由于近年来女足运动在世界范围内逐渐风行,关于女足的科学研究,尤其是关于运动员性格和需求的研究显著增多,尽管其数量还无法和男足研究相匹敌。迄今为止,只有两篇已发表的科学研究对这一领域的研究进行过综述,但其中一篇发表于大约20年前,那时女足运动尚处于起步阶段,只有少数几篇研究报告。另一篇综述较新,但主要关注优秀女足运动员的运动和训练需求,没有包括较低竞技水平和较年轻女运动员的内容。因此,这一领域需要一份更新的综述研究。本文旨在综述目前已发表的一系列关于女足运动员特有的性格及比赛要求的研究。文献中的参数均值由于运动员的竞技水平和场上位置不同而各不相同,如年龄(12—27岁)、身高(155—174cm)、体重(48—72kg)、体脂(13%—29%)、最大摄氧量(45.1—55.5mL/kg/min)、Yo-Yo间歇冲刺测试水平1(780—1379m)、最大心率(189—202bpm)、30m冲刺时间(4.34—4.96s),以及下蹲跳或垂直跳(28—50cm)等。教练和相关人员以及一些特殊方面应该注意,如月经周期、可能的怀孕和哺乳期、常规损伤风险(尤其是膝部和头部),以及相关健康问题(如女运动员三联症、缺铁、贫血等),这些可能影响到女球员的足球水平、健康状况和回归赛场。女足比赛中奔跑全程(4—13km)、高速奔跑距离(0.2—1.7km),平均/峰值心率(74%—87%/94%—99%HRmax),平均/峰值摄氧量(52%—77%/96%—98%VO2max),血乳酸(2.2—7.3mmol/L)平均值也因运动员的竞技水平和位置不同而有差异。方法的差异也会导致报告数值不同。最后,本文还致力于确定女足运动领域尚需进一步研究的空白并得出实际性建议。本文客观地提供了不同层次女足运动员性格及需求的相关文献,帮助教练和运动科学家设计更高效的训练计划和有科学依据的战略,从而进一步提高球员的足球水平和健康状况,并提升这项运动的正面形象。

AIM: To evaluate the treatment of pediatric functional chronic intestinal constipation (FCIC) with a probiotic goat yogurt. METHOdS: A crossover double-blind formula-controlled trial was carried out on 59 students (age range: 5-15 years) of a public school in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, presenting a FCIC diagnostic, according to Roma Ⅲ criteria. The students were randomized in two groups to receive a goat yogurt supplemented with 109 colony forming unit/mL Bifidobacterium longum (***) (probiotic) daily or only the yogurt for a period of 5 wk (formula). Afterwards, the groups were intercrossed for another 5 wk. defecation frequency, stool consistency and abdominal and defecation pain were ***: Both treatment groups demonstrated improvement in defecation frequency compared to baseline. However, the group treated with probiotic showed most signif icant improvement in the f irst phase of the study. An inversion was observed after crossing over, resulting in a reduction in stool frequency when this group was treated by formula. Probiotic and formula improved stool consistency in the f irst phase of treatment, but the improvement obtained with probiotic was significantly higher (P = 0.03). In the second phase of treatment, the group initially treated with probiotic showed worseningstool consistency when using formula. However, the difference was not signif icant. A signif icant improvement in abdominal pain and defecation pain was observed with both probiotic and formula in the first phase of treatment, but again the improvement was more signif icant for the group treated with B. longum during phase I (P data of the crossover study were analyzed, significant differences were observed between probiotic yogurt and yogurt only for defecation frequency (P = 0.012), defecation pain (P = 0.046) and abdominal pain (P = 0.015).

Sediment size governs advection, controlling the hydraulic conductivity of the stratum, and conduction, influencing the amount of surface area in contact between the sediment particles. To understand the role of sediment particle size on thermal profiles within the hyporheic zone, a statistical approach, involving general summary statistics and time series cross-correlation, was employed. data were collected along two riffles: Site 1: gravel (d50 = 3.9 mm) and Site 2: sand (d50 =0.94 mm).Temperature probe grids collected 15-minute temperature data at 30, 60, 90, and140cm below the streambed surface over a 6 month period. Surface water and air temperature were recorded. diel temperature signal penetration depth was limited to the upper 30cm of the streambed and was driven by advection. Surface seasonal trends were detected at greater depths, indicating that thermal pulses are transmitted initially by advection and by conduction to areas deeper in the hyporheic zone. Site 1 showed a high degree of thermal heterogeneity via a localized downwelling zone within a gaining stream environment. Site 2 exhibited a vertically and horizontally homogenized thermal environment attributed to an increased amount of sand sediments that limited advection and significant groundwater discharge that mediated the effects of downwelling surface water.

