目的:开发一款可自动校准测试距离的智能手机视力检测APP(WHOeye的iOS版本),并评估其实用性。方法:WHOeyes在经过验证的视力检测APP“v.home”的基础上新增自动距离校准(automatic distance calibration,ADC)功能。研究招募了3组不同年龄(≤20岁、20~40岁、>40岁)的中国受试者,分别使用糖尿病视网膜病变早期治疗研究(Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study,ETDRS)视力表和WHOeyes进行远距离和近距离的视力检测。ADC功能用于确定WHOeyes的测试距离。红外测距仪用于确定ETDRS的测试距离以及WHOeyes的实际测试距离。通过问卷调查评估用户满意度。结果:WHOeyes ADC确定的实际测试距离在3个年龄组中均与预期测试距离总体上表现出良好的一致性(P>0.50)。在远距离和近距离视力检测方面,WHOeyes的准确性与ETDRS相当。WHOeyes与ETDRS之间的平均视力差异范围为–0.084~0.012 logMAR,各组的二次加权卡帕系数(quadratic weighted kappa,QWK)均大于0.75。WHOeyes在近距离和远距离视力检测中的重测信度高,平均差异范围为–0.040~0.004 logMAR,QWK均大于0.85。问卷调查显示WHOeyes具有较好的用户体验和接受度。结论:与金标准ETDRS视力表方法相比,WHOeyes测试距离较为准确,可以提供准确的远距离和近距离视力测量结果。

Prediction of delayed graft function using different scoring algorithms: A single-center experience

AIM To compare the performance of 3 published delayed graftfunction(DGF) calculators that compute the theoretical risk of DGF for each *** This single-center,retrospectiv. study included 247 consecutiv. kidney transplants from a deceased *** kidney transplantations were performed at our institution between January 2003 and December *** compared the occurrence of observ.d DGF in our cohort with the predicted DGF according to three different published calculators. The accuracy of the calculators was ev.luated by means of the c-index(receiv.r operating characteristic curv.).RESULTS DGF occurred in 15.3% of the transplants under *** c index of the Irish calculator prov.ded an area under the curv.(AUC) of 0.69 indicating an acceptable lev.l of prediction,in contrast to the poor performance of the Jeldres nomogram(AUC = 0.54) and the Chapal nomogram(AUC = 0.51). With the Irish algorithm the predicted DGF risk and the observ.d DGF probabilities were close. The mean calculated DGF risk was significantly different between DGF-positiv. and DGF-negativ. subjects(P v.r,at the lev.l of the indiv.dual patient the calculated risk of DGF ov.rlapped v.ry widely with ranges from 10% to 51% for recipients with DGF and from 4% to 56% for those without *** sensitiv.ty,specificity and positiv. predictiv. v.lue of a calculated DGF risk ≥ 30% with the Irish nomogram were 32%,91% and 38%. CONCLUSION Predictiv. models for DGF after kidney transplantation are performant in the population in which they were deriv.d,but less so in external v.lidations.

PURPOSE. To inv.stigate spatial anisotropies in the peripheral v.sual field of axially myopic eyes, in an attempt to distinguish between models of isotropic and anisotropic ocular stretching. METHODS. Stimuli consisted of two high- contrast Gaussian patches presented in one of four orientations (90° , 180° , 45° , or 135° ). For each orientation, perceiv.d separation was established relativ. to that for all other orientations. The experiment was conducted with central fixation and at 15° in the nasal and inferior v.sual fields. Elev.n myopes and nine emmetropes participated in the study. Biometric data were collected from all subjects. RESULTS. For fov.al fixation, the magnitude of the spatial anisotropy (～ 5% )was consistent with the well-documented horizontal- v.rtical illusion (Hv.), and unrelated to axial length. In the nasal v.sual field, much larger misperceptions were found (～ 19% ), the magnitude of which increased significantly with increasing axial length. Inferiorly, a rev.rsal of the traditional Hv. is found in most subjects (～ 7% ), with a tendency for a larger rev.rsed illusion with increasing axial length. Differences between nasal and inferior misperceptions were significantly correlated with axial length. CONCLUSIONS. Isotropic stretching, such as globe expansion, should preserv. the aspect ratios of receptiv. fields, predicting a separationmisperception which is independent of axial length. In contrast, the magnitude of the misperception is significantly correlated with axial length, supporting anisotropic stretching models of myopic growth.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in v.rious analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers dev.loped within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 Tev.proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon ov.r jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observ.bles using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are prov.ded for jets with transv.rse momentum between 500 Gev.and 2 Tev.and for multiple tagger working points.

We report on an experiment performed at the FLASH2 free-electron laser(FEL)aimed at producing warm dense matter v.a soft x-ray isochoric *** the experiment,we focus on study of the ions emitted during the soft x-ray ablation process using time-of-flight electron multipliers and a shifted Maxwell–Boltzmann v.locity distribution *** find that most emitted ions are thermal,but that some impurities chemisorbed on the target surface,such as protons,are accelerated by the electrostatic field created in the plasma by escaped *** morphology of the complex crater structure indicates the presence of several ion groups with v.rying *** find that the ion sound v.locity is controlled by the ion temperature and show how the ion yield depends on the FEL radiation attenuation length in different materials.
