This study develops the approach by Minh & Khanh [1] to the classic Barro and Sala-i-Martin method [2], [3] named “expanded Barro regression method”, and applies this approach in analyzing the convergence of provincial per capita GDP in vietnam over the period of 1991-2007. Different aspects of provincial convergence are considered in this paper. The estimated result on conver-gence from our model is compared to other models.

The objective of this research is to examine impacts of exchange rate volatility and FDI on efficiency of the vietnamese agricultural sector at the provincial level for the period 1998-2011. Due to the characteristic of high uncertainty in agricultural production, the chance-constrained programming model would be used to estimate efficiency of the agricultural production sector. In order to study impacts of exchange rate volatility and FDI, we employ the two-stage model. In the first stage, we use the chance-constrained programming model to measure technical efficiency and ARIMA model to quantify exchange rate volatility. In the second stage, we use the fixed effect model to evaluate impacts of exchange rate volatility and FDI on efficiency of agricultural production in poor and rich provinces. The estimated results show that fluctuation in exchange rate volatility would reduce efficiency in agricultural production but FDI has an insignificant impact on the efficient production in vietnam agricultural sector.

Misallocation means that the source is not distributed efficiently. This leads to an important question of how the relationship between misallocation and efficiency is (see [1]). The purpose of this study is to address the empirical relationship between misallocation and efficiency in the electric and computer industry in vietnam during the 2005-2015 periods. To do this, we built a model that allowed us to evaluate the impact of misallocation and other factors on efficiency. The slack-based measured efficiency (SBM) model (Tone [2]), and the super-efficient model (Tone [3]) are used to estimate the firms’ efficiency. The approach of Hsieh and Klenow [4] is used to measure misallocation in the study area. Estimated results of the model about the relationship between misallocation and efficiency show that the variable representing the misallocation has a negative sign and statistical significance in all models. In other words, the misallocation negatively affects efficiency. The bigger the misallocation, the lower the efficiency.

Traditional HPC （High Performance Computing） cluster is built on top of physical machines. It is usually not practical to reassign these machines to other tasks due to the fact that software installation is time consuming. As a result, these machines are usually dedicated for the cluster usage. virtualization technology provides an abstract layer which allows several different operating systems （with different software packages） running on top of one physical machine. Cloud computing provides an easy way for the user to manage and interact with the computing resources （the virtual machines in this case）. In this work, we demonstrate the feasibility of building a cloud-based cluster for HPC on top of a set of desktop computers that are interconnected by means of Fast Ethernet. Our cluster has several advantages. For instance, the deployment time of the cluster is quite fast： We need only 5 min to deploy a cluster of 30 machines, Besides, several performance benchmarks have been carried out. As expected, the embarrassingly parallel problem has the linear relationship between the performance and the cluster size.

随着经济全球化的趋势不断加强,越南经济发展与世界经济的发展越趋紧密化,越南经济发展愈受国际关注。近些年全球范围内的石油价格和粮食价格的不断上涨,以及越南本国的粮食价格飞涨、流动性过剩和宏观调控的失误使越南的经济发展面临着很多困难,其中最显著的难题就是通货膨胀。越南的货币贬值与物价上涨现象,一定程度上使居民生活受到影响,同时对国家经济发展的稳定也造成影响。近年来,越南政府学者积极探索通货膨胀的治理问题。本文在深入分析越南经济发展的基础上,采用VAR和格兰杰因果检验的实证分析方法,探讨越南2004-2014年通货膨胀的主要影响因素。实证证据表明:第一是国际原油价格对CPI有显著的影响。越南CPI与国际原油价格的各阶滞后期均呈现正比例的变化关系,意味着短期内国际原油价格对其有很明显的影响。国际石油价格对CPI的主要传导途径是通过影响国内原油价格,进一步影响原材料购进价格,进而影响交通运输业价格、用油工业品价格和居民燃气价,最后引起CPI变动。第二是国际大米价格对越南CPI有显著的影响。由于越南是重要的产米大国,同时是世界第二出口国家,国际大米价格对越南CPI有重要的影响。国际大米价格通过外贸途径和期货途径对国内大米价格波动产生影响。第三是汇率对CPI的影响不显著,但CPI对汇率冲击存在响应。在实证的周期内,并不能得到汇率变动影响越南通胀的证据。但对于汇率短期内的冲击,CPI响应较大,滞后3期达到高位,但在5期左右衰减为零。随机经济体开放程度越来越高,越南国内物价变动受到国际汇率变动的影响程度也在提高。第四是利率变动对CPI的影响不显著,且CPI对利率冲击响应很弱。由于越南特定的经济环境中,利率调整对消费者价格指数影响的实证证据并不显著,且对于利率的短期冲击,响应很弱。第五是工业产值变动与CPI存在显著的正相关关系。经济的快速且持续的增长,带动需求的强劲,在一定程度上引起通货膨胀。论文的主要贡献体现在,系统探讨了越南通胀膨胀的主要影响因素,并提供了实证上的证据,并以此对通胀治理提出相应的建议。

Let π=π1-π2 be the difference of two independent proportions related to two populations. We study the test H0:π≥0 against different alternatives, in the Bayesian context. The various Bayesian approaches use standard beta distributions, and are simple to derive and compute. But the more general test H0:π≥η, with η>0, requires more advanced mathematical tools to carry out the computations. These tools, which include the density of the difference of two general beta variables, are presented in the article, with numerical examples for illustrations to facilitate comprehension of results.

