ESystems based on EHRs(Electronic health records)have been in use for many years and their amplified realizations have been felt *** still have been pioneering collections of massive volumes of health *** detections involve discovering records referring to the same practical components,indicating tasks,which are generally dependent on several input parameters that experts *** linkage specifies the issue of finding identical records across various data *** similarity existing between two records is characterized based on domain-based similarity functions over different ***-duplication of one dataset or the linkage of multiple data sets has become a highly significant operation in the data processing stages of different data mining *** objective is to match all the records associated with the same *** measures have been in use for representing the quality and complexity about data linkage algorithms,and many other novel metrics have been *** outline of the problem existing in themeasurement of data linkage and de-duplication quality and complexity is *** article focuses on the reprocessing of health data that is horizontally divided among data custodians,with the purpose of custodians giving similar features to sets of *** first step in this technique is about an automatic selection of training examples with superior quality from the compared record pairs and the second step involves training the reciprocal neuro-fuzzy inference system(RANFIS)*** the Optimal Threshold classifier,it is presumed that there is information about the original match status for all compared record pairs(i.e.,Ant Lion Optimization),and therefore an optimal threshold can be computed based on the respective ***,Clinical Decision(CD),and Cork Open Research Archive(CORA)data repository help analyze the proposed method with evaluated benchmarks with current techniques.

Effect of Base Width and Stiffness of the Structure on Period of Vibration of RC Framed Buildings in Seismic Analysis

Fundamental natural period of vibration T of the building is an important parameter for evaluation of seismic base shear. Empirical equations given in the Indian seismic code for the calculation of the fundamental period of a framed structure, primarily as a function of height, do not consider the effect of stiffness of the structure, base dimensions of the structure, number of panels in both the directions, amount of infill and properties of the infill. The fundamental period can be evaluated using simplified expressions found in codes, which are based on earthquake recordings in existing buildings, laboratory tests, numerical or analytical computations. These technical codes provide expressions which depend on basic parameters such as building height or number of stories. Building periods predicted by these expressions are widely used in practice although it has been observed that there is scope for further improvement in these equations since the height alone is inadequate to explain period variability. It is also known that the period of a RC frame structure differs depending on whether the longitudinal or transverse direction of the structure is considered. The aim of this study is to find the effects of building base width in both the directions, stiffness of the structure etc. and to predict the fundamental period of vibration of reinforced concrete buildings with moment resisting frames (MRF). A few examples of dynamic analysis are presented in this study to show the effect of base dimensions and stiffness of the structure in calculating the time period of the structure. And it is recommended to be incorporated in the formula for evaluating the natural period of vibration of structures.

目的:探讨机化性肺炎(organizing pneumonia,OP)与肺癌的影像学特征,提高CT对机化性肺炎和肺癌的鉴别诊断价值。资料和方法:回顾性研究8例已经进行病理检查证实的OP患者,随机选择31例肺癌患者作为对照组。比较两组临床特征、CT表现及病变强化模式。本次研究已通过延边大学附属医院伦理委员会批准。患者主要临床表现为咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、胸痛、气促、发热等,本研究主要集中在CT表现的对比分析。通过两独立样本t检验和卡方(χ2)检验比较两组的结果。P0.05)。结论:对局灶性机化性肺炎及肺癌的CT表现、分布及临床特点的详细分析有助于分辩两者的鉴别诊断

Broadcasting with Controlled Redundancy and Improved Localization in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks （WSNs） consist of sensor nodes that broadcast a message within a network. Efficient broadcasting is a key requirement in sensor networks and has been a focal point of research over the last few years. There are many challenging tasks in the network, including redundancy control and sensor node localization that mainly depend on broadcasting. In this paper, we propose a broadcasting algorithm to control redundancy and improve localization （BACRIL） in WSNs. The proposed algorithm incorporates the benefits of the gossip protocol for optimizing message broadcasting within the network. Simulation results show a controlled level of redundancy, which is up to 57.6% if the number of sensor nodes deployed in a 500 m×500 m area are increased from 50 to 500.

