The structure,the morphology a.d the therma.,optica. a.d the surfa.e properties of na.ocrysta.line CeO_2 doped with Mn ha.e been studied by X-ra. diffra.tion（XRD）,field-emission tra.smission electron microscopy（FE-TEM）,energy-dispersive X-ra. a.a.ysis,thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis,UV–Vis a.sorption spectroscopy a.d Fourier tra.sform infra.ed *** XRD results confirmed the successful incorpora.ion of Mn into the CeO_2 la.tice through the forma.ion of na.osca.e fa.e-centered cubic solid *** FE-TEM observa.ions supported the na.ocrysta.line na.ure of the solid *** presence of structura. defects a.d their role on the ba.d ga. ha.e been discussed on the ba.is of a.sorption spectra. *** structura. differences correla.e with results from tempera.ure-progra.med rea.tion（TPR）experiments with H_2 *** TPR mea.urements showed a. enha.ced bulk reduction a. much lower tempera.ures,indica.ing increa.ed oxygen mobility in the sa.ples,which ena.le to enha.ced oxygen diffusion a. lower tempera.ures.

In this present study,hydrota.cite(HT) impla.ted Ce-BTC meta. orga.ic fra.eworks(MOFs) a.brevia.ed a. The present study wa. conducted to investiga.e genetic diversity a.d correla.ion a.ong studied genotypes of B. juncea.L. ba.ed on a.ro-morphologica. a. Na.C, Isla.a.a., Pa.ista.. To investiga.e the genetic diversity ba.ed on morphologica. cha.a.ters, da.a.wa. recorded on 20 qua.tita.ive a.d 12 qua.ita.ive tra.ts. The ca.cula.ed da.a.wa. a.a.yzed through two complementa.y methods, i.e. PCa.(Principa. Component a.a.ysis) a.d cluster a.a.ysis. a.ong a.l the studied cultiva.s, significa.t diversity wa. recorded for different a.ro-morphologica. cha.a.ters. a.ong a.l the pa.a.eters, ma.imum va.ia.ce wa. recorded for pod sha.tering (427.2) followed by pla.t height (345.6), da.s to 100% flowering (336.2) a.d ma.n ra.eme length (210.0). a.ong a.l the cha.a.ters, the grea.est a.d highly significa.t a.socia.ion (0.99) wa. found between da.s to ma.urity 50% a.d da.s to ma.urity 100% followed by correla.ion (0.86) a.ong da.s to flowering 50% a.d da.s to flowering 100%, correla.ion va.ue (0.71) wa. ca.cula.ed a.ong lea. length a.d lea. width. Using cluster a.a.ysis a.l the genotypes were divided into five ma.or groups. It wa. observed tha. 7 out of 20 principa. components with a. Eigen va.ue of ≥1.0 ca.cula.ed for 73.92% of the tota. diversity observed between 167 a.cessions of India. musta.d (B. juncea.L.). The contribution of first three PCs in the tota. PCs wa. 23.25, 12.87 a.d 11.24, respectively. a.ong a.l the investiga.ed a.cessions two genotypes 26,813 a.d 26,817 showed grea. potentia. for seeds/silique, 1000-seed weight a.d seed yield/pla.t, respectively, so these genotypes a.e recommended for future breeding progra.s for a.hieving promising results.

Objective:To explore the exa.t role of hista.ine receptors in respira.ory ***: The cohort comprised of six groups(group I control a.d groupⅡ—Ⅳtrea.ed) conta.ning five ra.bits in ea.h ***-group received vehicle(sterile distilled wa.er) a.d trea.ed groups received subcuta.eous hista.ine(100μg/kg,b.i.d.),a.d H1R-a.onist(HTMT),H2R-a.onist (a.tha.ine),H3R-a.onist(R-(-)-α-methylhista.ine) a.d H4R-a.onist(clobenpropit) ea.h in a.dose of 10μg/kg,*** 30 subsequent *** completion of trea.ment,a.ima.s were eutha.ized a.d perfused with 10% buffered *** tissue blocks of tra.hea.a.d lungs were processed for pa.a.fin *** were recorded in sa.ple photomicrogra.hs ta.en from 10μm *** a.d eosin sta.ned ***:It wa. observed tha. tra.hea.a.d bronchi from hista.ine,H1R a.d H4R groups ha. only pa.ches of hyperpla.tic a.d hypertrophied epithelium a.d in genera.,cells in the a.fected region were ta.ler hea.ed up. The bronchiola. epithelia.from a.l trea.ed groups showed hypertrophy a.d hyperpla.ia.throughout with most of the cells ha.ing rounded profile a.d a.pea.ed to bud out from the ba.a. cells. Conclusions:It is concluded tha. hista.ine receptors on induction via.its specific a.onist ca. induce hypertrophy,hyperpla.ia.of respira.ory tra.t epithelia.suggesting its role a.in to growth stimula.ing fa.tor a.d wa.ra.ting further long-term study.
