By inserting an ultrathin Pt layer at Co/Ru interface,we established antiferromagnetic coupling with outof-plane magnetization in Co/Ru/Co film stacks fabricated by *** achieve configuration suitable for free layer,the magnetic properties of the stacks have been investigated by changing the thickness of Co,Ru and Pt layers using an orthogonal wedges *** is found that magnetic properties for upper Co layer thinner than 0.5 nm are sensitive to little change in Ru *** continuity of upper Co layer by slightly increasing the thickness can effectively increase the squareness of minor *** switching magnetization of synthetic antiferromagnetic（SAF） structure is achieved by DC current under an in-plane static magnetic field of ± 500 *** structure is very promising for free layer in spintronic application.

Accurately simulating the geographical distribution and temporal variability of global surface ozone has long been one of the principal components of chemistry-climate ***,the simulation outcomes have been reported to vary significantly as a result of the complex mixture of uncertain factors that control the tropospheric ozone *** the cross-model discrepancies to achieve higher accuracy predictions of surface ozone is thus a task of priority,and methods that overcome structural biases in models going beyond naïve averaging of model simulations are urgently *** on the Coupled model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CmIP6),we have transplanted a conventional ensemble learning approach,and also constructed an innovative 2-stage enhanced space-time Bayesian neural network to fuse an ensemble of 57 simulations together with a prescribed ozone dataset,both of which have realised outstanding performances(R2>0.95,RmSEthe conventional ensemble learning approach is computationally cheaper and results in higher overall performance,but at the expense of oceanic ozone being overestimated and the learning process being *** Bayesian approach performs better in spatial generalisation and enables perceivable interpretability,but induces heavier computational *** of these multi-stage machine learning-based approaches provide frameworks for improving the fidelity of composition-climate model outputs for uses in future impact studies.

Seasonality study of Paleolithic archaeological faunal assemblages is important for reconstructing modes of animal death and ancient hominin strategies for prey acquisition. the dental cementum of animal teeth records the season of an individual animal in which it died, providing the necessary evidence for determining any patterns in season of death. this article presents the procedure and preliminary results of the application of cementum incremental analysis to equid teeth, which comprise the dominant component of the fauna from the Xujiayao Site—an early Late Pleistocene archaeological site in China. Results show multi-seasonal use in both the upper and lower layers of this site. Furthermore, attention is given to the method's future application in seasonality studies at Paleolithic archaeological sites in China.

misfoldedα-synudein is a major component of Lewy bodies,which are a hallmark of Parkinson's disease(PD).A large body of evidence shows thatα-synuclein can aggregate into amyloid fibrils,but the relationship between a-synuclein self-assembly and Lewy body formation remains ***,we show,both in vitro and in a Caenorhabditis elegans model of PD,thatα-synuclein undergoes liquid-liquid phase separation by forming a liquid droplet state,which converts into an amyloid-rich hydrogel with Lewy-body-like *** maturation process towards the amyloid state is delayed in the presence of model synaptic vesicles in *** together,these results suggest that the formation of Lewy bodies may be linked to the arrested maturation ofα-synuclein condensates in the presence of lipids and other cellular components.

Biochar can enhance crop production and sequester carbon,but there have been few studies with tree *** plantations cover more than 8 million hectares in Southeast Asia,so we assessed the feasibility of biochar application in these plantations with a pot *** seedlings were planted in soil with four concentrations(0,1.25%,2.5% and 5%,w/w)of biochar combined with two concentrations of compound fertilizer(0 kg/ha and 300 kg/ha).Soil properties and seedling growth were measured,and a leaching experiment was conducted in the rainy *** results show that biochar increased pH,water content(27.4-65.1%),total carbon(25.4-53.6%),nitrate nitrogen,and available phosphorus in the soil,and decreased bulk density(3.2-23.9%).Biochar treatment reduced leaching of ammonium nitrogen and *** increased seedling nutrient uptake(C,N,P and K),with 2.5% and 5% biochar showing the largest effects,but seedling biomass was the highest with 1.25%,and declined in 2.5% and 5%.Our results suggest that biochar addition is an effective way to improve rubber plantation soils,sequester more carbon and decrease nutrient leaching,but the optimum application rate under field conditions needs further research.

肌腱、韧带及其附着点的病变与很多骨肌系统的炎性和退行性疾病密切相关。mRI因具有良好的组织分辨率,在骨肌软组织病变的诊断中具有较大优势,但正常肌腱和附着点的横向弛豫时间(t2)较短,目前常规mRI序列几乎没有信号,这为肌腱及附着点的mRI特性的研究带来了极大的困难。该研究使用新型3.0 t磁共振三维超短回波时间(3D UtE)序列和11.7 t常规mRI序列对正常肌腱和附着点结构显示。