A Practical Solution for Location Estimation in Manually Deployed Wireless Sensor Networks

This paper addresses the existing research and adds another aspect of functionality by incorporating pertinent sensor nodes to provide a dynamic location discovery and estimation. The software used provides an easy graphical user interface to visualize a particular location in accordance with geographical latitude and longitude. A simple real time location estimation technique is worked out for wireless sensor networks based on manual deployment of sensors. The proposed scheme finds more efficient solutions with less quantity of sensors as compared to existing deployment schemes. The set up is evaluated exclusively in real environments using IRIS sensor nodes supported by a global positioning system module to provide visualization of an outdoor location. The results are offered by Google Earth application.

Influence of Rising Atmospheric CO<sub>2</sub>Concentrations and Temperature on Morpho-Physiological Traits and Yield of Rice Genotypes in Sub Humid Climate of Eastern India

A possible scenario for the end of the 21st century is that the atmospheric CO2 concentration will be in the range of 510 - 760 μl·L-I and that the mean global temperature will be 1.5°C - 4.5°C higher than present day. One of the pre-eminent manifestations of climate change is the increase in atmospheric CO2 concentration. Both CO2 and temperature are the key variables of global climate and may cause significant changes in crop productivity. An experiment was conducted inside open top chamber (OTCs) in kharif season 2014 to evaluate the effects of CO2 enrichment and temperature rise with condition OTC1 (ambient condition), OTC2 (25% higher CO2 than ambient), OTC3 (25% higher CO2 + 2°C >ambient temperature) and OTC4 (2°C >ambient temperature) on physiological traits and yield of rice genotypes to identify the suitable genotypes for changing climatic conditions. The study revealed that rice genotypes performed better under elevated CO2, with slight changes in development, such as growth and in yield attributing traits, depending on the genotypes. However, the beneficial direct impact of elevated (CO2) on crop yield can be counteract by elevated temperatures. Rice genotype IR83376-B-B-24-2 was highly responsive while IR84895-B-127-CRA-5-1-1 was least responsive toward elevated CO2. Physiological traits like relative water content (RWC %), membrane stability index (MSI %), chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and TSS content were improved under elevated CO2. However, responses of these traits were negative with elevated temperature. We point out that studies related to changes in crop physiology and yield as a consequence of global climatic changes should be a priority due to their association with food security.

Cope's sign and complete heart block secondary to acute cholecystitis: A case report

Rationale: Cope's sign is reflex bradycardia seen in the patient presenting with symptoms of acute cholecystitis. This bradycardia may be due to vagally mediated cardio-biliary reflex. Many of these reflexes due to acute cholecystitis have similar clinical features (some electrocardiographic changes like bradycardia, complete heart block, and asystole) mimicking that of acute coronary syndrome. Patient's concern: A 60-year old male presented with symptoms of acute cholecystitis and referred to the emergency department with complete heart block and abdominal pain with hypotension requiring an emergency temporary pacemaker. Diagnosis: Cope's sign and complete heart block. Intervention: Emergency temporary cardiac pacemaker insertion. Outcomes: The patient was discharged after three days with regular follow-up and advice for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Lessons: Complete heart block or any symptomatic bradycardia associated with abdominal pain should be under consideration of cholecystitis that may be associated with either presence or absence of gall stones due to cardio biliary reflex.

There are wide variations across the states not only in terms of gross enrolment ratio but also with regard to the participation rates of girls and marginalized sections of the *** present genre of privatization that has happened in the recent past has not yielded the desired *** has rather contributed to the truncated and unbalanced growth of higher education besides making it an expensive *** enrolment in research programs is not looking up in proportion to the total enrolment in higher *** allocation to higher education for a long time has remained far from *** Central Government has to play a substantial role in financing of higher *** present wave of educational reforms,initiated by the Central Government,coupled with increased allocation of public resources has aroused optimism in the minds of the *** at the same time it has thrown up massive challenges which on the one hand warrant similar kind of pledge on the part of the State Governments who are the key *** on the other hand the development of capacity at different levels to transform these resources into tangible results in respect of increased access,equity and quality as well as in teaching and research.