实习在高等教育中越来越受欢迎[1],实习是学生在现实生活中获得第—手工作机会的重要组成部分,而他们可以为将来的职业生涯做好准备。职业期望值高的人愿意接受有挑战性的工作,拥有职业目标,并愿意提高与工作相关的技能[2]。有实习经历的学生比没有实习经历的学生更容易进入职场。这项研究认识到了解学生的职业期望对提高学生对实习经验、技能发展和自我效能感态度的重要性,这些态度可以使学生在未来的职业生涯中获得成功和竞争力。因此,本研究建立了一个研究关系模型,以了解实习经验、技能发展和自我效能感与大学生和在柬埔寨实习的应届毕业生的职业期望之间的关系。其中一个研究问题是“实习经历对实习,学生的职业期望有什么影响?”。对研究模型中建立的各种关系进行了假设,并利用收集到的数据对模型进行了检验。该定量方法适用于确定具有统计意义的结果,并提供对影响的深入了解。问卷调查具有可靠性和有效性。202名参与者通过Facebook的Messenger发送了他们对在线调查的回复。采用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)对调查数据进行频度、描述性、信度和效度分析、探索性因素分析、多重反应、相关分析和多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明,有三个假设得到了支持。实习经历对实习学生的职业期望有正向影响,实习经历对学生的职业期望、技能发展和自我效能感都有影响。在三种实习经历中,实习经历对职业期望的影响最大。然后指出实习经验、技能发展和自我效能感对大学生和应届毕业生未来竞争力职业期望的重要性和影响。这些发现有助于帮助学生认识到提高经验、技能和了解未来职业状况的重要性,以便他们能够训练自己为将来的职业做好准备。

Phosphotungstic acid is an excellent proton conductor that can be incorporated into porous supports, and nanocomposite proton exchange membrane materials made from mesoporous silica impregnated with phosphotungstic acid have been suggested for use in fuels cells operating> 100 ℃. In this work, quasielastic neutron scattering was used to study proton self-diffusion in mesoporous disordered and P6 mm symmetry silica impregnated with two concentrations of phosphotungstic acid. Overall, the silica structure had a significantly greater effect on proton conduction and diffusion than phosphotungstic acid concentration, with higher proton conduction occurring for the P6 mm symmetry silica samples. Quasielastic neutron scattering revealed two populations of protons diffusing through each sample, and that proton conduction is limited by the slower of these populations, which diffuse via a jump-diffusion mechanism. Whilst the fundamental jump-diffusion mechanism by which these slower protons moved was found to be similar for both silica supports and phosphotungstic acid concentrations, the faster diffusion occurring in P6 mm structured silica arises from a lower residence time of protons moving between sites in the jump-diffusion model, suggesting a lower energy barrier.

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Infectious Spondylodiscitis in Benin’s Children

Aim: To determine the prevalence and risk factor of infectious spondylodiscitis in children in Benin. Patients and Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study over 5 years was conducted in rheumatology and paediatric departments of National Hospital University Hubert Koutoukou Maga of Cotonou among children suffered from osteoarticular disorders. We selected patients with infectious spondylodyscitis. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software. Results: Among 179 children treated for osteo-articular disorders, 29 (16.2%) had infectious spondylodiscitis. There were 11 girls and 18 boys (sex ratio = 1.55). The main symptoms were dominated by low back pain (72.4). Fever was present in 58.6% of patients. Laboratory parameters of inflammation were higher than normal in all of the patients. Paraparesia was present in one case. L2-L3 disc was most affected (45.2% of cases). Mycobacterium tuberculosis was incriminated in 75,8%. Common places germs were dominated by negative baccillus germs (62.5%). The treatment was medical with a minimum duration of 3 months. All patients were immobilized with a lumbostat over a period of 3 months. Sicle cells disease, HIV, no BCG vaccination were the risk factors identified respectively in 9.4%, 11.3% and 16%. Conclusion: diagnosis of spondylodiscitis in children is difficult in our country Keeping in mind unspecific subjective complaints and clinical findings. Early diagnosis uses magnetic resonance imaging which cost high and remains beyond the reach of our patients. Therefore, effective antibiotic therapy should be started promptly as soon as the diagnosis is suspected to avoid serious complications.
