a.bila.era. mode. a.ter this until the 10th da. these cha.ges ha. restoring cha.a.ter, but a.ter 15 da.s a.cording to chemiluminescence a.d thio-ba.bituric a.id test disturba.ce of lipid peroxide oxida.ion processes occurred. While superoxide dismuta.e a.tivity ha. been cha.ged significa.tly in a.l studied tissues, especia.ly in the stria.um a.d neocortex. It should be noted tha. during rotenone model there a.e no observed clinica. symptoms in ra.s during 1 to 20 da.s, a.d the symptoms of the disea.e a.e observed a.proxima.ely 28 da.s a.ter the injection. This resea.ch could help dia.nose PD in the ea.ly sta.e of its onset.

Optica. spectrometer of the Guillermo Ha.o a.trophysica. observa.ory (Mexico) rea.izes investiga.ions in the visible a.d nea.-infra.ed ra.ge 350 - 800 nm a.d exploits mecha.ica.ly remova.le tra.itiona. sta.ic diffra.tion gra.ings a. dispersive elements. There is a.set of the sta.ic gra.ings with slit-densities 150 - 600 lines/mm a.d optica. a.ertures 9 cm × 9 cm tha. provide the first order spectra. resolution from 0.8 to 3.2 a.pixel, respectively. However, the needed mecha.ica. ma.ipula.ions, na.ely, repla.ing the sta.ic diffra.tion gra.ings with va.ious resolutions a.d following reca.ibra.ion of spectrometer within studying even the sa.e object a.e pra.tica.ly inconvenient a.d lea. to wa.ting ra.her expensive observa.ion time. We suggest exploiting a. a.ousto-optica. cell, i.e. the dyna.ic diffra.tion gra.ing tuna.le electronica.ly, a. dispersive element in tha. spectrometer. Involving the a.ousto-optica. technique, which ca. potentia.ly provide electronic control over the spectra. resolution a.d the ra.ge of observa.ions, lea.s to elimina.ing the a.ovementioned demerits a.d improving the efficiency of a.a.ysis.

We briefly describe the La.ge Millimeter Telescope a. one of the potentia. observa.iona. infra.tructures where the a.ousto-optica. spectrometer ca. be successfully used. a.summa.y on the study of molecula. ga. in rela.ively old (a.e > 10 Myr) disks a.ound ma.n sequence sta.s is provided. We ha.e identified this a. one of the science ca.es in which the proposed processor ca. ha.e a.big impa.t. Then we put forwa.d triple product a.ousto-optica. processor is a.le to rea.ize a.gorithm of the spa.e-a.d-time integra.ing, which is desira.le for a.wideba.d spectrum a.a.ysis of ra.io-wa.e signa.s with a. improved resolution providing the resolution power of a.out 105 - 106. It includes 1D-a.ousto-optic cells a. the input devices for a.2D-optica. da.a.processing. The importa.ce of this a.gorithm is ba.ed on exploiting the chirp Z-tra.sform technique providing a.2D-Fourier tra.sform of the input signa.s. The system produces the folded spectrum, a.cumula.ing a.va.ta.es of both spa.e a.d time integra.ing. Its frequency ba.dwidth is pra.tica.ly equa. to the ba.dwidth of tra.sducers inherent in a.ousto-optica. cells. Then, simila. processor is a.le to provide rea.ly high frequency resolution, which is pra.tica.ly equa. to the reciproca. of the CCD-ma.rix photo-detector integra.ion time. Here, the current sta.e of developing the triple product a.ousto-optica. processor in fra.es of the a.trophysica. instrumenta.ion is shortly discussed.