作为区域经济发展的新焦点,工业园区星罗棋布、应运而生,工业园区不但收获了经济效益,有的甚至成为了区域的首长工程。目前,各地区政府把工业园区建设作为拉动区域经济增长的新引擎,纷纷制定政策与规划,进而推动工业园区的发展,由于越南工业园区建设起步较晚,建设经验不是很丰富,在工业园区快速发展的背后,也凸现出一些问题,如吸引国外直接投资的政策尚未健全,行政手续尤为复杂、基础设施不完善及交通不太方便,这些因素导致国外企业家对越南北宁省投资的意愿和力度有限。此外,北宁工业园区本身总体规模偏小、集约化不够;园区定位和园区产业结构趋同;缺乏统一的科学规划;园区投资偏低、特色不明;用地难、融资难等。北宁省工业园区作为促进越南经济快速发展的典型代表之一,是越南工业发展的缩影。论文以北宁省工业园区为例,考察北宁省工业园区在吸引国外直接投资方面存在的问题及原因,期望为北宁省工业园区在吸引国外直接投资政策建议的制定提供参考。本文选择越南北宁省工业园区吸引国外直接投资问题研究作为论文的研究题目,首先进行了文献研读,再通过实际调查,数据分析,针对北宁省吸引国外直接投资的现状和问题提出切实可行的改进方案,与此同时,为其他工业园区吸引国外直接投资提供借鉴。全文共分为六章:第1章为绪论,阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义,总结了国内外的相关研究现状,并结合已有的研究成果,明确了本文的研究思路与方法;第2章梳理了越南工业园区吸引国外直接投资实践过程、影响因素及经验,为北宁省工业园区吸引国外直接投资提供借鉴。第3章考察了北宁省工业园区吸引投资的历史、现状;基于上述研究,第4、5章分析了北宁省工业园区吸引国外直接投资存在的问题及其产生的原因,并针对这些问题系统地提出了相应的对策建议;第6章的为研究结论。

In this study,water-dispersible graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))photocatalysts were successively prepared through the chemically oxidative etching of bulk g-C_(3)N_(4) that was polymerized thermally in different calcination atmospheres such as air,CO_(2),and N_(2).The different calcination atmospheres directly influenced the physicochemical and optical properties of both bulk and water-dispersible g-C_(3)N_(4),changing the photocatalytic degradation behavior of methylene blue(MB)and tetracycline hydrochloride(TCHCl)for water-dispersible g-C_(3)N_(4).The bubble-burst process in the thermal polymerization of thiourea produced defective edges containing C=O groups that preferred substituting the C-NHx groups over bulk g-C_(3)N_(4).In the oxygen-free N_(2) atmosphere among the different calcination atmospheres,more C=O functional groups were generated on the defective edges of bulk g-C_(3)N_(4),resulting in the highest N vacancy of the tri-s-triazine *** the successive chemical oxidation,S-or O-containing functional groups were introduced onto water-dispersible g-C_(3)N_(4).The water-dispersible g-C_(3)N_(4) photocatalyst from the oxygen-free N_(2) atmosphere(NTw)contained the most O-and S-functional groups on the g-C_(3)N_(4) ***,NTw exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity in the MB and TC-HCl photodegradation because of its slowest recombination process,which was ascribed to the unique surface properties of NTw such as abundant functional groups on the defective edges and N-deficient property.

A distributed conceptual model(FRASC(Flow Routed Accumulation Simulation in a Catchment))has been developed,in which a rainfall-runoff module is modified from an original lumped conceptual model(Xinanjiang)via a GIS(Geographic Information System)-aided approach and a water allocation module contains reservoirs,water users and hydropower *** model is relatively easy to use and can easily obtain input data,but still has the ability to generate hydrological information at many points within a *** model application to the Be River basin is evaluated and shows to be reliable in terms of close agreements between simulated and observed *** natural flow rates for 36 years are simulated at 7,981 grid cells within a studied area of 7,650 km^*** on this simulated database,design discharges are predicted in various ***,the research determines that the water transfer capacity from the Be River basin to the Saigon River basin reaches 14%,18% and 23% of a planned value of 75 m^3/s during the dry period in a wet year(P10%),average year(P50%)and dry year(P90%),respectively.
