AIM: To evaluate the effects of two different doses of sugammadex after maintenance anesthesia with sevofluorane and remifentanil and deep rocuroniuminduced neuromuscular blockade(NMB).METHODS: Patients between 20 and 65 years of age, with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification Ⅰ-Ⅱ, undergoing gynecological surgery were included in a prospective, comparative and randomized study. NMB was induced with an injection of 0.6 mg/kg of rocuronium followed by continuous infusion of 0.3-0.6 mg/kg per hour to maintain a deep block. Anesthesia was maintained with sevofluorane and remifentanil. Finally, when surgery was finished, a bolus of 2 mg/kg(group A) or 4 mg/kg(group B) of sugammadex was applied when the NMB first response in the train-of-four was reached. The primary clinical endpoint was time to recovery to a train-of-four ratio of 0.9. Other variables recorded were the time until recovery of train-of-four ratio of 0.7, 0.8, hemodynamic variables(arterial blood pressure and heart rate at baseline, starting sugammadex, and minutes 2, 5 and 10) and adverse events were presented after one hour in the post-anesthesia care ***: Thirty-two patients were included in the study: 16 patients in group A and 16 patients in group B. Only 14 patients each group were recorded because arterial pressure values were lost in two patients from each group in minute 10. The two groups were comparable. Median recovery time from starting of sugammadex administration to a train-of-four ratio of 0.9 in group A and B was 129 and 110 s, *** estimated difference in recovery time between groups was 24 s(95%CI: 0 to 45 s, Hodges-Lehmann estimator), entirely within the predefined equivalence interval. The first photometric solution in the B,V,Rcand Icfilters of the short period V1833 Ori eclipsing binary is presented based on new ground-based CCD photometric *** analyzed the BVRI photometric light curves of the system,using PHOEBE 0.31 a,a binary star modeling program,with the Wilson-Devinney method based on Roche geometry to achieve the best accordance with the photometric observations to determine their absolute parameters from the light *** updated the ephemeris of V1833 Ori using two new light curve minima derived by our new observational data from those collected in the literature and analyzed the change of the system’s orbital *** O-C analysis indicates that the variations of the orbital period of V1833 Ori with time are increasing at a rate of 3.03 ×10-7days *** distance of V1833 Ori is 173.7 ± 15.6 *** the solutions,we find that V1833 Ori is an A-subtype W UMa overcontact binary with q=0.701 mass ratio and f=1.14 fill-out *** HR diagram positions of the eclipsing binary system’s components are *** system’s absolute dimensions were compared to those of similar binaries in the log Teff-log L,logM-logL,1 ogM-logR and logM-log J0diagrams.

In this study, a commercial cube-shaped open-celled cellulose sponge adsorbent was modified by in-situ co-precipitation of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPION) and used to remove As(V) from aqueous solutions. Fe K-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS) and TEM identified maghemite as the main iron phase of the SPION nanoparticles with an average size 13 nm. Batch adsorption experiments at 800 mg/L showed a 63% increase of adsorption capacity when loading 2.6 wt.% mass fraction of SPION in the *** determination of the adsorption thermodynamic parameters indicated that the As(V) adsorption on the composite material is a spontaneous and exothermic *** K-edge XAS results confirmed that the adsorption enhancement on the composite can be attributed to the nanoparticles loaded. In addition, adsorbed As(V) did not get reduced to more toxic As(Ⅲ) and formed a binuclear corner-sharing complex with SPION. The advantageous cube-shape of the sponge-loaded SPION composite together with its high affinity and good adsorption capacity for As(V), good regeneration capability and the enhanceddiffusion attributed to its open-celled structure make this adsorbent a good candidate for industrial applications.

The Astrophysics Directorate of CONIDA has installed two radio spectrometer stations belonging to the e-CALLISTO network in Lima,*** their strategic location near the Equator,it is possible to observe the Sun evenly throughout the whole *** receiver located at Pucusana,nearby the capital city of Lima,took data from October 2014 until August 2016 in the metric and decimetric bands looking for radio *** this period,this e-CALLISTO detector was unique in its time-zone *** asses the suitability of the sites and the performance of the antennas,we analyzed the radio ambient background and measured their radiation pattern and *** demonstrate the capabilities of the facilities for studying solar dynamics in these radio frequencies,we have selected and analyzed typeⅢSolar Radio *** study of this kind of burst helps to understand the electron beams traversing the solar corona and the solar atmospheric *** have characterized the most common radio bursts with the following mean values:a negative drift rate of-25.8±3.7 MHz s^(-1),a duration of 2.6±0.3 s and 35 MHz bandwidth in the frequency range of 114 to 174 *** addition,for some events,it was possible to calculate a global frequency drift which on average was 0.4±0.1 MHz s^(-1).

Laguna de Encinillas, located in Chihuahua, Mexico, is an ephemeral lake situated within a playa lake sedimentary depositional environment. This region plays a significant role in the aquifer supplying water to Chihuahua City. A surficial soil sampling campaign was conducted in 2017, 2018, and 2021 to assess the potential impact of surface soil composition on groundwater quality. The collected soil samples were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) following microwave-assisted digestion. The analytical results were employed to generate spatial distribution maps of elemental concentrations using QGIS, applying interpolation methods such as inverse distance weighting (IDW) and Kriging. The analysis revealed elevated concentrations of beryllium (Be), calcium (Ca), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), magnesium (Mg), and strontium (Sr) in the eastern part of the study area. In contrast, arsenic (As) and iron (Fe) were more prevalent in the western sector. Notably, high levels of barium (Ba), silver (Ag), cobalt (Co), potassium (K), and scandium (Sc) were identified in the northeastern region. At the same time, nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti), and vanadium (V) were concentrated in the northern portion. Manganese (Mn) was particularly prominent in the southern area. The geogenic source of these elements is likely linked to the volcanic rocks from the surrounding mountain ranges.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between soil biota such as microbial activity,soil fauna(e.g.,earthworms and enchytraeids),and soil physical and chemical *** study area was located in Pieniny National Park(PNP)in the Carpathian Mountains in southern *** samples were collected from six forest monitoring areas of PNP from two soil layers(at 0–15 cm and 15–30 cm down,respectively).The investigated soils were classified to eutric cambisols and had silt or silt loam soil *** analysis,soil aggregate stability index was connected with other physical,chemical,and biological soil *** was noted that the stability index of 3 mm to 5 mm soil aggregates influenced pH and dissolved organic *** stability index of 2 mm to 3 mm soil aggregates was positively correlated with dissolved organic carbon,soil moisture,microbial biomass carbon,total organic carbon,total nitrogen,and enchytraeid density,and negatively correlated with bulk density,particle density,porosity,and permanent wilting *** stability index of 1 mm to 2 mm soil aggregates was positively correlated with total nitrogen,enchytraeid and earthworm density and negatively correlated with particle density,porosity,and permanent wilting *** study has shown what factors create a stable soil structure in the forest soils of PNP.
